What more can I say. If you don't mind throwing your money away, buy from this company! Still waiting for my order after 6 weeks and several emails. The original shipping time was supposed to be 2 to 4 weeks.
I cannot vouch for the products yet as have not received them. But was assured none of these are Chinese knockoffs! They answered my questions immediately and wrote in proper English! Anyone who buys in line knows exactly what I am talking about. Thanks very much.
This ring absolutely stunned me! I only saw s small photo at one angle... this beautiful Sterking setting is very intricate & SOLID. The band is super sturdy and has heart carved out small on both side of Amethyst. Probably my absolute favorite & worth every penny /dollar $$$

I began shopping on Tumbledeal.com website about 4 months ago and I love it. It's almost like a game, trying to get your item at the price you want before someone else snatches it. The shipping fee is sooooo great.
Received 4 pieces of jewelry. All were crap! NOTHING like pics or descriptions! Inferior stones, back of stones sprayed with silver paint on stones that were supposed to be Swarovski crystals! Settings were cheap silver colored metal. Amythists were purple glass! Other items just as bad. And then they said they won't return my money because the items were 'final' sales. What a deceptive web company that needs to be shut down! And don't even try to tell me they have the 1000's of LV duffle bags they have supposedly 'sold'! THEY freeze the auctions to make it look like these pieces have been sold.
Dishonest, lying gougers. Watch out, people! Be sure you pay with a credit card!
I am very pleased with the service I received. Chelsea helped me sort through my orders and figure out what I was missing and she had actually already shipped the missing item by the time I finally figured it out. She was very patient, helpful and kind. I wish all customer service rep were like her. Thanks for your help in this matter.
I bought a lot of wonderful items through Tumbledeal, I haven't received all my orders yet but 3 items was lost or stolen and Chelsea and London worked on the order and, was able to get me a store credit! I'm very impressed.

Dissatisfied with business practices. Not allowed to consider purchase prior to order being placed. Promo code for free shipping not honored. I saw similar item online for a much lower price. I paid 700% more on tumbledeal.com, than I would have on the other advertised site. Tumbledeal.com has suspicious checkout practices, as well. I clicked to send mailing information at checkout, and the site pushed me forward and processed the order without my review or consent! Their $165 retail price appears to be inflated, incorrect and dishonest. Contacted phone number at *******467, but no one answered the phone. Wrote my concerns to a message on their site, and then asked that they please cancel my order, but, it has not been acknowledged yet.
Tip for consumers:
Only protect the money that you don't want to waste.
Fast service. Lovely 18k gold plated hoop earrings, what more could I ask for? In this day and age it's unusual to get total satisfaction so it is very nice to be able to give credit where credit is due. Thank you!
Thus far it was great! But, I haven't received my item yet. However, upon reciving it, I will then decide for sure how to re-rate it. I'm excited to see what condition my sea-creatures-swarovski elements bangle arrives. I buy swarovski often, and I love anything with sea-motif, once i get my first item purchased, I'll go from the 1st. Experience to choose on making more purchases. Your site seems really great! But. Oh my gawd I LOVE these pants! I put them on and was thrilled as to the fit, color. I'm in a wheelchair so I like the way they flow! I shared a picture of them and where I got them. I'll be back lol but seriously I will buy from you again
I placed my 1st order with TumbleDeal and received defective product. What happened next shocked me! I emailed them about my issue and it was resolved within 24 hrs! I have full confidence in their concern of my satisfaction. Therefore I have no worries about purchasing from them. Their Customer support is awesome.
I spent over $20 for a pair of Swarovski teardrop earrings. I got them yesterday. I could not believe the poor quality of the earrings. Highly doubt they are Swarovski crystals. I put them on and within a half hour, one of them broke off right at the wire! I've contacted TumbleDeal for a refund and am waiting for their response. Don't think I'll be buying from them again!

I ordered the two sets of wireless doorbell. One works, with a few adjustment done by husband. He has to put some glue on the receiver. The other one does not work at all; this is the reason why I called. Curtis (I think this was the service rep's name) was excellent. He promised me that he will be emailing me a prepaid return label for an exchange. I will be waiting for such. Hopefully, the product that I will be getting in return will work. You should tell the manufacturer that their product is poorly done!
I have found some truly wonderful deals, which I thought may be too good to be true. However, the items I have received have been of very good quality. The shipping and handling charges will usually turn me away from online ordering, but for $1.99, I will definitely shop here!
Ordered the tennis bracelet at an unbelievable price and was delivered to me within 4-5 days. The bracelet is stunning, very sparkly! :) I'm very happy with the purchase and the prompt delivery as well. I will make future purchases with Tumble Deal.

Early a.m. 3/20/15 I left a message at Tumbledeal with my dilemma. By later the same a.m. I received an e-mail notifying me that all is well and I will receive the coat in the size I wanted. Very fast and pleasant customer service.
I never thought I would be able to afford the things I've bought on Tumble Deal. My son has been wanting an iPhone 4s but $500 isn't feasible at this time but I checked the site and to my surprise there were some I wound up getting it for $146.00! Not to mention the beautiful jewelry I've gotten! Plus the shipping is only $1.99 and every time I've gotten my things days earlier than expected. It's a great place to get anything but especially high end things. Awesome!

I received a watch 2 weeks ago that is not remotely similar to the one I purchased and I CANNOT get a call or return mailing label from the fulfillment center or tumbledeal. As they did break a contract, (yes, a purchase is a contract) perhaps I need to get an attorney involved. I've never been treated so poorly by a company before. I can't believe that they are still in business.
Both Curtis and Chelsea worked to help solve my problem. They were both courteous and understanding.
I intend to remain a loyal customer of Tumble Deal.

I contacted customer service asking how to check the status of a purchase and they got back to me quicker than any other companies Customer Service. I was very much appreciative and happy with their quick response.
I have purchased a large variety of items, and the recipient is just as pleased as me. I'm picking up items for myself, gifts and tucking others away. For example the stylists I plan to tuck one in each of my holiday cards and place on my coworkers desks. Another item I plan to donate for a silent auction fund raising project I support.
I bought 2 items, a Michael Kors handbag and Michael Kors sunglasses. The two packages arrived only after 3 business days and they were very nicely and carefully packaged. Both items are original and not fake. I read previous previews claiming that some of the handbags are fake but I took my chances anyway and ordered one and I'm glad I did! I am very pleased with the product and the service:-)
Support was quick to respond to my initial request for assistance and follow up with me. I received my "missing" item just three days after they told me they needed to reship it.

Also, when an item stops tumbling, it doesn't necessarily mean that someone purchased it. Our algorithm will stop an item from tumbling after it reaches a certain point and re-schedule it to tumble again later.
