What more can I say. If you don't mind throwing your money away, buy from this company! Still waiting for my order after 6 weeks and several emails. The original shipping time was supposed to be 2 to 4 weeks.
Products are gorgeous and worth every penney but count on tracker not working, no direct answes to your questions and usually very long shipments. If you are ordering for a present make sure you do it very early
My experience with tumbledeal as a first time user was great, right away I was watching prices on expensive items just drop. I could not even believe it was really true, but it was! I found something that I really wanted and waited for it to be at a great price, froze it and it was mine! My experience was fantastic but the only thing I have Problems with is false advertisement. When you show a picture of the Item that you're purchasing then the Item should look exactly like the picture. If not then don't show me one thing and send me something else. Thanks

Called CSR Cesar and advised that I did not receive my tracking number for my order via email. He was able to advise me the status of my shipment and sent the tracking number via email immediately. I had purchased earrings and when I received them they were damaged. I emailed to get a return authorization and heard back after 3 days of waiting that my return was approved and now I had to wait until someone in another department sent me a return label for my refund. Well that was 4 weeks ago. I tried emailing them again after 2 weeks but just got a reply that my return label was in process. Not sure how long that process takes but after 4 weeks and I still have not received it I'm pretty sure it's not coming. I will never buy from Tumble deal again nor recommend them to my friends.

On my very first purchase, I did not realize that it was a final sale item and is normally not returnable, but this wonderful company is allowing me to return it as a one-time courtesy. I have now purchased 3 items through this site and will continue to purchase items as they are awesome.
I purchased a coach purse pre loved and it was fine with the exception that the zipper would come apart when the purse is opened! So I immediately contacted tumble-support and they were happy to help me with a full refund.

I have looked up the products they are selling on Tumbledeal on the web. So far, mostly everything I looked up sells cheaper at Walmart. There is also complaints with Better Business Bureau over the authenticity of the Coach products. Bottom line: do your research first.
I got wind of this website and decided to look at reviews before I try it. All the 4 or 5 star ratings are about customer service being friendly and responsive to issues about returns..., but no rave review about the items themselves. It seems people are returning items back and if they are refunded, they are jumping for joy. Why shop somewhere (or anywhere) if you are going to return it? It's not like it's a electronic device that stops working. THAT I can understand returning but not a freakin handbag or necklace. I got some advice. Try walking into a retail store to shop.

I finally received the 8 pc towel set. Apparently I was told via email and customer service that the original package was lost and they were unable to track it. Customer service gladly sent another set and I just received them on April 21st almost a month from the day I purchased them. Emails were very informative and the responses were quick. Thank you. I ordered a bracelet that was shown to be gold toned & when I received it, it was silver. I reached out to customer support and Chelsea responded promptly to let me know that the picture on the site was incorrect (she had already made sure that it was corrected) & that I could return the bracelet. Everything was so easy with no hassles or frustration. Chelsea was cheerful and professional & is a great representative for TumbleDeal.
The earrings that I purchased (tanzanite multi stone) were of such an inferior quality that I will most likely never purchase anything from tumbledeal again (the stones were not even the correct blue tanzanite color --they were a light gray--and they did not match in color within each earring!) but customer service instantly responded to my request for a full refund and were excellent and easy to communicate with.
I ordered a camera for my daughter. She has signed up for a photo class. I cancelled it within 30 minutes. Teenage daughter I can't always understand. It was already being processes. Unable to be cancelled. Remarkable. Not sure I will shop here again. But I have been very happy with other items I have ordered.

It says you can track. You cannot! It says processing until shipped, then shipped until it arrives. I've ordered a few things from them, spent too much money. This last item is the last straw. It has said "shipped" for 10 days. Still nothing and still can't track. I have emailed and tried their online communication. Nothing. No response at all.
Very disappointed and will not order again.

Ok the concept is very appealing until you realize it is a total scam. Don't fall for it! The bag I received smells of chemicals, very poor quality and clearly a fake! Look beyond this site if you want to purchase any of the products they offer, you will find better deals elsewhere and probably will be the real thing. Also if it seems to good to be true it probably is!

I ran across the ad for tumbledeal and am so happy I did. I have made several purchases from them and they come promptly and as stated in the ad. Love this site. You should try it. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need at very low prices.
The purse I ordered for my daughter is even prettier than I expected it to be. The leather is two-tone, midnight black and white, and it has a very "classy" look. I'm wishing now that I had ordered two -- another one for myself. :) Thank you for the prompt shipment. It arrived two days after I ordered it! I will definitely shop with TumbleDeal again.
