I have inquired about a purchase that was a final sale, i understand that TumbleDeal does not accept return on final sale but the lady who assisted me during my inquiry was so kind enough and very considerate. I am just waiting for the return sticker thru e-mail. I got a store credit.

I bought some earrings and they didn't fit my ear. As a one time courtesy they were willing to take them back and give me a store credit which I did appreciate, normally you can not return earrings. My first experience was a good one.

I have ordered a few things and been very happy with my purchases and price. Just had a problem with one item, but customer service is excellent and has made this unfortunate experience easy to recitify.

Several emails were sent back and forth. Every question I had was answered quickly and succinctly. Might I add pleasantly? All in all, it was a very pleasant experience for a change from other sites I have dealt with.

I just started ordering from this site for about a little over a month now and have ordered several items from Tumble Deal. I have to say I was a little scared at first. Not knowing anything about this site. But I did some research and decided to give it a try. I need tell you that I am very happy that I did. Found some items for very low prices and it was exactly like the picture and what was described, I love the $1.99 S&H charge. I am highly satisfied with my purchases. And yes I have recommend this site to family and friends. I am going to do some Christmas shopping here it will be a lot safer this season and I wont have to be waiting in those long lines. So give it a try, you may just like it maybe too much!

I was immediately sent a code by email, along with a receipt stating that I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. I waited a week to now avail. I got a hold of Support and they handled my issue expeditiously.

No buttons to push, you get a real person in customer service, who was a pleasure to help me, ( when the mistake was mine) they fixed it, and we're happy to do so. A breath of fresh air, from having to press so many buttons and having to hold for what is usually a recording.

Apparently their "System" doesn't allow them to hold orders after they have already received payment, if they receive a need for verification. They AUTOMATICALLY cancel the order and your are just out of luck. Sorry. Zach in account verification was of no assistance and didn't seem that troubled with the fact that I was an unsatisfided customer. He response was "I guess we will just have to part ways with you as a customer". Real nice. I hope anyone that "tries" to get a good deal has better luck!

My shopping experience with TumbleDeal has been awesome. With affordable prices, I was able to purchase many items that I otherwise could not afford to purchase. These products are attention getters. They also, appear to made of high quality materials.

The lady I spoke with was so nice and told me exactly what to do, step by step. Unfortunately, the bag I wanted wasn't in stock as it turned out so I received a refund without having to call or chase people, which is usually the case. I know I can trust this company and the professionals that work there! This experience made a TumbleDeal shopper out of me!

Ring is too large, so I asked to exchange it for a smaller sized ring. No problem, no questions, and sending me a slip to return it, postage pre-paid! THANK YOU. Will definitely buy from Tumble again.

I ordered three separate items from Tumble Deal, I was pleased with one of them and high disappointed with the other two. One item, a bracelet, was completely different than what had been portrayed on the site and ugly. The second one was a ring and the stone was so dark it looked black, it was supposed to be an amethyst.

I have had nothing but easy and quick help from customer service. I got the wrong color purse - quickly heard back that they would be getting back to me about returning. I didn't get the one email I needed, but an email was sent to say it had been sent and # to call if I hadn't. This time by phone. Still great and quick results. I haven't received what I bought yet, but I have ever confidence it will be equally satisfactory.

I ordered a watch from them a week ago I still have not received my shipping email. My order is still processing. When you go on the site to chat with a rep they are never online. When you email them they don't respond. Will never deal with this site again and will be contacting the c. C. company to cancel the purchase. Do not buy from this website.

Nice quality very nice color. The pink swarskoski crystal is pretty pink, purchased 3 all together. Two crystal and 1 pink. That way they can fight over who gets which one. Love love this site. It is entertaining to bid. A lot cheaper than the Casino and far more rewarding.

I ordered a handbag but didn't notice that handbags are not eligible for return. I was unhappy with the handbag because I couldn't open the center compartment fully. Customer service waived the rule about no returns since it was my first purchase. They quickly emailed me a return postage label

Ordered a MKF handbag, nothing was marked to say it was a genuine bag, also color was not same as ordered. Made in China tag was inside of bag, Bag retailed at $289, paid $35, but was still a cheap lookalike bag. Ordered earrings, retail value, $100, next time saw same earrings retail price $29. Ordered 2 key design necklaces, for gifts, it said they were sterling silver, but they are not. Am now afraid to purchase anything else.

The response to my on line chat was especially exceptional customer service. She was very friendly, helpful and most understanding. Which made my situation much easier to correct. I am very pleased to make my shopping so much easier with a chance to make it my price, I thank u for that. The turn around time for receiving product is also exceptional. I had to make my first exchange after purchasing several items on Tumble Deal. I was nervous because many discount websites make it almost impossible to return or exchange an item. I was VERY pleasantly surprised by how simple and easy it was to initiate an exchange through Tumble Deal. They responded very quickly and were able to assist me with my exchange so that it went smoothly.

I was shopping for a black purse and WoW just like that seemed the to good to be true item and price. I ordered and honestly thought I'd be dissatisfied and never order again but luckily I was completely wrong my purchase was easy, shipping was quick and product looks better than the picture!

I have ordered from TumbleDeal in the past with no problems, its nice and refreshing in this day and age to know that when there is a problem the customer service is spot on, takes ownership, gets back to you in a timely manner and finds a solution. I have ordered Three items from Tumble Deal so far. The first two came immediately. The third item did not come and when I emailed them, they immediately said they would send a replacement. That did not come either, and when I emailed them again, they immediately refunded my money and gave me a credit. Things do happen from time to time and the most important thing to me is how the situation is resolved. Tumble Deal is awesome and handled the matter promptly and professionally. I will definitely be a repeat customer due to this.
