So pleased with the dress and in particular the customer service received. Bought as a bridesmaid outfit for wedding late after not finding anything we liked before within budgets. Dress is made to measure and fits perfectly and is stunning - looks better in real life. Due to lateness of me ordering it I have been in regular contact with the company, in particular, Linda. She has always responded within 24 hours and been so helpful and professional, putting up with my multiple emails and questions (sorry Linda!). Highly recommended. Now waiting for wedding dress to arrive and can't wait. Excuse the photo-it arrived and quickly tried on - still has tag visible. Will try and add official wedding pics later.
Ordered a dress from Milly Bridal for my daughter's prom. Staff were really helpful and quick to respond to questions through their website. The dress is beautiful. Great quality for a good price. We had to make some alterations to the dress but I had expected this as my daughter is very petite.

Absolutely beautiful dress. Bought it for my wedding in May 2022, I ordered 1 size smaller than which is ok as that is my insentive to make sure I lose the weight to fit the dress in time for my wedding. I am very happy overall with the dress itself is made well and absolutely beautiful. Great deal for the price. I would definitely purchase from this seller. Meets my expectations.

I chose this dress for my senior prom a few weeks ago, and I was definitely the belle of the ball! I looked and felt Iike a princess/celebrity walking into the prom. I should have gotten the dress in my true measurements though. Besides the minor alterations, it is an overall EXCELLENT dress. It's simple, classy, elegant, etc. The delivery of the dress came before the actual date. I had less than four weeks to get a dress. The website has definitely gone above and beyond with its' products and service. Thank you guys sooooooooo much! I definitely recommend the dress for ANY special occasion.

This dress is absolutely stunning. The slit isn't as high as it appears in the photo, I thought that I would have to have it sown up but I don't. The dress is very very well made and fits like a glove. Shipping to canada took about a week once it was shipped, but I do have to let you know that the customs charge in canada was $21.99... which is a fair bit, but I didn't mind I still felt the price was much lower than buying in a store. The dress is very well made.

I have this dress in clover green and made to order. The color is really beautiful, the quality is also super and very well processed. Only the length I find is slightly longer than the picture. I have received my order earlier than anticipated. Super so.

We ordered a prom dress for my daughter from this website recently. I was very disappointed and heart broken when it arrived. Instead of the glamorous looking dress we ordered for, what we got was a cheap looking damaged dress. When we asked for a refund, we were told they can only refund twenty percent of the cost of the dress!
I needed a item to dress my 12 months old child in for a party.
The website was easy to use and they seemed to have loads of items in stock with excellent delivery options and (handily for me) an option to collect from the warehouse.
On arrival to the warehouse which was easily found using the postcode I was geted by a member of staff who retrieved my waiting item for me, I was in the warehouse for less than a minute, seamless.
All of the orders arrived on time & I was kept informed by text message as to when my order would arrive.

This dress is so perfect! I thought since I was buying the dress online it would be bad quality or thin or just the wrong size, but everything about this dress is absolutely PERFECT. It fits just right and looks so good. Everything about this dress is a 10/10, and they even got it to me before my prom, even though I ordered late.
Loved the dress from design to colour, everything was perfect I did have to get it altered when it arrived as it was to big but even after it was altered it was still perfect I had so many people comment on how beautiful the dress was will definitely be purchasing another dress in the future.

I changed this dress from drop waist to natural waist and the back to have a v shape without the corset back. I have to admit I was worried about communication over the chat but wow! My dress is so much nicer than the pictures we see on the internet. The detail on the top is fabulous and overall my dress is made to the highest standard. I Love this dress, I selected this dress for my prom in the color Regency. Ordered separately but All the dresses were consistent in shade. The sizes were very accurate and shipping was as stated. I certainly will be ordering from MillyBridal again!
Absolutely loved this dress, I wore it to my senior prom. The color I order the dress in was watermelon. The shipping and processing time were very fast. I was so pleased when I got the dress. My only complaint is that the dress was pretty long.

Love the dresses, to be honest I expected the elegant dresses, and they are amazing. We bought them in Silver and had the custom measurements done, I then re ordered the dresses in royal blue! And again they came in great quality and in only 29 days!
This dress is gorgeous. You must go exactly by the size chart though. I usually wear a size 6 off the rack but the measurements they have here said I was an 8. The dress fit me like a glove. The fabric is perfect! It is not sparkly as it is in the photo. You won't be dissapointed. Just be sure to measure yourself and go exactly by the chart!
