So pleased with the dress and in particular the customer service received. Bought as a bridesmaid outfit for wedding late after not finding anything we liked before within budgets. Dress is made to measure and fits perfectly and is stunning - looks better in real life. Due to lateness of me ordering it I have been in regular contact with the company, in particular, Linda. She has always responded within 24 hours and been so helpful and professional, putting up with my multiple emails and questions (sorry Linda!). Highly recommended. Now waiting for wedding dress to arrive and can't wait. Excuse the photo-it arrived and quickly tried on - still has tag visible. Will try and add official wedding pics later.
Ordered a dress from Milly Bridal for my daughter's prom. Staff were really helpful and quick to respond to questions through their website. The dress is beautiful. Great quality for a good price. We had to make some alterations to the dress but I had expected this as my daughter is very petite.

I ordered this beautiful champagne coloured dress, and it took just as long as it said to arrive (in my case it was just about three weeks). It was delivered efficiently and the dress was breathtaking. Exactly the colour i ordered and it fit perfectly! (for everyone's information i ordered a size 18). The design was exactly like it had been shown and it looked so intricate and carefully made. It truly made me look like the princess i always wanted to look like! :D
Absolutely IN LOVE with this dress! Would most definitely recommend to any and everyone! It fit like a glove and was just over all absolutely STUNNING! But I can honestly say without a doubt I am 100% fully satisfied with this dress! It is an amazing gown and you will not be disappointed!
I ordered a dress for my daughters party. I received a dress too big and made me look like a stuffed bun bag. It was awful. I asked for a refund as it was not what I ordered but no. I then asked for tailoring cost but no. They would not even replace it for what I ordered. I spent £165 and they offered £50, which I still have not received 2 months later.
Advise people to not order unless you have money to throw away
It wasn't this dress that was just perfect for the occasion, it is any dress I have ordered from you. I recommend this dress as I would every other dress I purchased from this company. Custom made, go to a dress maker, or have a friend help you do accurate measurements, type them in the area on the page and send it in. You will get the most perfect dress that fits you to a glove. So flattering, accenting your best areas and making you feel like a Princess at any age or size. Just be ready for all the compliments.
I received the dress, i was very excellent quality however way to big. Perhaps some additional notes would be helpful for consumers as every dress is cut differently. I've rated it excellent however as the dress was very nice quality.
The dress was made really well... it looked just they way it did in the picture. Great material. She was so happy with the dress and looked amazing. It is a very long dress but it was perfect for her.
Great customer service, no Excellent customer service and the dress fit like a dream. I feel like a princess and an angel in it. I'll warn you this dress is very heavy but worth it. We got this dress for my daughters prom. She saw it and fell in love. When I ordered it for her we had it custom fit and its was perfect. She looks amazing and is so excited. Definitely above and beyond. The details are amazing and quality is excellent. Love all the stitching, and small details that are on it. Its always the little things that make the dress and its amazing.

Beautiful dress arrived with plenty of time. Fab material and colour It could have been about 1inch longer in length and we did tweak the should strap length slightly. But on the whole very very happy with the dress and service - would use again.

I ordered this dress for my daughter who wanted it for a special occasion. I explained that I needed the dress earlier than I had thought and the Milly Bridal staff were very helpful and rushed my order through. The dress arrived and my daughter is extremely happy with it. The dress arrived very quickly. There is nothing to complain about the quality of the dress. I would order the dress again. I ordered this dress as custom made. Unfortunately, the bust size was 2-3 sizes too big, so I had to sew it top closer. At the waist and the length but everything was great. Ordered the dress in the color "watermelon" and found the color in really more beautiful than in the picture.
