So pleased with the dress and in particular the customer service received. Bought as a bridesmaid outfit for wedding late after not finding anything we liked before within budgets. Dress is made to measure and fits perfectly and is stunning - looks better in real life. Due to lateness of me ordering it I have been in regular contact with the company, in particular, Linda. She has always responded within 24 hours and been so helpful and professional, putting up with my multiple emails and questions (sorry Linda!). Highly recommended. Now waiting for wedding dress to arrive and can't wait. Excuse the photo-it arrived and quickly tried on - still has tag visible. Will try and add official wedding pics later.
Ordered a dress from Milly Bridal for my daughter's prom. Staff were really helpful and quick to respond to questions through their website. The dress is beautiful. Great quality for a good price. We had to make some alterations to the dress but I had expected this as my daughter is very petite.
Ordered my daughter's prom dress after scanning through the site several times over a few months. We ordered using custom measurements and it fits her perfectly. She's so happy with it!
We ordered this dress in a custom size and in the grape colour. The sizing was perfect and well worth the small extra cost. The quality of this dress couldn't be better. The materials are of a lovely quality, from the cream satin under dress to the lovely lace-up detail on the back, the coloured lace and boned bodice and tulle skirt. The beading is lovely too. I can't fault this dress. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Thank you so much for making my daughter's prom dress dream come true.

I ordered this dress with very little time before the event. I emailed and explained this. This company went above and beyond to do everything possible to get this dress made as chosen and delivered in time. I couldn't keep up with the compliments I received for this dress on the day I wore it.The quality was 2nd to non. I can't wait to order my next dress! 5star company!
I am really satisfied with my purchase. The dress is elegant and sofisticated. It fits really well according to my mesurements. The fabric feels very nice. The quality is top. It is a very beautiful dress. I am going to use it for my friend's wedding in New York City. All of the bridesmaids bought their dress at MillyBridal and all of them are really happy.
I purposely didn't order a dress which was personalised to fit me incase the dress wasn't as I expected. When it came it was slightly different to the photos and the colour wasn't as shown in the image either. The top of the dress didn't fit me as the cups were too big, so obviously couldn't wear the dress and didn't like it. So I tried processing a return for the dress and explained why, and had to wait 4 days for a reply from someone, only to have them ask why I wanted to return it, giving me no help at all. I'm having to send multiple emails to get a reply, and the communication is very slow and is getting me no where. It's been 2 weeks of me trying to return this dress, and I'm worried I won't get my money back and have wasted £130 which is desperately needed as I'm a student. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.

The dresses themselves aren’t bad quality, mine just wasn’t as expected and didn’t suit me. What has shocked me is the service and the fact that I’m not being told whether I can get my money back. Only buy from them if you KNOW you’ll be keeping it.
Wrong colour wisteria ordered and sent dusty pink. Will not accept return and claim purple is now pink despite me sending the website pictures to show otherwise

Site says "Free shipping and returns." THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE. Do not trust this site. My daughter purchased a dress because she believed that she could return the dress if it did not fit her. The dress does not fit and my daughter feels self conscious in it. They only offered 10% if we return it with the tags still on it.

I reached out and the rep was able to help make changes and she always stayed in contact with me with details and when my dress showed up i was speakless. It's beautiful. The measurements are big but i knew that going in and i couldn't be happier. My first dress buying experience left me in tears but this one made me so happy and confident. I recommend to everyone. I purchased a dress for my daughters prom. Due to covid restrictions we were not given the notice of previous years as everyone was unsure when lockdown would end.
I opted to pay the extra to have the dress "made to measure" it was the best decision I made. The dress arrived before the due date & it was beautifully made & fitted perfectly.

I ordered a dress from here for my my prom, once I received it the other week it was completely different to the photo. The seams werent stitched properly and the fabric felt awful. There was no stretch and was ripped in places. When I went to try it on it wouldnt come past my thighs yet I sent them my measurements and have quite a slim figure. This site charged me £130 and I fought to get my money back yet they only settled on £62 as I sent them photos of the rips. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Stunning dress, I ordered this dress in burgundy for prom and it came on time, the colour was beautiful and everyone loved it, will definitely be ordering from milly bridal again
I spent weeks looking for the perfect dress when I came across this dress in a store but sadly they didn't have my size and couldn't get it shipped in time for my dance! Someone told me about this site and luckily they had this dress (even in the color I wanted too).
I LOVE THIS DRESS and it's even cuter in person. It's super long on me but I'm only 5'2, the top fit me perfectly, I'm a 32 A and bought a size 0. It has pockets which makes it 10 x better. Also, it was delivered within three days. I'm absolutely in love with this dress so if you're thinking about buying it, DO IT! It's worth every cent.
This is a 100% authentic dress and I got lots of compliments on it! I wish I could upload a photo to show how stunning it is.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I frankly wasted money on this company to receive a poorly made cheap looking dress. It didn't even come in time for me to be able to wear it to the event it was for. Upon trying to return the dress (which has never been worn) I've had no luck and they keep saying that their returns department will get back to me. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Don't waste your time with this sham of a company, £120 down the drain and nothing to show but shabby fabric and rubbish customer service!

Milly Bridal UK has the greatest prom and wedding gowns online. They have several gorgeous, cheap outfits for every occasion. Customer service is also polite and helpful. I loved their wedding dress.
We were looking 3 bridesmaids dresses in yellow color, it was easier for us to order them online and of course cheaper. I started to look online, reading reviews, etc. Chinese stores offer a lot of different products... but you never know what you get. Most of the review saying that it's usually 50/50, therefore we decided to try with uk.millybridal.org. Why they? I guess I choose them only because they had good reviews as well. We ordered 3 dresses. The whole communication process from start to finish was with a customer service representative - Ashley. All my answers were responding in a timely manner. Do not forget about the time difference! I got the dresses month later. I was surprised, that they came exactly as pictured, well made! I'm very happy with my purchase!

I've had no problems with this website or the quality of their dresses. The prices were reasonable and when I got my dress, it was exactly what I wanted, and delivered at a good time too.
The dress was of poor quality and did not fit properly. They have refused a refund. It is absolutely outrageous! Do not be tempted to buy from the company
