I am extremely pleased with this dress and am so very happy I decided to order with MillyBridal! I bought this dress, and the color was the perfect shade not to bright. The dress itself is extremely well made and fit me perfectly. I am a size 12 normally, with larger breasts, but this dress was so flattering! I received compliments all night at my event and felt like the bell of the ball. I got called "posh princess" many times! I would recommend this dress to anyone, and will definitely be ordering from this site again soon.

I got my new dress today. They are totally amazing: 3 Little bit bigger, but that was in plan :) (my weight changed often) I never expect that materials will be so nice and how dress are made, my god looks more than professional. Thank you so much. Surely it's not my last shopping here:)

DO NOT USE. Ordered a dress from them in March for daughters prom. Arrival date was April. I missed the delivery so rang and asked for it to be delivered to my local pickup point. Two days after I went in but was told I couldn't pick it up as I didn't have an email or text and no photo id. Rang delivery company the next day and they said milly bridal had requested the dress back. I've online chatted with milly Friday 3 times. The second time they said they would send out another dress so waited another 2 weeks and nothing. They fobbed me off each time. I've emailed them twice and got a reply today. They told me the dress has been ruined and they will make another one and I need to pay £80. Wish we had read the reviews before buying.

I found out that they did not accept returns immediately after ordering and I cancelled my order straight away. They said they would return my money but they haven't. They have been holding over £200 of my money for two weeks now without any reason whatsoever. Thieves!

So happy with my daughters prom dress. We opted for custom made and the sizing is spot on. It fits perfectly the colour was exactly the same as shown on the website. Communication between myself and the company was very easy using WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this company

I bought this dress for my Graduation. I loved this dress and the colour was beautiful. I got custom sizing which I highly recommend because it fit perfectly when it arrived, slightly loose on the waist however I am not sure if that was possibly due to losing weight during my exams but it ended up being a good thing because it meant that after eating dinner my dress was not tight on my waist. :D

Got this gorgeous dress yesterday. Given that it is so close to prom I was pleasantly surprised at the fast delivery approx 3 weeks to UK. The quality and workmanship are excellent, better than I was expecting as it was my first time ordering from here. The lining is not paper thin and the dress has real weight to it. The photos were a pretty accurate representation of the actual dress. I ordered to my largest measurement bust as I straddle sizes, and it is a little too big. About 1" in the bust and 2" in the waist. Luckily my mum and I can sew so we should be able to do the alterations ourselves.

This dress was truly one of a kind! I wore this to my senior prom and got so many positive compliments on it! I loved how comfy, flowy, and fitting it was for my petite body - which is amazing because I never fit anything. Overall, the shipping & service was amazing. MillyBridal updated me throughout the whole process! I customized my dress to my exact measurements - and even took a little off just in case - and it fit perfectly! At first, I was a bit nervous ordering my prom dress online but I am very pleased with the outcome. The dress came way before expected and the company replied to any concerns I had right away. I also got my measurements done custom and I had a few requests to change the dress to my liking and it was perfect. I definitely recommend this website if you don't wanna spend too much on a prom dress!

Absolutely stunning! Made to size and fits perfectly, the beading on the waistline and across the back is so intricate and beautiful. Dress arrived earlier than timescale which is a bonus! Not to mention fantastic value, if you are planning on a beach wedding this style dress is perfect, its much lighter than typical wedding dresses and flows beautifully in the wind.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter, waited weeks to receive confirmation of dress order even though they had taken payment, had to keep emailing them to find out updates, when dress arrived it came in a plastic bag all screwed up and the actual dress is horrible poor manufacturing appliques hanging off, strands of thread everywhere, now have one upset daughter and extra costs to replace the dress.

I was very nervous about my dress after seeing some of the reviews, I'm giving it 4 stars because it did take a month to come and I was under the impression the dress was from the uk. But after seeing the dress it came just like the photos and I was pleasantly surprised. I can't wait to wear this for my wedding day.

I ordered my wedding evening dress through millie bridal. The communication has been brilliant from start to after the dress had arrived it is a brilliant fit and is made by hand with wedding dress material even though its classed as a prom dress. I would post a picture but I don't want to get it out again as its pure white. I am really happy.

I would just like to say how impressed I am with my prom dress. It is amazingly beautiful & I have no idea why anyone would want to spend thousands of dollars on gowns when these gowns are exactly the same for half the price tag. Delivery was amazing, I couldn't believe it when the courier knocked at my door! This company not only had great communication and helpful service, but the dress was beautiful too. Purchased for my daughter prom. Make sure you measure before you buy as sizing is different to European. Also my daughter is 5ft6 amd was wearing heels but as we more petite I took the hem up as was very long. Thia was easy enough to do, but just to make anyone aware you may also need to do this if you like us on the shorter, side. The quality of the dress was excellent and also washes well. She looked and felt like a princess. Thank you, so much for all your help.

WOW. The dress is true to size and color. Very beautiful. Just like what is online. My first time and l am going to order more things. This package did not come on time but the customer service was very helpful to explain the type of posting l choose and when the package will arrive. Love it.

Ordered dress for prom, arrived before estimated date, packaged in very small package which made me worried but need not be the dress is beautiful and GREAT quality. Fabulous fit also. Would recommend this to anyone. Beautifully details on dress and the skirt sits beautifully. The quality is great looks very expensive.
