So pleased with the dress and in particular the customer service received. Bought as a bridesmaid outfit for wedding late after not finding anything we liked before within budgets. Dress is made to measure and fits perfectly and is stunning - looks better in real life. Due to lateness of me ordering it I have been in regular contact with the company, in particular, Linda. She has always responded within 24 hours and been so helpful and professional, putting up with my multiple emails and questions (sorry Linda!). Highly recommended. Now waiting for wedding dress to arrive and can't wait. Excuse the photo-it arrived and quickly tried on - still has tag visible. Will try and add official wedding pics later.
Ordered a dress from Milly Bridal for my daughter's prom. Staff were really helpful and quick to respond to questions through their website. The dress is beautiful. Great quality for a good price. We had to make some alterations to the dress but I had expected this as my daughter is very petite.
Absolutely disgusting! Do not order from this company, dresses are far too small, I had a made to measure wedding dress and i couldn't even get it past my knees or over my head! Then when I emailed complaining, they will not give me a refund and they do not accept returns! Stay clear.

Do not risk spending any of your money with this seller, unless you are absolutely sure you will like it on you, as they will not give any refunds if they have sent the right size and colour you ordered. When I tried to return the dress I bought on the basis of the photo online, I was told their Returns Policy said that I had no right to a refund if they had sent what was asked for, even if it then did not suit. I searched through the relevant page on their website and could not find the statement that they claimed was there. So my advice would be keep well away from this seller and stick with a UK supplier that has to conform to the laws of distance selling, as this company clearly doesnt.
This is my first time I've ordered something on the site. I got this dress customized. I was a little afraid of ordering clothes online at first. I was worried that the size would not fit. But when I received my package I was very surprised. The stunning dress fits me perfectly. Highly recommend MillyBridal!

Avoid this company like the plague, ordered a dress for a prom which should have arrived within 3 to 6 days - 3 weeks later and after the prom the most shockingly poor quality dress arrived. Company are refusing to give a refund.

Slightly sceptical about ordering a dress for my daughters prom. It arrived slightly later than its due date but didn't disapoint. It was really lovely, well made and my daughter was very happy. The dress was exactly like the photo, it did need taking up and my daughter is 5 foot 8". But I'd expect if I'd bought a far more expensive dress it would of needed some alterations. I would recommend this site, communication was excellent and for the money it exceeded expectations.
I cannot believe how beautiful this dress is. I have never seen such a well made prom dress at such a low price, the material was just so awesome. Here in Brazil, I did see many stores to find my perfect prom dress but no luck. So I looked on the internet and I saw the dress I wanted. Thank you so much for my beautiful dress.
I am so pleasantly surprised on the quality of this dress! It is absolutely beautiful and perfectly made. The fabric is great, the sowing work is great and the dress exceeded my expectations. No one can beat the prices and the quality of this site. As long as you took your measurements and ordered the appropriate size, you won't be disappointed! ! Also, I received it within 3 weeks from the date I ordered, that's including the time it took to sow the dress. I will definitely buy again! !
Absolutely love this dress. Everyone can use a black dress in their closet, so to "test" MillyBridal I ordered this one! The price is so reasonable, I figured if it didn't work out, I really hadn't lost that much! The quality is superb. The dress is actually very comfortable--and my daughter says it flattering! So glad I took the chance. I have and will order more items from Millybridal.org.
I was skeptical about ordering a dress online from another country. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The communication was great. I had put the wrong post code. They contacted me and corrected it. Couldn't agree more with everyone else, the dress looked nothing like the picture, it doesn't fit even though I had it made to measure, and frankly it looks hideous. Please please don't use this site, save yourself the hassle and the money! Too expensive to be throwing money away like that! Never online shopping again based on this experience
The dress is lovely and it fitted perfect! I was more than pleased because it was more that i expected! The dress was amazing and the whole dress was made very carefully. The dress arrived within 20 days & well packaged. I was delighted with the dress. Its really great for the price. The inner linning and outer lace is of good quality & the finish is very neat. Colour is as advertised. The sequins in front are beautiful & grand. Order a size bigger than normal as waist runs small.
My daughter struggles to get dresses that fit well as she is quite tall, big bust, slim waist and wide hips we have not had to wait long for her dress even though it was made to measure, the price was brilliant the customer service was brilliant and the dress was well made. This dress fit perfectly! I am 6'5" so it is near impossible to find a formal dress that is long enough for me. I took my measurements, sent them in, and the dress arrived - fitting perfectly! I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from millybridal. The dress never arrived. This website is fraudulent, please avoid it. The contact number does not work and the livechat cuts you off once you have ordered. They are based in China, not London. Complete scam. Avoid!
The dress I received is beautiful. Not quite the same as the picture - more layers than the picture but absolutely gorgeous anyway. I chose the chocolate colour fabric and I just love it. The sizing was maybe a little big around the bust area but that's easy fixed. The service was fantastic and the communication was spot on. It arrived in no time.

I ordered this dress for my prom and loved it! It arrived much earlier than the estimated date, and it was simply perfect. A lot of people were worried when I said I had ordered my prom dress online: What if it doesn't fit? What if it doesn't get here in time?... Heard all of that! However, the dress was exactly how I wanted it to be and it fits perfectly, I ordered with custom measurements.
The dress pretty much fit to size had it taken in just a little and I did add sleeves to it but it was perfect! Ordered my bride's maids dresses from here too and they were also perfect just be a little warned the colors on the site are much darker than in person!
