Ordered a custom size dress for my daughters prom and couldn't be happier with it! Fit like a glove, delivery was within the time stated and the material and quality of the dress was outstanding. She absolutely loved it and felt like a queen all night.

Received Daughters Prom Dress Monday, we were so disapointed the quality was awful, it was a lace dress and at the ends of the lace is white, which as you can imagine looks awful, the finish is terrible have now got to try and buy or hire a dress
Locally and wish we had done originaly but daughter loved the style of this dress.
Have emailed 4 tinmes and sent photos but still no reply. Not holding up much hope.

Orders prom dress for daughter for 7th July got told on 6th it won't be here on time. They said they will refund fund my account but still havnt heard anything bk.and they are ignoring my emails.so be careful. I advice people to look elsewhere.

The dress is amazing, I have no words to explain how amazing it is. When I first saw it I fell in love with it, of course I was sooo concerned to order a prom dress online, but its beautiful, suits well even if I ordered my regural size 36 not custom size. Everything is so good and details are great. After my prom I'm going to share a photo of me in this dress here for you guys <3

Hi, I would like to say thank you. I received the dress soon after I placed my order. The quality was excellent and looked so much like the pictures. This company is awful and a rip off. I bought a Prom Dress for my daughter. It was a standard size 12 and we were not asked for measurements. When it arrived the zip was badly fitted and the dress did not fit my daughter well.

Millybridal said we could not return the dress as it was made to measure. They sent photos of the dress showing it was fine before it was dispatched but it is impossible to tell if was the same dress. They asked us to send photos of the problems but then refused to let us return it anyway.

I am now considerably out of pocket with no way of getting my money back.

Do not use them.

I bought this dress just four weeks ago and I got it the day before Yesterday. So fast! I was thrilled when see it lying at the door steps. I opened the package immediately and found out that the dress was in the colour I was looking for and it fits me perfectly!

I received this dress 14 days after placing the order, three days before the estimated shipping date. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the quick delivery. Like everyone else has mentioned, its a little scary to order clothing over the internet. I like to try on clothes first. However, I loved this dress so much that I decided to take the chance. Ive been looking for this style, tea length, ballgown, for a long time. It is beautiful with top notch workmanship. I ordered red. I didnt want black and was afraid pink would be too teenagerish. The polka dots have a velvety texture. I followed the directions on the how to measure video and ordered according to the size chart. The dress fits perfectly and has a very retro feel. However, I am 59 and think this dress would overwhelm someone who is petite.

So because I am so tall and fairly modest I can never find a dress that is long enough for me. This year for prom my mother went searching the internet for a modest but still cute dress. By happy accident we stumbled upon this dress. I instantly fell in love. My mother was still a little hesitant about ordering dress this close to prom but we went ahead and did anyway. We ordered in in a custom size and in the color Jade. It arrived about four week and a half later and is absolutely wonderful and it fit PERFECT. I love it and cannot wait to wear it to prom! :)

We ordered this for my mother to wear on my wedding day. She is a larger woman and we used custom measurements. We are both very pleased with the fit of the dress, it falls away from the body to flatter and minimize areas she is not comfortable with, and she doesn't need to wear shapewear, which would add discomfort to her.

Lovely dress that looked perfect. The dress was nicely sewn with beautiful details in the front. The dress was sewn in more powerful fabric than what the picture showed without being negative. One slight negative was that the upper part of the back of the dress was slightly out of the body (neck edge). Perhaps it should have been sewn a small incision on each side of the zipper. Overall, I am very pleased with the dress. Definitely recommend :)

This has been my first experience with purchasing dress online! The dress arrived promptly and was so exquisite that I was truly amazed! The material is rich and regal and the stitching is wonderful. It is a bit larger than I need but that's OK, I will just have it taken in a bit. All in all, this whole experience was awesome! I highly recommend both the dress and the service.

I was not satisfied with the purchase just several days ago. They were helpful before I bought the dress. However, they seemed to disappear after the order. I have sent several emails to ask about my order but no one replied. I was really worried it would be a scamming website. Althought the dress was much cheaper than those in other places, it was a big amount to me as a student. I almost gave up. Suddenly, my dress CAME! It was so beautiful. I sent one message to them, not via emails any more but on FB. They replied fast and told me to check my spam folder where I found all the emails including confirmation emails and emails about shipping info. That day seemed to be my lucky day. Everything is perfect. Nice dress, kind customer service and also some rewards from them.
Also the dress fits. I do not need to alter it. I am super glad with my dress. I have already recommended to my best friends.
