They have deactivated my account twice. No reasons concerned as signing up gained a lot of info. Its looking more like a fraudulent company.

Contact UPromise customer support on several occasions, for mixups with email addresses and for trouble with linking my Barclaycard rewards with my UPromise account. Barclaycard customer service always refers me to UPromise; and I cannot stress enough how absolutely horrible UPromise customer support is. First of all, there is no phone contact. You have to sift through tons of web pages to uncover a form and then you must engage in back and forth email responses, most of which never actually resolve your problem. I've asked repeatedly to have my issue escalated to a supervisor and have implored for someone to call me, but to no avail. It's such a disappointment and I am considering cancelling the card, deleting my account and filing a complaint with the CFPB.
There is no customer service phone number to call to get account help! They don't reply to their own online help system! If there is a problem with your account, you are out of luck!
It's over 90 days and never received my rewards numerous attempts to resolve and no one knows anything the phone numbers are useless no one answers
First, I couldn't get my account linked up properly and my mother's repeated attempts to transfer money to me were lost. I am no idiot when it comes to this sort of thins. Crappy website. After a while, I gave up. 5 years later, they notify me that I have money in the account that will be forfeited if I do not claim it. So I claim it and sit on the phone with a rep to make sure it goes straight to my student loans. Three months later, the auto-sweep still hasn't put anything into my loans. I opened a ticket that was supposed to have a two day response and after 2 weeks, there is not a peep from them. When I call, they just tell me to wait for the 3rd week of the month. They refuse to offer any insight as to what the problem is. They say the ticket has been escalated, but not to whom. And all they can tell me is that they will call when they have an answer. NO estimate on when that may be. They are holding nearly $1000 of mine hostage. Highly suspicious. Also, none of the cards I registered with them have EVER logged any rewards. This whole thing just smacks of a scam. When you call, they want your full name, address and a personal security response. Not good.
I have been using this site for years. Between the rebates from using my Upromise credit card and rebates from retailers I have earned almost $4000 in my daughters college fund.
I would give UPromise 0 stars but that was not an option. UPromise Clams I redeemed my money. I have never received one cent from UPromise! Big scam. Would NOT recommend!
I have had a ongoing dispute with Upromise and they refuse to take care of my complaint. I have been given several CIS incident reports and I get the run around. Merchant from china took months to send product When I called to cancel they said I have to wait until it comes. When it came it was defective Wrong cords attached and cheap in description. When I called to return they wanted to give me 5 dollar credit I said no I wanted to return and send me a return address. Then they said it was too expensive to return but they would give me 8 dollar credit. I wanted my money back and they still didnt give me return address. Plus they charged me 2 x for same item Upromise is saying after almost a year that the merchant did not do anything wrong. What the heck? When I call customer service there is no manager to take call. I am on hold for hours and still have not resolved. Now they tell me I have to wait 10-15 days for manager to call and what if Im not home. Why am I not talking directly to manager? They have promotion going on now and I commented how dissatisfied I am and again they say the need more info. Look at my complaint you have all my comments and notes!

Answer: Legit company just don't expect much. You need to earn $50 in rewards to redeem anything and that can take a long time.
Answer: They're very minimal. I wouldn't say corrupt but the premise sells itself and the support is nonexistent.
