The ID card worn around my neck and the vest was used for the first time this past Christmas flying on Jet Blue, staying at a Hilton property (no dogs allowed) and going to various restaurants in Boston and Raleigh, NC. Without asking, Al we had to do was check in physically at guest services or the desk at the airlines a few minutes early, no questions asked and they bumped us up to bulkhead seats on one flight and "more room" seats at no charge. The dog was able to sit on our lap. She was so calm and happy to be with us, she never made a peep. She was welcomed in the hotel, every restaurant and just sat quietly at our feet. No $400 boarding bills, no separation anxiety, and just a wonderful experience all the way around. Excellent product, well made and comfortable for the dog. It made our holidays perfect and now there is no worry about having to ever leaving her in the car for even a minute. Thank you!
We love them and there's no questions when I take her with me. She stresses out so bad she beats up the others so they hide. Then I worry about getting home because I know she is anxiously awaiting my return.
Very kind and helpful customer service. I would recommend! I ordered a small collar and an extra large vest. The custom service notice right away and called to verify if the order was correct. In fact I needed both extra large. It avoided me unnecessary head aches.

Given that I have PTSD the process of registering an emotional support dog seemed very overwhelming but once I was on the website it was very straightforward and user-friendly. I accidentally ordered the wrong size vest and contacted them to exchange for another size and the return process and response from customer service was very thorough accurate And Timely. I have already recommended to three people who are total strangers this company because they had no idea where to start or how the process works. In the process the company provides a template letter which is phenomenal because that's one of the pieces that many don't understand or know how to go about completing. This company is hands-down top-notch and all aspects of how a company should be!
