I was curious regarding the tax base on my home and happened up on US Realty Records. Figured I would waste $1.25 to see where it took me. Wow! Everything I could have possibly asked for was right there before my eyes! If you require information on your home, this is the site for you
I paid the dollar for record then called and cancelled because it is not what I was looking for. And they charged me 1 that I agreed to pay then I looked and they charged 19.95 as well without my permission! CROOKS
Got all the information I need in the blink of an eye.
I asked a question about getting a viewing but to no avail.
All info as promised. Did not have to go to the courthouse

I thought the basic report was an adequate interpretation of the current value of my home.
I got the info I was looking for and some more. It was easy to process.

Why did the Tax go up $720.00 from last year?
My neighbors went down $300.00 from last year!
