Wanted to know who was responsible for an empty house north of us. It has been empty for at least 6 or 7 years and it is an eye sore for the neighborhood. Found out who is the owner or? And want to contact them. I have already called the mayors office and the number for public housing due to rodents and people who are looking for a place to sleep overnight. It is a deterrent to the neighborhood and needs to be taken care of. It is losing siding and bringing the property value around it low.

There are so many unregulated real estate brokers online these days and I almost lost my money to a broker I found in Australia. I invested $35,000 with the company as a stake on a property. At first, everything seemed fine. Suddenly, they went offline, my account was logged out and I was not able to reach them for 2weeks. At this point, I got the clear message that I was scammed and I quickly reached out to Black Rock Consult Pro and I'm glad I got back my money within days. I own the property I searched and just wanted to find out the current value. I paid and downloaded the report but the information on it was completely wrong! It listed 3 unites, when the property has four. It listed four bedrooms when the property has eight. It listed the year of being built as 1906 when its actually 1901 (i know, small difference but it just shows that this website can't get anything correct)... etc etc. I would not trust this site for any information.

It was quick and easy well worth the little over a buck that I was charged! Gave me what I needed Iam a home owner renting a unit out the person interested in my unit said they own a home that is for sale they owned it for 10 yrs well this proved them wrong so it's a great site!

It is a little helpful, but the site had difficulty loading the map. I live in a rural area so I understand the difficulty. I have been here over three years, the names of the owners should have changed by now.

Shows nothing and charges are cryptic and fraudulent.
They showed 1 dollar house report and in a cryptic way enroll me for monthly and the CS just gets into a fight to prove me wrong. Just asked for my tax document and didn't get anything. Just my tax history ( numbers). All for 20 dollars and if hadn't checked my CC records. They would have continued to bill me

I live in this house!. The basement needs FIXED, it leaks really bad from the walls.
The roof needs replaced, and the windows, the doors, ect.
Needs re-wired all the way around!... needs a new garage...
I don't want to move, i love this house!. But i won't buy it for $114. It needs that much to fix it up!
The landlord is not able to keep up with this property anymore, so i take care of it the best i can... bring down the price, SIGNIFICANTLY, and i buy it...

The home doesn't include brick building on this property, and ingrown pool.
The brick building is large enough for exercise room or pool house. The addition of a sunroom from original design, added 200 sq ft to original size.

I used this site because I was interested in purchasing a vacant home and needed information on the property. I was very impressed at all the information I was given in the report. This site is extremely helpful and I'm sure I will continue to use it in the future.

This house was built in 1947. Maybe it was annexed into the city limits in 1955. Love was the first owner, my dad; Naud L Hart was next, then myself with James T Fox are present owners!

The listed owner has been dead for 4-5 years. She passed away in Chino, Ca. The property belonged to Charles and Ethel Pollard, the will specified two daughters would get the property, The will was changed and a sister was not notified by the attorney they had and the sister was not notified the will had been changed until Mr. Pollard passed.

The navigation and directions were easy for a senior citizen! I found out exactly what I wanted to know and I thank you.

I do not have a computer and am using my friend's computer. I have used her name and computer information below.

Though I did not get the official property tax record information, I was able to get the estimated value of the property and the actual owner information. For a very small fee, this was all I needed to start a more detailed search.

I was looking for Information on a mobile home so this site was not useful. The values it gave me and the local listings in the area were for houses not mobile homes. I think the site should indicate that it is not for use with mobile homes.

Was advised by a realtor that property I owned wasn't in my name as owner as it should be, needed quick effective, accurate ownership information. Rec'd property report, property in my name was determined that a escrow / title company made a mistake... problem resolved, now I can sleep tonight... maybe.

Not worth the $ when you can get ALL the info via public records. Reel you in with the 1.25 for single search, then hit you with full price to view the report. What a scam this company is! In the end, never got the info I was searching for! Immediately canceled

It gave me information that I hadn't expected. Good info to have. It was generated pretty fast which is a plus. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for information on any certain property. I like the fact they gave me a map as well.
