Need to find history of a home we purchased in 2001 all records were lost in a fire. This seemed to be quickest way to get info for tax purposes. Worked out great. Would recomend this service. Saved alot of time & runing around.

The report is the same stuff you can find on Zillow for free. On top of that they scam you in to paying a monthly membership, which I'm currently attempting to get them to refund and cancel. STAY AWAY, borderline fraud.

I was a bit confused as to the fee. I hopefully was only charged the $1.95 to obtain basic information, then there was another pop up that was indicating $19.95 per month, so I hesitated at that point, however, I had already given my visa card information, so I am hoping that I wont be charged $19.95 as I am not interested in any other information except what the basic gave me. Please let me know. ASAP

I liked the idea of having a report of a home i'm looking to buy, but I feel cheated that the more valuable information could cost an additional $15 total to get intel on. Most of the info I paid the $1.25 I could have found for free - however it was conveniently organized for me on this page.

First time I used this site and I was 100% satisfied. You have to be careful because they lead you into thinking you have to buy a membership to get the data. You don't have to, just keep scrolling until you get to the bottom where all the pertinent data appears AT NO COST.

Excellent site. I was able to get all t he information I needed at one time. T\This is an original El Reno home, built in 1930. My grandson really like it, though it needs a great deal of work as it has been neglected for years. Fortunatly, he is able to make all repairs himself.
