I was curious regarding the tax base on my home and happened up on US Realty Records. Figured I would waste $1.25 to see where it took me. Wow! Everything I could have possibly asked for was right there before my eyes! If you require information on your home, this is the site for you
I paid the dollar for record then called and cancelled because it is not what I was looking for. And they charged me 1 that I agreed to pay then I looked and they charged 19.95 as well without my permission! CROOKS
I certainly appreciated the compiled information that was given for my property search. I found out more than I had known concerning the property, prior to doing the search. The site is excellent.

This site is awesome for what is found on Page 3 (date of sale) if you have to go to court on your father's home. I expect to be charged $1.25 for this one time use. Paul Beisch
This was a very user friendly website. Paid a $1.25 to check to make sure the owner of a property was the person who's property I was wanting to rent. Very quick and easy.
Products used:
The $1.25 basic service which gives you the basic information on a property. The owner, address, etc.
I requested a property estimate, and the result was displayed quickly and it was well laid out.
I did not like that I could not save the query results though.
I was curious about value before the appraisal, I feel very confident about the numbers beforehand. And with the compariables, it will be hard for an appraiser to low ball me.
I wanted to do some basic review for a property I am considering to purchase. Thanks Money is funny and change is strange a girl needs to save for a rainy day.

The first search I did did not provide me with the info I needed the second search I wanted to see what it said about my property and it gave everything the first search was to see if I could get info about a home and property next to mine to find out if I could buy this place but it did not give the info I needed
These people are doing nothing but stealing they take old information that was once listed and use it to update their database. Its old, its wrong and nothing you can't get from the city of phila yourself if you go on their site.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVEN THEIR RATINGS ARE A FRAUD WRITTEN BY THENSELVES

It was not hard I was able to do it myself with the instruction given to me on the site, thank you. And I should be able to do it again in the future.
They charge you 30 cents or 95 cents to get you in. Then they will charge you 19.95 every month. Total scam! Stay away!
They information they provide is nothing more than the public information.
Was happy with the complete results that it provided. I was trying to find the property taxes & was really happy with all that was provided along with the requested information
