Just had problem not able to print out my paid for report. Not sure on accuracy of value or market value of this property, seems far too low. Yard is large for city. House on outside looks decent enough. Another site said it had inside sq. Footage of 1,099, not your reported sq. Footage of only 1,072. Small difference I know, but for buyer perhaps every little bit of extra space does matter. Had great picture up on May 4,2016 of house and yard, but OTC and city utilities seem to be making large changes in near future over in that area.

I'm trying to find the owner of 5027 Fordham ave Kalamazoo Michigan. My father left a will stating that upon his death, it was suppose to be shared or sold out and decided between me and my sister. Im not sure what happened or why I was not contacted. I have a copy of the will and last testimony. Who can I contact. I would send an attached picture but I don't want personal info displayed at this time with the advice of my attorney.

I wanted to see how much my house could sell for. I was impressed with all the information this site provided for me, including pictures! Seeing what similar properties sold for was also quite useful. Now I just need to find a buyer so I can purchase another house I'm interested in. 5 stars!

The information presented is very thorough. Although, I'm not sure of it's accuracy when compared to some other references. But, the information does appear to contain interesting facts that could be confirmed further.

Hopefully after the Nov. Election we can make a move back to Pa. This will give us a idea of value of this property. We know value has increased but nothing big. The process was easy, fast and certainly cheap enough that anyone can afford it.

Easy to use. But knowing for sure I did not sign up for a monthly charge of use left me unsettled. I asked for a basic report and did not want to have an ongoing relationship with this company. It is not always clear if I have understood all their terms.
I felt like the price given was much higher than actual worth due to the fact there are many rentals in the area I was looking. And county appraisals are inflated.

This record search was helpful. My only disappointment was that I didn't see a year the house was built. We really wanted to find that out. Some of the information did not seem to be updated like how many bathrooms for instance.

I needed some info about a house far from where I was. I got everything I needed except that I'm not sure how the save the data. Maybe that's my problem and it's right in front of me and i just can't see it. That has happened before. Or perhaps the report will be included with my email receipt?

I recently inherited a property and my siblings and I want to sell it. However, my sister hired an agent who I don't trust and think doesn't care about anything but making a buck. How to prove that to my sister was another problem. I found USRealtyRecords and searched my own property. Needed a report for a home and home owner info and got it quick! Barely over $1! I recommend this site for anyone needing a quick, cheap home report!

I purchased a report for less than a dollar, the email, which I have says no further billing. Then, I see they are automatically charging my credit card for $19.95. I called to cancel but the admin person I spoke with says she cannot provide refunds and there is no one else to talk with. Really? Meanwhile, I hear laughing in the background. Needless to say... Do no use this company or this site.

Looking to buy but want to know it's true value. Offer now is $125-135,000. Surrounding homes have been viewed as well. Really love the house and neighborhood Close proximity to the sheriff department library and Post office

It appears I purchased a 95 cent review and then ended up with a $30/month membership charged to my credit card. No emails were ever sent on any of the transactions, though when i called they confirmed they had my email address.

Have no recollection of using the site, nor any need.

I have security system, Solar panel which I dont pay electricity, a median shed, and home water filtration system. All this would increase home value even more. Not bad comparing when I bought it with no down be a VA home loan. 100,000 in pocket

I needed a quick way to figure out the general value of my home as I started the refinance process. This was an easy way to ballpark the value that seem pretty accurate. It is significantly lower than the county "appraised" value, but county appraisals or often off. Nevertheless, I will be having an official appraisal done in the next couple of weeks and I will compare its accuracy then.

Please do not ruin my totally positive first impression by automatically charging my checking account $19.95/month that I did not choose and do not need. I absolutely respect current homeowner's privacy and may make an offer in case of owner's eventual decision to sell.

I agreed to pay $1.25 for a report on a property that I was interested in buying because they said they used more records than the free report. The report I received online had LESS information than I had been able to discover via Google searches and when I clicked on the link I was emailed to see my report, I got a -404 error (page not found). I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and blocking further charges from them (based on other reports of being charged $19.95 once the $1.25 charge was accepted).

I needed info on ownership of a home that someone is trying to rent to me from another state! How do I even know if the person claiming to own the property has anything at all to really do with it, and that this isn't just some scam?
I'm going to ask the so-called owner some questions about the home, including the owners name and if he doesn't know the right answers it's just a rip-off in progress, only I'm not giving him a DIME!

I have only searched for owner current contact and address but it is not in the report. No body is living in this house and it is abandoned place.

I am not satisfied with the just general information about the house, those info already I had from other sources.
By paying you got nothing valuable. Please, provide me the owner detail contact information or return my money back.

After many attempts to find out the owner of a rental property nearby, this website finally came through. I also learned other valuable things about the property. Some sites charge $30.00 for this info! Glad I found this one.

I thought I was just paying a one time fee of $1.95 for a report, but when I check my account theres two charges of. 95 and 19.95. Not once did i click to sign up for the premium account. I authorized a 1.95 charge not 19.95. Straight scammers for a report that doesn't have much info. One and done with this company. Time will tell if they hold up to their word on refunding me the money.

The website indicated I would be charged $1.25 to download information on a single property, but when I finished signing on, I received a $. 95 charge along with a second $19.95 charge, both of which I did NOT see when signing on. I immediately called their 800 number and an associate was very kind and agreed to refund the charges. I was sent an email indicating the charges to be removed. I will watch my credit card to see if, in fact, they are.
