This site had information I did not find in the town records. It gave me a perspective on my home I didn't know about. It was really quick finding records. I would recommend this to everyone.

Great report, monthly fee a bit high for my wallet. For now single use is less costly, $30 a month is a far from achievable since I do not have that much of a realty business.

I didn't realize I accepted the membership and not just the 1-time property report and called to refund that back out (2 days after the mistake), they could offer me 30% discount.

I am very impressed with how quick you s Realty can provide me with a CMA of the property.

The accuracy is it the ballpark as well, price wise that is.

Very quick and had a lot of data. As one would expect no contact information of the seller. That would be beneficial and help tremendously. But it did give a valuable product.

I wanted to know if there were any liens or mortgages on the property and it is a great tool for the price, it will give you an idea about the property.

I get nervous when I have to type my credit card info into a site I'm not familiar with, but I'm glad I did. This up-to-date, detailed report is exactly what I was looking for.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! They charged my card 8 times and I had no clue who it was and couldnt find them to cancel since their name on my statement says usreportsreal, which is not their name. I tried to find this company in order to stop the charges, but couldnt locate them by the name on all the charges. Why would they not have their real company show up? This is something crooks do and thats exactly what they are! They blame me for not being able to locate them in order to get a refund in their 15 day window. How can I do that when I cant figure out who they are?! How dare they blame me, shame on them! They refuse to refund the $159.60 they stole from me! I am a single mom trying to make ends meet and these crooks couldnt care less! If a company goes by a different name so you cant locate where the charges are coming from then you know they are corrupt and need to be shut down! Make sure to check your statements and look for their alias name usreportsreal! I will not allow them to get away with this, they stole from the wrong person!

It was imperative that I know whose name was on the deed to the house originally. Your company answered my questions. Name price and year of purchase.

i dont understand how my house is worth $100,000 less then last year. i had it appraised and it was over $300,000????? I even did upgrades and added central air.

I was pleased with the reviews but now realize they were generated by employees not actual customers. I was prompted to enter all the property and payment information and when I was to receive my records that I paid for a screen informed too much time had passed and that I needed to refresh the page even though only 1 second had passed so I refreshed the page... same message so once more I refreshed the page and nothing, but each time I refreshed the page they charged me again so I called the company and explained what had happened and they put me on hold for 10 minutes to come back on the line and tell me they refunded all but one of the charges and then hung up on me so... I called back and explained what happened with the previous "customer service" rep and demanded all my money back which I got but this company is NOTHING BUT A SCAM hoping you won't dig to get your money back!

I was able to confirm ownership for a friend of mine who may be going through a divorce. It was fast, inexpensive and convenient. Thanks for the piece of mind!

Very helpful. Owner said house was worth more. We would not have known this was worth considerably less. I never knew this was available for people looking into buying homes.

They suck you into premium membership by saying "You may search estimated values, type of property, bedrooms, bathrooms, lot size, square footage, year built and more." You can't search by any of this information AT ALL. You have to know the exact address you want to look at before you can search anything. It seemed like once I registered that I could search for properties based on value, or square footage, etc. I couldn't. And then when I called there customer service number, they immediately offered me a 30% discount, but would not refund my complete premium purchase, which I bought due to their false advertising. They repeatedly said "we understand and would like to offer...", but they didn't understand, otherwise they would have refunded me. The first guy actually hung up on me. The second person wouldn't collect her manager, and she couldn't even answer if he/she was there or not. Watch out. They don't easily cancel your subscription, and they absolutely WILL NOT give you a full refund.

Saw a lot of bad reviews. The company charges a 19.99 fee on top of the 1.25 dollar search. I did not need that service. They refunded my 1999. I just asked nice.

I was impressed with the information. The house is not heated with oil, however. We installed a heat pump many years ago and it is currently the highest rated one we could purchase.
