I am just surveying this report for 1st time. It is mostly accurate as to the property features but setting that aside the rest of report is very accurate

I'm interested in buying a certain house and basic information I purchased from Usrealtyrecords was helpful for both myself and the seller of the house.

I am renting this property from an entirely different person. Then I find out that it is not owned by the person I am paying rent to, this has me very upset.

They suck and lie. Big scam. Don't use this product. They said 1.95 and it ended up being 20. They mislead the audience and are not truthful. Then to cancel, it takes more time than the 20.

Satisfied with the report but you took me to a page informing me that I had enrolled in a $19.95 Per Month service fee for continuing to use your service. I do NOT Want the service.

I thought the report was good. I am still not sure who owns the house. The owner listed is dead. If nobody has recorded who inherited the house then no records have changed.

I was a little disappointed because when I just press on one line on what I was looking for it started searching.

I needed to find out who held the mortgage of a property in foreclosure plus some other property specifics and got what I needed. Way worth the $1.25 I paid.

It showed they had results on my search, but I needed to pay them to see it. After I paid, it came up that there were no results for my search. What a rip off!

I am so happy to have found this site. I needed to know something to compare the worth of my mother's home to the way others might be sailing in the area!

I purchase the report in order to get a clear idea about the property and who is the actual owner. Reports feel in the information that you don't get from the MLS.

I needed property information for one address and the report was complete and fast for only $1.98! The information was a lot easier to obtain rather then going through the County website.

This full report was very easy to get as well as useful. It gave me more information than I expected and was very interesting information I did not know.

We viewed property and it was trashed. Land was trashed junk every ware. It wasn't worth 130,936 with all the damage and repairs too be done. Also, No owner/bank was mentioned like your add said.

I need to know the name of the actual owner of the building I live in but all they gave me is "CA rentals inc" which isn't listed online ore in the yellow pages so I really didn't get the info I needed

Don't waste your $1.25 for this. You find the same info on Zillow. There's nothing in these reports other then the stuff you find on Realtor or Zillow.

The report was equal to other reports that I have pulled I have not found the right home yet? Hopefully soon. A copy of the deed would be great added to the reports.
