I was curious regarding the tax base on my home and happened up on US Realty Records. Figured I would waste $1.25 to see where it took me. Wow! Everything I could have possibly asked for was right there before my eyes! If you require information on your home, this is the site for you
I paid the dollar for record then called and cancelled because it is not what I was looking for. And they charged me 1 that I agreed to pay then I looked and they charged 19.95 as well without my permission! CROOKS
Last week I received an appraised value for only the outside of the property that was $12,000 lower than what this report has shown.
If the estimate is remotely close, my property value has increased a great amount. This information will come in handy for my refinancing.

Supposed to be. 95. Found charge on my CC card for 19.95. They never answer the phone. Only direct you to this web site.
This really helped because the realtor only put $95,500 as an estimate and you are $10,000 more so we will up the selling price.

Good place to get latest data on neighboring real estate sales. It would be handier if there were dates assigned to date of sale.

I got the information needed but this information does not show that there is 2 dwellings in one house, sort of a duplex.

Yes, helped me out a lot. It was very inexpensive to get that information and I got what I needed for taxes.
I was looking to rent a home, the homeowner was rather sketchy... by getting this report has set my mind at ease!
Not happy after reading reviews. Am contacting attorney general office to make sure there are no other charges going to my card.
