I was curious regarding the tax base on my home and happened up on US Realty Records. Figured I would waste $1.25 to see where it took me. Wow! Everything I could have possibly asked for was right there before my eyes! If you require information on your home, this is the site for you
I paid the dollar for record then called and cancelled because it is not what I was looking for. And they charged me 1 that I agreed to pay then I looked and they charged 19.95 as well without my permission! CROOKS
The report was very comprehensive and instant. The most important thing is it provided me with the exact information I needed. Thanks

US Realty is a scam. They charge $. 95 for a report then $19.95 a month without your approval or you knowing.
It's designed for easy data entry and promptly returns information. I did not subscribe as I only wanted the bare basic information.
Report seemed to be quickly generated. I will know the full value of this service after I've reviewed the report in detail.
The site provided me with the information I was looking for. Couldn't ask for more! First option used, no need to check anywhere else.

Was very precise in tax appraisal schools owner purchased price an last purchased very useful site will use again highly recommend.

Info very good, but I was hoping to see a diagram of my property with all the dimensions. Maybe I have to contact the County Office for this info.
All the info was appreciated, but the comps all related to 2 bedroom units and this is a 1 bedroom, so I do not think these are good comps.
If you are looking to buy a house this 1.25 report is will worth it it will tell you current owner what it was used for taxes and more

This is an old photo of this property. It has not had a proper roof or gutters in over 3 years. It also is a 1 1/2 story house.
