Since we own this house, I know what it looks like. The site shown on page one is the area BESIDE our house, and not even on our property line. It doesn't name the years the previous owner owned it or the realtor who sold it to us. Glad I only 'bought' one report and not a monthly subscription. Now will be sure to peruse my next credit card statement to be sure I was only charged one time.

I was expecting a simple 2 statement report showing the property value, but US Realty Records exceeded my expectations with not only my initial request, but additional information regarding schools and demographics that I didn't expect to receive. Thank you!

I grew up at 252 s central ave and wanted to know who owned it now and what it was worth. We sold it in 1957 for $8000. I hate that it has gone in such disrepair. I thank you for the great information and the fast service. Wish I could buy it and fix it but at 78 I'm too old and my family is all in SC. Again thanks for making my day.

My request for the valuation report for this property was received in a very quick span of time. I opted out of monthly membership though. I don't think I need further. However, if I find it necessary in the future I will most definitely return to UsRealtyRecords.com! Thanks!

I tried to request a single record for 95 cents and when I accepted it I was signed up for a monthly service costing me $19.95 a month for 4 months by the time I caught it. They did return one month. That was great of them, right. So, one record I requested for 95 cents, which they did take from my account as well, did cost me $60.80. Bank won't do anything because they said there is a hidden button that tells you all about how they intend to take your money.

We have rented this home for 6 yrs and when we move in they wouldn't sell all thru years. The owners son said his mom would sell to us now if our loan is approved. At this point he wanted 83,000,00. After seeing this he is only getting 62,000. Thanks you guys are spot on!

It said before paying that it has all the information in their report but after paying it couldn't find that address when called customer service was told need to go on line but there isn't anything online besides sending emails with no respond. I'm really so ashamed of my self for giving my credit card information to a fraud company.

I was also scammed. Thought I was paying $1.95 but ended up with $20 subscription. Received email saying account was cancelled but no word about refund. No phone response and no live chat. Beware.
Follow up to my original comment above. After several emails I received a refund but I had to be persistent. First this company needs to revamp their website to make it clearer exactly what is being charged. Second the employees obviously don't communicate since today Joshua commented on my review suggesting that if I had asked for a refund I would have got one. Well I did request one and I have received one but someone forgot to let Joshua in customer service know.

We were looking for information about a rental property we were interested in. We received all the information needed to confirm any doubts that we had. The price to get the report was less than a cup of coffee. It's well worth it for peace of mind. I would recommend this site if you want an easy way to get property owner information, price paid, and current value of the home - all in one place.

Added a little more information to what I own. As I am reading the comments to the right it states that many people have been charged for a monthly fee, I am not interested in paying any more fee's. Also my printer is not working with this site to print the report, first page has taken 10 minutes to print. My printer has never done this before.

It took a bit more time than I expected... not immediate, but the report arrived within 5 minutes to my laptop.

I primarily needed the owner's name and it got that right. Lots of additional info. But I didn't need it.

Good information. Because I had to pay the fee I wish I could have a copy of this report. This property is next door to me and has been vacant for 7 years. We have to report the high grass yard several times every summer to the city to mow. What a hassle this has been.

This report doesn't show unpaid taxes or any other amounts associated with the property. Does this mean all taxes are paid and no liens applied to it?

I was actually surprised that I could get any information at all for only $1.25. Of course, they attempted to upcharge to a $9.95 per month premium plan... which I declined. The property I searched was my own, so there were no surprises. All of the basic data was essentially correct, however their property valuation was not even close (roughly 1/8 of its' actual value). I made the search because of all the ads I hear about home title fraud. This was much easier than making a trip to the county courthouse. Last thing... once the online report is generated, it is impossible to download without upgrading to the premium plan. However, I was able to copy clip the information, paste it into Word and save it that way.

Excellent site. I was able to get all t he information I needed at one time. T\This is an original El Reno home, built in 1930. My grandson really like it, though it needs a great deal of work as it has been neglected for years. Fortunatly, he is able to make all repairs himself.

I was initially upset that I had subscribed and deleted my account information. But I was very satisfied with the. 95 product. Since this was a one time look at a property that my wife is inheriting, it was a great overview, although we were disappointed with the value, it could be more realistic than our expectations.

They post their fee as. 95 then tack on another fee for 19.95. No mention of that second fee in their ad. Avoid them they are thieves They also reported that the house I was researching was a 3 bathroom home when I know for a fact it only has 2 bathrooms..

Very fast easy and affordable the steps were not hard to follow the information that was given was valuable I would use this service again and refer it to anyone and need of information about a certain or particular property

Disappointed that it couldn't provide the previous owners name. Also, it says there are 5 full bathrooms. Not true. There is only "one" full bathroom. Why would a house have 2 bedrooms and that many bathrooms.

For that change it cost it's worth it you'll get all the info you need! I was looking a getting a home but the recent tenants that was on there way out didn't want to give me the Contact info so I looked up the info using this site an I'm glad I did!

I've lost so much. But thanks to the report I received, I'm able to find a course of action where I did not have one, nor did I know what to do until I found this site. Thank you.
