As a first time user of USRealtyRecords.com I was a little leery of the site when I
Realized there was a $1.25 fee to get a report. The report provides a lot of information and is well worth the fee. The report offers very detailed information about the property.

Yes this company is a no show for me! I have called for help as to why my account was canceled with credits remaining no help there was directed to e-mail which I did. Still no response! What a let down! I thought this company could help to make fast decisions on real estate! Guess its back to public records for me. Today I missed out on a quick sale because I couldn t get a report? Thanks for nothing!

Great tool with fast and accurate results. Easy to use and economical. I have been trying to uncover ownership of various properties and this tool provides complete information without errors. I am impressed with the overall funtionality.

This is a scam - know you aren't getting a $0.95 property report but a $20 monthly subscription. Will kindly offer you a 50% refund for only 3-payments and demand you agree that this settles your dispute -

Everything was fine, except, The house has new roof, new siding, new gutters and downspouts, new shutters, new lights and trim freshly painted. You need to update the photos as they do not give a realistic impression.

We use this particular information in our Property Management Business and it usually requires driving to Hopkinsville Kentucky to get this information.

I needed this info to prove I was a prior owner of this address so that I could collect unclaimed funds I found by searching the website www.missingmoney.com. This report provided just the basics but enough to prove I was on record as a previous owner. Should do the trick. The print out did not print what was on the screen which was disappointing.

This was quick and easy and very user friendly. I needed to confirm the owners of the home and you provided that for $1.25! And to think, I was going to pay an attorney for this information! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I stumbled upon this website and upon seeing 4 star rating from sitejabber proceeded to find out information about a property I am interested in. They said they have recirds for the property and one I paid I was redirected to the search page with a message saying that the address was not found. They just stole $1.25 from me and based on so many other reviews it looks like they will also charge me for a monthly subscription unless I call them and ask not to. FRAUD STAY AWAY

It was easy to navigate the site. I knew there would be a fee even though it was advertised as no fee! I expected upsales and just took what I needed. I would have like a contact number for the owner but I can start with the name provided.

This site had the home value wrong by 60%. When I signed up for a $1.25 lookup, I found I had been scammed into a $29.95 recurring monthly fee. Using the "Chat" feature i was able to obtain a refund, but I advise avoiding this site.

YOU could get exactly what you ask for at a reasonable rate, with no hard sales pitch. You, like me, are probably used to those sites where whatever you're looking for costs 10 to 100 times more than advertised. In addition, you don't get anything without being subjected to hard sells on all the things you need to buy instead of or add on to. None of this here, got what I asked for at the very reasonable price, at the end ask me if I might be interested in an ongoing relationship-I wasn't at this point, end of discussion. But if you're house hunting, looking for info on a few houses comparing yours to others-these people are the real deal. I was looking for one quick thinkgot itbut if I was ever doing anything more you bet I"d be heading back here.

Overall, the report info. Was accurate except for a few items.

How can I get this information updated correctly?

I was looking for the current owner's name; this was the 1st home we had when we got married in 1965. I will be visiting Farmingdale soon and wanted to send the current owner a note to request a visit to the property... for old times sake. This will probably be my last visit to the area.

This property we researched was a neighbor(6181 Garner Road, Akron, MI *******), It showed occupied & it is not occupied. Its a double wide trailer which is not occupied, judgement against owner of trailer. Also, report doesn't show if property taxes are current or delinquent, would like that feature. One person owns the property and another person owns the double wide trailer. 2nd property we reviewed was our own. 6119 Garner Road, Akron, MI *******

Needed information about a property owner before entering into a contract and was unable to access information on the county website. Using the service with UsRealty I received all the information I needed and then some very much worth the dollar I spent.

I came across a beautiful home, an I inquired about, the owner was not in country an because there are so many scams out there I needed a peace of mind, my kids are so excited about movin an I jus couldn't bear to disappoint them if this were a scam. Thank u for giving me peace of mind, now I can proceed!

The site is set up to make it look like you have you create a password to see the report but it really is an additional service that wants to charge you $19.95 a month. There is no way to back out of it before it places your order!
DON'T FALL FOR IT!

I'm thinking about buying a place and this showed me everything I needed. I wanted to make sure that what the owners was telling me was true because they didnt show me any paper work. I wanted to know if it was worth what I was going to be paying.

First, takes too long to navigate the site and get your report. Second, to' find the information you are looking for, you are scammed to pay significantly more money to get, maybe, significantly more information. Third, assuming the public record home site is working, you should be able to get the information you are looking for at no cost, but your time.

Having said the above, the information I received was helpful and nicely presented on the screen.

This place is a Scam. Not only you cant reach them by phone once I signed up for $1.35 cents they did not provide any records and once I canceled the same day they did not charge me $1.35 cents they charged me $19.95 and 0.95 cents also. Don't use them they are crocks where you cant even reach them. I filed with my Capital One hopufuly they will help.

At first I was in the dark, you know what I mean, but when I read the Report, I said you have things pegged. We do not know you people, but you did a good job with the surroundings, are you from around here?
