“Never again”

Brigida D.

I ordered 3 pairs of boots on 11/29/21 and have not received my order. Will never order from them again. All about stealing peoples money. I think the Government does enough of that.

“A complete fraud”

A complete fraud. My shipment came 17 days after I purchased and although they appear to be real, after scrutiny, they're clearly fake. The fur is not the authentic wool. I'm going to submit a claim through PayPal, but do not have high hopes.

Order boots, took 4 weeks, right order but the boots are fake. Smell and two layers of suede and fake fur.

Paypal said "item is not covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. Thus, we are not able to help you at this point.

However, if more claims are being filed against this seller within the next 180 days we will review this case more closely.

Please contact the seller directly to solve this case. We have to debit the reversal amount as well as a 5 EUR processing fee from your PayPal account."

So if you have been burned please submit a claim to the resolution center. Maybe if enough of us hound them they will stop accepting money for this fake company.

I thought I was ordering from the clearance section of the official Uggs site, since this site really looks authentic, but I stopped before finalizing my order with this website when I saw that I had been switched to a payment site in Bejing. Thankfully I figured out that it was a fake site before sending any credit card info. What I've learned from my research: If you are ordering Uggs online, be sure and check the list of authorized Ugg retailers at the official Ugg Australia site first! What I don't get is why the legitimate company is not doing more to shut this type of site down. They are using their logo, photos, descriptions, etc. Such a scam, but probably only one of thousands!

We purchased boots (12-29-09) and surprise surprise we still have not received them. Thanks for all the advice that was posted - we filed a report with the FBI and we will be filing a police report next. Has anyone received their product or refund since your posts?

Why does this site even exist? I cannot believe I didn't see these reviews sooner. Too good to be true... I thought I was getting a deal! I still haven't received my boots. They sent me the tracking info a couple of days after they charged me for my order. Surprise, surprise... the tracking number was coming up as invalid. I finally was able to track the package only to find that it was still in CHINA! China? WTF!? I thought this was a US based site... if the name was anything to go by or the fact that their shipping method is USPS. I am so upset with myself for not being more cautious. I've sent them an email in a futile attempt to get some kind of recourse. They've charged my account and the best I can hope for is a dodgy knockoff that apparently smells of diesel fuel, delivered over a week later then promised. It's that or nothing with the likelihood of identity theft.

Stay away from this site, I just ordered a pair of UGG boots from them, but have realised since they are counterfeit. I wish I had seen this site sooner. The boots are supposed to be in the mail. I thought I got a deal, but of course it was too good to be true...

BEWARE! These people are criminals. I ordered figuring I was ording in the US, but, alas, when I contacted them for tracking realized that they were coming from Shanghi, got very nervous. Item didn't arrive in time for Christmas and in horrible condition. Obvious fakes. Pulls in fabric and very narrow in the leg. They told me that they do not accept returns (?) and after I persisted, they offered me 10% refund. GET REAL! After going back and forth for a week via email, they still will not give out their return address and their final refund amount they will offer is 25%. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and don't expect to see a return address for the boots. I guess I should consider myself lucky, they at least emailed me back.

I agree with all of the other complaints. I actually went to the FBI Internet Fraud division and filed a complaint there. I have been advised to file a police report so pay pal or my bank can validate the fraud. I just wish they would quit sending me messages "Dear Friend", I am not their friend, friends don't scam friends. BUYER BEWARE on this one, they are a Joke!

Do not place an order with this website! I placed an order on November 29th and was billed the same day. The site confirms your payment and states that you will receive a tracking # in 1-2 days. I never received one. I contacted the site on Dec. 16 and then received a tracking number the next day and a message in broken english that the boots would come in soon. I am sure its a scam. I still have not received anything. I have contacted by bank and filed a claim and have received my money back since then. What a scam!

Ordered boots and received in sloppy taped bag and every label in Chinese. (first sense something wasn't right) The boots are cheap, smelly knock-offs. They charged more on credit statement than invoice on website. I emailed them for the return label or address and response was why did I want to return them. Their next email was that they only take back items if they made the mistake but I would get 15% off on my next order from them. I was pissed. I emaied them back saying I never heard any such thing and was reporting them to the BBB, the Attorney General, and the internet and that they made the mistake of false advertising etc. I called the official website and they told me what to do. They are trying to shut them down. I am working with my credit card company. Its not right how these companies can scam people like this. They ought to be shot.

I ordered my Ugg Boots on this website on a Sunday 1-8-11 and the next day I saw
This website with all of the reviews and called my credit card company within 24 hours. Told them that its a fake website and cancel my charge but they told me it was in the process and I would have to file not to except the charges so I did. With in the same 24 hours I e-mail the UGG FAKE BOOTS website and they e-mailed back telling me they were sent and gave me a tracking # which was INVALID. So please do not order anything form this site. No signs of receiving any Boots.
Learned a very important lesson..

Well I was on of the suckers that ordered what I thought was a real Ugg from this website on Dec. 30,2010. I unfortunately, did not read what the official Ugg website has on their website about fakes. I received the boots today, Jan. 13,2011. My curiosity immediately was peaked when the shipping paper on the outside of the box had chinese lettering on it.
The boots were obvious fakes. They looked cheap, and the fur inside was some type of synthetic material, not sheepskin.
Since I had read on the Official Ugg site about the iridescent tag that should be on the box and the boot, I looked for it and it was not there. Inside the box there was no return information whatsoever. Fortunately, I had saved the confirmation email I received and was able to go to the website, enter my account and see my order.
I printed a copy of the transaction. On the website there is no way to contact the vendor except for through a gmail address.
When I called the credit card company, they found the transaction and will begin a dispute.
The interesting thing is that the amount they charged my card was slightly higher than what my receipt indicated, and the name for the vendor was a web address that I had not ever even visited.
I did email the gmail address, but I'm sure there won't be a response.
I bought these boots to reward my 12-year-old daughter for her excellent accomplishment in school last semester.
She was so disappointed to learn that these were fakes.
These people should be in jail.
Buyer beware.

Yet another Chinese counterfeit boot site. Maybe you'll get a pair of fake boots, maybe nothing. Most likely nothing.

This company is a joke at best, and at worst it doesn't even exist. My wife tried to ordere UGG boots for our daughter for Christmas. Order was placed on Decembe 5th and payment was processed the same day. We have never received any further correspondance from this company to let us know about our oder. There is no phone number, no address, and when you conact them they do not reply. A google search of "usuggboots.com review" brings up multiple pages of other customers receiving the same service, or should I say lack of service. I have disputed this payment with both paypal and my credit card company. Avoid this site!

*Update 12/20/09*
Well, wouldn't you know that my order arrived the day after contacting my credit card company and paypal to dispute the charges. Not that it changes anything. My order was shipped from China and covered in Chinese writing. The box was a fake UGG box and it looked like it had been dug out of a trash can. The boots are EXTREMELY fake and smell like diesel. Stay away from this website!
