Thank you for your inquiry.

If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error (Unavoidable color difference is excluded.), you are qualified to get a full refund. If you have after sale issues, please contact our after sale department within 7 days from the day you receive the parcel, and they'll help you with your order.

As all of our dresses are manually made from scratch including standard size dresses, so please check the color and size chart before you place the order.

I have not received my dress yey. I am terrified what I am going to receive. Some of the reviews are awful. The company doesn't seem to want to refund for unsatisfied customers. This is not the American way. I seriously hope I do not have this problem.
