I finally received my wrap. I am not happy with this company as far as communicating with me other than this chat portion. I sent several messages and even logged a ticket and never received any comment back from anyone. This is very very poor business. I will never buy from here again and I will be sure to log a complaint with the better business bureau and will be sure to let everyone I know never to buy from this site.

The wedding dress I received is extremely beautiful. I was somewhat sceptical of online shopping, and this experience really encouraged me. I am overall happy with the dress. The shipping did not take more then 20 days (or about that time). So that was fast. The package however wasn't the best i have seen i didn't even know if was my dress inside of that package (i have been ordering other things online as well). The dress came in a plastic bag (package) i would have preferred a box that would have felt more secure and nice since you are ordering your wedding dress here. The dress is beautiful however the section over the stomach/hip area is to big so i have to get it fixed. I did order a customized dress but everything is difficult when you can't try it first. But in overall i am happy thanks!

Being on a tight budget, I ordered from this site. After I ordered it, my gut instinct told me to look up reviews... my stomach fell as I realized I may have fallen for scam. I expected the wedding dress to be poor quality and I set my expectations low. I then arranged for a back-up dress and told myself I was only going to be 'out 145$'... Well, the dress came in the mail and I opened it up expecting the worst... BUT, I was surprised. It WAS what I ordered, and even though it was very long for a size 10, I was happy with the dress. I hung it up and wrinkles came out. I will take it to get altered and hopefully it will fit perfectly.

I have received my order fully in time and according to my order and custom size. It is very beautiful and of good quality. I am very satisfied and happy and so I am going to do my second order now. Many compliments to Vbridal team and thank you very much for your support and cooperation.

I ordered a standard size 8 no custom order yet they claim it is custom. Dress came with the appliqué on the front torn and frayed all over the bodice. The sheer sleeves were to be grey and they are a dirty tan color. The coordinating jacket has seams sewn crooked. I contacted them immediately when I received the dress to have it sent back but they refuse to take it back. I purchased this for my sons wedding and I had to go out and find another dress because I had no time to order another. They keep offering me coupons to buy another dress or 20% off my dress. I would never buy anything from them. I am going to contact the BBB to report them. Their return policy states you can get full refund if not satisfied but they are scammers! Also the phone number is not a working number!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and was sent the wrong dress and it had the hanger loops sewn into the outside of the dress! I complained and sent pictures of the dress to prove the defects and the fact that it was the wrong dress that they sent. Because of the rush I was in, I re-ordered the original dress I had selected and paid again. I was absolutely shocked when they did exactly the same thing a second time. Wrong dress again and poor workmanship. I have written and sent pictures 6X and have not received an answer. I am being completely ignored now that they have my money. Their mistake is not knowing that I am an attorney and I intend to go after them so they can't do this to another customer ever again.

At first I was skeptical to order my dress for this occasion on line. However, after looking in stores and not finding what I was looking for, I decided to give it a try. The cost of the dress was far lower than what I would have paid for a comparable dress in the store. Plus, I was able to get the dress in a custom size, which worked perfectly. The dress arrived in a timely fashion and was absolutely beautiful. The dress is well made and the detailing is impressive. I received many compliments on the dress while I was at the wedding. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The color I ordered was a light tan, the dress I got was cooper in color. Vbridal will not refund me even after emailing them the obvious color difference with pictures. I am very sad and heart broken because I LOVED the dress itself just not the cooper color. I believe in miracles and wish Vbridal would refund me the 321.00 dress or give me a new one in the light tan color.

Fits like a glove. I just have to get it tightened a bit(lost one kilo from the time I ordered the dress and received it).
