I am very happy to say that my wedding dress is fabulous. It is beautifully made, well finished with delicate embroidery. The fabric is smooth and of high quality. And I LOVE the long train. My friends are all shocked by how cheap the price is for such good quality. Best website ever!

I received order yesterday Jan 21,2016 and it didn't fit when I try to call customer service or email my message gets rejected. I'm very upset that a company that suppose to be there isn't when u need a quick return. Bad Review
I receive my dress within 2 weeks. It is super fast! The dress itself is also very beautiful. It is well finished with good workmanship. The chiffon material is soft and of great quality. I could not have possibly asked for more. Highly recommended!

I ordered my evening dress for my party here and i do not regret it. I ordered a long principessa dress with elegant beads. It was so beautifully made. The workmanship was excellent. I received much more compliments at the party than last year. People kept asking where I bought this fantastic dress and I of course had recommended Vbridal. Because I absolutely need the dress this weekend, I was so worried that I wrote a dozen emails to check the progress. Since my earlier review regarding Vbridal, I am happy to say that they have contacted me several times to rectify the situation. They are now going to refund the full price of my dress. I do however, lose my initial freight costs. I am still waiting to receive my refund, which shouldn't take too long. I am putting up this new review as I am impressed with Vbridals quick response and dedication to rectifying the situation.

I can only rate the customer service now because my friend's wedding was canceled and I ended up not ordering anything. The customer service was very impressive. I asked a bunch of questions before. All of them were answered quickly and politely. I also received professional suggestions on how to choose the most suitable dress. Now I am looking for a dress for my cruise next year and will order here soon. Wish me luck!
