For ordering a dress online, this far exceeded my expectations. I thought the top was lace but it is actually beading, which I like better. Only 2-3 beads were loose, it is very good material and well-made. I got it with custom sizing, and it only needs to be taken in across the shoulders a teensy bit. Only thing I can think of that could be better - the slip is not stretchy so it makes bending down a little tough but not bad (although not see-through at all so it does its job).
I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding and was sent the wrong dress and it had the hanger loops sewn into the outside of the dress! I complained and sent pictures of the dress to prove the defects and the fact that it was the wrong dress that they sent. Because of the rush I was in, I re-ordered the original dress I had selected and paid again. I was absolutely shocked when they did exactly the same thing a second time. Wrong dress again and poor workmanship. I have written and sent pictures 6X and have not received an answer. I am being completely ignored now that they have my money. Their mistake is not knowing that I am an attorney and I intend to go after them so they can't do this to another customer ever again.

Det negativa jag kan säga är att en fråga av många på chaten var inte korrekt besvarad men är ändå nöjd. Vid första snabbprovningen av klänningen så ser inte knapparna i ryggen ut att sitta i exakt rak linje, tror dock att det är lätt åtgärdat, kanske till och räcker med att stryka den.
Ho acquistato a luglio un vestito da sera. L'articolo è arrivato in 13 giorni, la qualità è ottima, e di ottima fattura. Ho chiesto la restituzione degli oneri doganali che, su mia richiesta, mi sono stati celermente restituiti. Consiglio vivamente il sito e acquisterò sicuramente ancora

Ich war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Der Kundenservice hat mir alle meine Fragen schnell beantwortet hat. Mein Brautkleid kam recht schnell und so wie ich es bestellt habe (maßgeschneidert), passte perfekt und sah sehr schön aus!
Das Kleid ist von guter Qualität, die Perlen sind glitzernd aber nicht knallig. Die Passform betont die Figure super, und auch mit der Schleppe sieht es wirklich elegant aus. Ich habe es für eine Party bestellt, die anderen haben mir immer gefragt, wo ich dieses wonderschönes Kleid gekauf habe, natürlich habe ich ihnen die Seite Vbridal empfohlen. Es ist echt eine super Seite!
