This whole thing has been a joke worst customer service in the world and to top it off I transfered my Internet. For the Xbox series s console deal to get it for free and every idiot I have talked to has acted stupid. Your company is a joke, and expensive as hell. I want my console I have been sent emails to claim it but they always say error after I select it and go to hit send. I have emails,, Pictures and even an email from the executive over customer service that's a moron as well.
If I could give it no stars, I would. This is the second time that my phone will not work because I need a Sim card code. When my phone lost battery service, my cell phone will not work without a Sim card code. The last time this happened it took one hour and 45 minutes to get a code to get my phone going, this phone is used for business and I cannot work without it when I was on a chat with Verizon. They said that I can't be helped until Tuesday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Today is Friday and I have no way of getting in touch with clientele. I am so annoyed with Verizon. They suck.
My wife of 60 years passed away and a couple of weeks later I called to cancel her line. I was not on a contract but only month by month. The agent told me he would take care of the account. The next month I received a bill for $160 outside of my bill for one line. I called and was told they did not know why I was charged for anything and promised they would remove the charge. He lied as the charges continued to be reflected on my bill. I called a couple of other times and complained and was told the same story and they did not know why I continued to be charged.
I finally cancelled my Verizon account and went with consumer cellular. Verizon kept sending me a bill without explanation and turned the account over to a collection agency. I received several bills from them and was finally told that they would take care of the problem but they did not. They caused my credit rating to decrease significantly and fortunately I do not depend on nor need credit. That was more than two years back and Verizon nor the credit company ever communicated with me again. Verizon was once a good company but definitely not anymore. I will never go back to Verizon as they are full of liars and theives. Do not trust these people at all.
Recently had major drops in our signal levels (bars), to the point of dropouts or inability to use online services. Screen freezes common. NO response from Verizon, nor any suggestions on how to get us better service. This is affecting our entire neighborhood. New problem.
Please do not get verizon, stores are third-party they're not connected with actual verizon, worst customer service you've ever experienced in your life. And above all the reception is really poor-unexplainable
My Wife and I had the greatest customer service experience at Verizon's Sicklerville NJ. Store. Michael, their representative treated us like we were the most important customer and walked us through our purchase with patience, understanding, and professionalism. We could not be more satisfied. We purchased 3 I phone 14's and are getting the Fios internet.
Servers at verizon down half the time and the dorks there are always asleel when you call customer service. Disgraceful and will be seeking lawful action against this fraudulent company.
When my husband died I went to change our plan to just my phone. The guy took my husband's Samsung android an expensive phone that was paid off. I lost all his pictures and everything and I still owed my own phone so I took the plan and then left Verizon for good. This was in 2017. I was in shock because my husband died so suddenly. That phone was mine and I believe the guy kept it.
I have been a loyal customer to verizon for over 4 years. I have bought and paid off multiple phones and have three devices currently through verizon. All but one is paid off. I have the worst manufactured phone the zfold. It was lost less than a month after it was bought. It was found and i recently just connected it and paid it off in full. The phone has manufacturing faults and does not work properly. I keep getting an update that i have done multiple times. It comes 3x a day. When i called the rep at verizon told me this phone is terrible, any fold or flip is terrible. Hes had over 100 complaints. I called back to upgrade my phone back to a samsung s23 ultra. After arguing w the rep who was not willing at first to give me hardly anything in trade or credit, they said they could not finance the phone in full and i would need to put money down. There is no loyalty reward w this company at all. They couldnt care less that they sell phones they KNOW and tell you are crap. Thanks for the over 4 years of insanely high bills and lack of care. Deuces...hello AT&T
After 20+ years with Verizon I switched & found that I must return to access the cloud. It's wrong!
First it is amazing that you can't leave a review with Verizon. It isn't available. My billing was not correct from the get go. Nobody at the store can help you have to go online and still not be able to speak to anybody. At the end which was the final straw for me is when my debit card got hacked and I got a new one and set it up on the auto pay. They kept telling me that I had to pay an additional 60 dollars for not being on auto pay, they said my card was a credit card not a debit card. It was a debit card. The only way I was able to speak to anybody was through a chat. They still said that they can put it on auto pay at that point but they would still bill me the extra 60 dollars for 2 pay cycles. Horrible customer service. That isn't even including the money they were supposed to use as a credit for my account and never did. So glad I left them and it has only been a month. To anyone that reads this before going to Verizon. DON'T DO IT.
Received this communication today from my new carrier.
Checking in here, Joshua, we have an issue with phones that are from Verizon and transferring to T-Mobile.
"T-Mobile was made aware that some T-Mobile customer's IMEIs are being blocked on Verizon."
We are currently working with Verizon to have the IMEI unblocked. Also, the previous rep already filed a ticket regarding this. Here is the details:
Canceled a extra line 4 times. Called told them I don't use it to remove it. They remove it then in a few months add it back and charge a reconnect fee too. After 4 times went to local store, they made me call Verizon from the store and take it off. It was their screw up not mine but they didn't offer a credit or anything. Paying $100 a month for 1 phone. Been with Verizon for almost 20yrs and im done with them now im shopping around for cheaper.
I'd had AutoPay on my Verizon acct since July 2022. Out of the blue I recd a text msg saying they hadnt received my payment. And to pay immediately or my service would be disconnected.
I've been on chats with 3 different reps at Verizon (Alex, Sky, and April). I've gone to online and gone through the steps … 3 times, yet I continue to receive messages from Verizon warning that I could be disconnected.
Nobody can help w/ my issue.
I'm going to Consumer Cellular & others to check their plans.
I am so frustrated.
Purchased (2) IPhones in April. They should have unlocked after 60 days. Called, complain and 10 days later still locked.
This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever had,Total incompetence can't wait to leave. But meanwhile you better pay your bill!
I've had Verizon for over 20 years. The last 5 or 6 years have been horrendous. So many hours wasted speaking to customer service reps who have their hands tied because their technology is so very cumbersome and counterproductive to solving problems. I have not once been given a credit for my hours and hours and hours of wasted time. I own an established business, so I'm terrified of changing carriers for fear Verizon screws that up. I feel like a hostage. The worst part is, they ask for reviews to rate service, but you have to blame the customer service or tech representative. They never give you a chance to critique their idiot C Level leadership or the technical leadership. They should all be fired for incompetance and replaced with the customer service reps and tech support reps. And i mean fired without bonuses or even a $400 a week unemployment benefit. Their skills don't justify a $400 a week compensation. Sell your stock if you own it google the reviews on this company. Eventually Wallstreet will catch on...
Customer service is always terrible.
Repair options are not available unless protection plan is purchased which ends up being MORE than a new device anyway, so what's the point?
Don't bother with Verizon, switching back to previous carrier whose customer service and value are far better than Verizon anyway.
Try 2 separate times talk 6 different reps can't see my voices message but if I dail in I have messages
Anytime you need to call customer service, whether it's something minor or not, you can bet on at least an hour of your day wasted. That is if you get disconnected less than 3 times. I have found that the agents are not very knowledgeable, and you get transferred multiple times, after explaining your situation to each new agent. I am happy I left after 14 years of trying. Many agents are outsourced in other countries that don't necessarily understand your demographics. I switched to t Mobile. I have faster speeds, half the price and they paid off all my devices. Kick rocks Verizon
Answer: Go to My Verizon, click the 3 bars at lower right. In drop down menus hit contact us then schedule a call. They will call you about the time you scheduled a call-back.
