VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.

I bought a phone from Facebook Marketplace, and turned out Verizon blacklisted it for no reason.
I called the 1800 number and talked to someone in India, and was told this phone wasn't stolen or owed anything, but only original owner can call and unlock it!

I'm a 16 year customer that is extremely angry. If you use a warranty Verizon will not help or except any billing issue, they alway blame the customer. They accuse you and charge 300.00 for a phone I could have just thrown in the lake. They won't even return the dead replacement phone they reissued. So screw their warranty and insurance I would cancel all of it if I were everyone.
They lied and told me I would have the services for each one of my phone was actually only one phone got the service that we all got to share was lied to about that not that big of a deal but then when my wife went up there to upgrade her phone. They talked her into the free watch That they did not let her pick out and turned around and gave her a $500 watch. It stuck us with the bill when we got to the next billing cycle and seen that they were charging us, for the watch, we then called them to resolve the situation, they then told us it was too late to exchange it. And we are stuck with the bill. Needless to say as soon as my contract is over will no longer go through Verizon nor will my business phones go through Verizon.

I called Verizon at 4:45 tonight and was put on hold witha 20-30 minute wait time.At 7:15 no answered my call. During this time I also called on my cell phone and pushed the number 1 to have someone call me back. It is now 8:00 and no one has done that. Meanwhile at 7:30 I called back back again and finally got a customer rep. This is ridiculous! I am so done with Verizon! Now it won't let me send this review because I gave it one star. Are you kidding me!
I needed to make an emergency phone call on my Verizon phone to my son in Hong Kong. My WhatsAp app was suddenly disabled. I tried for three hours to contact Verizon customer service and technical support, without success. I then tried their online Live Chat feature. I was only able to ask one question and then I got disconnected. If it were possible to give one star to this company I would. Now I cannot get in touch with my son, courtesy of Verizon Wireless. Do not waste money on this company. I strongly recommend getting another wireless service provider.
They don't even deserve a 1 star. The worst company I've ever had to try to deal with. Customer service is abominable IF you wait for 45 minutes on hold (while listening to the most ANNOYING 30 sec. Riff EVER! -especially for 45 minutes!) trying to talk to a human. When I finally reached them, they told me I had to pay a full months service, even though I only used 1 week in that billing cycle. WHAT A PILE OF BS! Don't waste your money. Go to xfinity and pay less while being able to reach someone to speak to with very little time and effort.
They keep messing up my order and my accounts. They have lied to me about 15 times about two things and they don't listen to me when i tell them an issue. When i ask a question they don't answer it. They suck and they are my last straw that's the only reason i'm continuing on with my service.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS COMPANY
Promised new iPhone, with trade-in would cost no more than I was paying. Turned out to be at least $20 a month more. The trade-in was supposed to be a monthly credit over 24 months, totaling $700, then they claimed not to offer that, and it's now over 36 months. To opt and pay outstanding value of new phone would void any trade-in credit. New phone works to my needs. Verizon customer reps, salespeople, and overall service is terrible.

I used to have T-mobile and because of a promotion Verizon had, I decided to switch to Verizon. The promotion was giving $250 e-gift card. They didn't email me the gift card and when I contacted the customer service, they said the retail employee might have been wrong and there was no gift card promotion. I had to contact them every month and it would take me at least an hour and half because the customer service is extremely slow. Not only that, but on every month's bill, they would charge you for extra things you didn't even ask for. One time when I was checking my bill, I noticed they were charging me more than normal and when I contacted they said I was right and they would fix it. What I meant by this example is that you always have to pay attention because they just look for a chance to get money from you.
Their live chat is also horrible and you should know that if you decide to contact them, your whole day is gone, that's how slow they are.
Verizon's downright a garbage company.
Sending me two refurbished phones that didn't work. One with a bad charging port another with a cracked screen and they expect me to continue to take a refurbished phone.
Best part is, I just found out that after I sent back the one today with the damaged screen I had to fight to make them waive the charge for returning a damaged device. Oh, and better yet I have to contact and remind them after the charge goes on my account.

First it is amazing that you can't leave a review with Verizon. It isn't available. My billing was not correct from the get go. Nobody at the store can help you have to go online and still not be able to speak to anybody. At the end which was the final straw for me is when my debit card got hacked and I got a new one and set it up on the auto pay. They kept telling me that I had to pay an additional 60 dollars for not being on auto pay, they said my card was a credit card not a debit card. It was a debit card. The only way I was able to speak to anybody was through a chat. They still said that they can put it on auto pay at that point but they would still bill me the extra 60 dollars for 2 pay cycles. Horrible customer service. That isn't even including the money they were supposed to use as a credit for my account and never did. So glad I left them and it has only been a month. To anyone that reads this before going to Verizon. DON'T DO IT.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say... well, that's not completely true. I am able to use my phone successfully right now. This company teaches their rude employees to lie or they truly are clueless... and completely rude. They continue charging monthly phone pymt charges even after your phone is paid off, and as your phone is just about to be paid off... conveniently your phone starts having "technical problems". I am so unhappy and tired of this company "stealing" my hard earned money! Time for me to make some changes and let another dirty company steal my money!
Mark at russel wireless in Danville pa ******* told us the bill would be 160. A month or 3 lines we'll my first bill 362 ok new contract what ever my second bill 558. My third bill 260 tried to return my phones he won't take them wish I would have stayed with att better service cheaper bill I have it in writing what our bill would be from Mark still nothing
I have been a Verizon customer since 2008, I have purchased at least 8 phones, but it is absolutely ridiculous to expect a person to know if they like a new phone or not, my last purchase absolutely is the worst phone I've ever had, I got the Samsung Galaxy S5. I had to send the 1st one back in less than a week, horrible sound could barely hear my phone ring even with the volume all the way up and the loudest ringtone possible. I got a replacement the same phone add I got it on the edge program had to keep this piece of junk loaded with so many apps, leaving hardly any memory. I have to go to all running apps 3x's a day to force stop apps I absolutely don't need or want. I wish my contract was up soon because I would change company's unless Verizon changes their 14 day return policy.
I unfortunately am still with Verizon due to the contract but I HATE my phone. I originally wanted the galaxy, they were out so he brought me a plus one phone. He said it was comparable to Galaxy. So I went with it. I went back to the. Office literally one day later and there was nothing he could do. So now I'm stuck paying for a phone I hate with a two year contract with a company who obviously values sales above customer service. I'm out as soon as this contract it up. Verizon fios is too expensive. Trapped by their termination fee, customer service wait takes forever. What verizon does best is not providing quality service to us. Its a monopoly of charging us as much as possible. Its time for more reasonable and better alternatives.

I have been a loyal Verizon wireless customer since 2005. I have 4 smart phones 2 apples watches a Mifi hot spot device and a iPad Pro all with Verizon. Their service and speed is literally the worst anymore. I never have more than 1 bar of service and good luck looking something up on the internet. Called around and I can get better service for almost $200 cheaper a month with a couple better providers.
Afrer over 5 hours on the phone with to try to resolve my problem, what did we accomplish? Call dropped three times (all their doing). I got a "free" upgrade that the charged me for. They repeatedly did not call me back. They lost a ticket that I was supposed to have open. And one of the sexist representatives commented on how pretty I must be. I have now become the largest anti-Verizon advocates there could possibly be. Oh, and did they fix my original problem? No, no they did not.
I have had phone service with Verizon for about 4 years and nothing but issues. The phone service is terrible in my area not to mention the customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone with them 5 times this week. Nothing but runaround. And please don't waste your money on letting them talk you into phone insurance as I have been paying $17 a mth for insurance for them to send me to a third party company who wants $250 to replace a 4 year old phone that went black. Seems Verizon shouldn't sell third party insurance that doesn't honor their insurance. I will be getting a new provider this week.

I have been in customer service and sales, primarily in call centers for over 20+ years. I know all the stories of horrible service and I know all the examples of horrible customers. But, let me tell you, Verizon tops the freaking charts! They don't even TRY to help you. They auto-key/macro their response again and again, without addressing your issue and then they disconnect the chat. Don't even try calling them... You will be waiting until you die. I've had five awful chat experiences with them in 12 months. Both times were purchases I made! I gave them money, and they messed up the transactions so badly it took weeks to fix! What really sucks, is I live in the PNW, surrounded by trees and Navy jets, and this is the most reliable service on the island. So, so sad.
