VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
My husband and I wanted to try Verizon. We tried to order iPhones from Verizon online and was able to place the first order but, when we tried to order the second phone a msg popped up on the screen saying we would have to call before the order could be completed. We called and was transfer 4 times also, our "calls" were disconnected twice!
This took several hours well over 3 hours. Customer service is unprofessional! While holding in between all the department transfers and disconnections we heard lots of talking joking around and laughing going on! I never would have imagined Verizon topping att for the worst customer service ever but, they have! Hands down no question the absolute worst bottom of the barrel customer service I've ever experienced! I'm done trying to do business with this sorry excuse of a company! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this incompetent lousy company!
You may as well throw in the towel before you even call them no one will help you. No one knows what they're doing it's like talking to a wall and the free gifts that they promise you you will never get because guess what you are talking to the wall. They also think its funny to keep you on hold for 3 hours. This is not even a joke. Look elsewhere for phone service!
After having been with Verizon for over 5 years ended the relationship on a very sour note, perhaps the worst ever with any phone company. It all started with bad billing between Verizon Wireless and their Synchrony Verizon Visa service and quickly Melted down into the worst customer service! I just wanted to fix the billing but ended up severing 5 yr relationship with Verizon wireless!
Bought a new smart phone in August 2018, it stopped working Feb. 2019. It is under the manufacturer's warranty. They will send me another phone---new NO, certified like new, USED!, phone. I am still paying for the new phone i bought but through no fault of mine I will finish paying for that new phone while owning a used phone. My mistake for not reading the replacement policy but in my defense they had always treated me right until now. What a HUGE RIP OFF!
Was a customer from 1992 to 2021. My loyalty got me nothing but ripped off! Deceptive FREE PHONE add wound up costing me hundreds for a useless phone! And just try to reach a live person, on phone or on chat... forget it! If you hang in long enough, you might get a live person, but they won't have a good grasp of the English language! WORST COMPANY EVER!

I have had problems with my phone emails and texts for the last 2-3 weeks. Every problem imaginable ie. Getting text and emails next day, my wife's phone auto dialed me 4 times while we were sitting having dinner not doing anything on our phones. I tried to connect thru the app the told me was good to load onto my phone and it would drop out. Make a call and sounds like you stepped into tunnel with echoing you name it. Try to get ahold of a person and you will see. The only thing they were interested in doing is signing me up to a 3 phone plan. No contract of coarse, but to get discount you have to put phones on small payment monthly, but you're penalized to have to pay full price for phone if you pay phones off early. What exactly is the difference?

Have been a customer for 12 years. Just recently they have been charging me for netflex and than crediting my account. I called and got a run around that Verizon has nothing to do with netflex. Noone takes responsibility for anything. I asked for netflex telephone number. The lady from Verizon said she doesn't think Netflex has a number. SURPRISE I looked on the internet and found a netflex number. Actually the netflex lady was more helpful than the 52 year old Verizon lady. There is no reason to charge me and than credit me month after month. Well I even invited netflex to my house to check my T. V. on the computer it showed that I do not have netflex. Check your bills, Verizon has all these hidden tax charges and rental of their box every month. With what we pay, they want to charge for streaming shows besides. Good Bye Verizon.
I had Tracfone and could not log in to my account. When I called, you get India, they will not transfer you to the US representatives. All problems started when Verizon bought Tracfone. Avoid both companies.

I have been trying access my version network. They keep on putting on this stupid internet with a programed computer. 5 hrs getting no where. What a waste of money and time. Costumers care means nothing to Version. They don't care. They just want your money. Very poor customer care service. Just read the bottom. Do the Costumers have any rights.
I recently filed an insurance claim Verizon, to start the phone came a day later than stated. When i tried to activate the phone it wouldn't work. After an hour of wait time they told me their was a fraud alert on my account. Instead of waiting on the phone with me for the fraud alert to be cleared they hung up on me. Long story short, after 5 minutes the fraud alert cleared. I've now been on hold for another 30 min waiting for someone to talk to again about getting my phone activated. I would love to leave a review on their website, but it doesn't appear they have a section for that. Now I know why. I'm 29 years old and this is the worst customer service experience I've had.
I have had my ups and downs with Verizon, BUT, I've been with them, since they were Bell Communications, and all things considered, I've Always been able to get satisfaction with a phone call.
They have Always worked with me on my billing, made adjustments when necessary, and really, have had no problems to speak of with Verizon. There network is second to None. My wife has AT&T, who also has been very good, but I am able to get 4g, in places, she can't. No dropped calls, unless you're truly in the middle of nowhere.
I just upgraded to a S6 Edge, again with Verizon, so, I guess that's the ultimate measure of my satisfaction.
Honestly, my favorite thing about Verizon, is no matter how screwed up something might get, they will work with you to iron out issues to my satisfaction. That is rare these days, so I'm sticking with them.
Bought phone on July 17th 2022. Have had Sims card replaced 3 times. Which ran it out of the 30 day return/ replacement window. After 4 days on the phone they finally agreed the phone was bad and if I Paid $15 they would overnight a new phone. So I did that. 4 days later still no phone. They told me to go to any verizon store and gave me a order # first store can't help they are a 3rd party store so they sent me 30 miles away to a corporate store and they said there was not an order. We are moving to t mobile.

Have a plan with Verizon for two cell phones and two tablets. Tablets are five years old and paid for. Only use one of them, wanted to cancel the other one. Went to the store to upgrade phones the sales staff unable to help cancel tablet. Gave us phone number to bypass customer service, tried numerous times waiting for two hours, unable to reach a human. Tried customer service under the guise of adding a line immediate connection to a person no help at all. Good luck canceling a device if it's broken or lost,

Verizon is just bad I mean bad. I have been with these people for years with, like 20. Had a plan in which I could have saved my data so it would go on next month. Each month I use maybe 1/2 to 1 gigabyte. Then I noice those save gigabytes were gone, plus the month as well. I do not travel any distance out side my home. I am always on wifi. At the house. Verizon told me those gigabytes save were not mine an they can take them anytime that wanted to. The next day all the gigabyte were gone plus the month that I just paid for. If I go out of my WiFi area I get changed even more. If you are looking a better service do not I mean do not go with Verizon.
Verizon has absolutely deplorable customer service. I was told on one day that I would have to pay X amount the following day to avoid losing service. I woke up: no service. I called and they then stated that I'd have to pay X plus an additional 61 dollars and change. And a 7 dollar fee to process that payment over the phone. This is on top of the 7 dollar fee to make the arrangement the preceding day. It also took them over 25 minutes to simply take a payment by debit card over the phone. Absolutely, staggeringly bad customer service. Not only was I told incorrect information which cost me more money, the representative and her supervisor attempting to make me pay 61 extra dollars were very unfriendly and unhelpful, attempting to play semantic games instead of actually assist me. It wasn't VERIZON that told me that my services were secure, it was a REPRESENTATIVE of verizon. Sure. Avoid this company. Buy a prepaid phone.
I have had so many issues about over charges. I hate it, unfortunately I don't have options but I wish I could change to another company. Every time that I have to call them, I have to spend at least an hour and still I can't get a solution, they always find a way to keep taking our money. Finally, you give up because they never give you a proper response or solution.
I had my account in my name. For no reason at all Verizon switched the account to being in my wife's name. This makes it extremely difficult to pay for my monthly bill. On top of that they keep telling me that I'm wrong with my account password when I know I'm right. This company's ability to keep records is horrendous!
If you decide to leave them for your home internet, cable and home phone, this one these two things will happen. They billed for two months of service after the equipment was returned to them, although we had no more service from them, by then we were using another provider. Also they will charge you for equipment, saying you had not returned it. Showed receipt for return and they removed the charge only to put it back several more times. This was done to several of my friends and family also...

How bad customer service is, and you pay for anyone to come to your home for installation and repairs, every 15 minutes that they are there, and some people are not working the whole time they are at your home. Had two people who kept going to their trucks on the phone for 5 to 10 minute intervals, also one person stopped to have a cigarette several times. After last installment, the it wasn't even working yet. But got a bill for service starting that day.

Verizon loves to sell you things but not actually deliver. I pre-ordered a device on September 7 2020. The phone came out on September 18, as everyone else in the world who pre-ordered got it when it came out. I thought it was weird I didnt receive any emails so I contacted support TWO TIMES and they assured me everything was in order. Only then to not only not get the device when it came out but its still "processing" 3 days after launch. So now instead of going into the store and getting the phone today, I have to wait several days for now they finally decided to ship the phone and not tell me why at all it wasnt delivered when it was supposed to. I'd literally recommend any other phone carrier. Verizon seriously sucks.
Verizon Fios has the worst customer service department that I have ever dealt with. It is not customer service at all, they did absolutely nothing to help me on any on the 3 occasions I had to speak to them. Supervisors are even a bigger joke. I will go without cable or internet before I ever deal with them again.
Been on the phone & my computer for the past 45 minutes, trying to get help for a non-standard issue (ensuring service has been deactivated on lost phone...phone was already replaced by Asurion). I can't reach a live person no matter what I do. Their automated POS "customer service" (LOL) interface just goes round and round (since my request is non-standard) and/or disconnects me.
In desperation, I called the sales line and entered new service. Of course, *then* I instantly reach a live person. I explain what I'm going through and ask her help in getting a person who can help me. She says, "sure, one moment" and dumps me right back into the interface.
Once I get this issue resolved, I'm changing services. What a worthless hellhole this company is.
First off, if you are on a family plan, your phone can only be delivered to the primary address. When I ordered my new phone, it automatically shipped to the primary address and immediately called and gave them an alternative address. The trade-in kit still went to the primary address, so I called again to make sure the phone would go to my address. 20 days later, the phone never showed up and after talking with about 9 different agents and being put on hold for dozens of hours, they told me to call Fedex. Fedex told me that they lost it in transit (neither I nor Verizon was notified), and I had to call Verizon to have them cancel the order. Here I am on hold with Verizon after talking with 8 different people today on hour 3, just to cancel the order and start all over. I am still on hold as I write this and pretty sure they just forgot about me. The most incompetent and negligent customer service that I have ever dealt with, and have been dealing with for many years.

This site is not bad. I do find it a little confusing though. It take a long time for Customer Service to get on the phone if you have a problem. But all in all not bad. I wish they would drop the price a bit.
