VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
I have one word to describe my experience with Verizon. It. Was. AWFUL. I paid for the unlimited data. According to what the employee working at Verizon, unlimited data meant that you got data anywhere and you can use it as long as you like. (That is what I was specifically told by the employee at the Verizon store.) So being happy about this, I thought I was going to have great service. I was wrong. I can't even send iMessages without wifi, and I cant even access apps that require wifi even with 3 bars. This is ridiculous! Maybe Verizon never promised good service in the first place, but that was promised by the employee working there. Either hire employee that are more honest, or give better service. I'm fed up. I do not recommend using Verizon. Thank you
NO CALL BACKS - I had a terrible experience with Verizon. I called the service line and also visited the Northside location in Spokane. My billing was somehow changed last summer and the original dual we had was split into two separate plans. So the cost almost doubled. I called the service number and after explaining, Mike said he'd investigate and call me within a half hour, he never called. On Saturday I went to the local Verizon store and asked for the manager, explained my problem again and Daniel Lipko said I should get a credit, he said he would ask his regional manager and get back to me on Monday. He hasn't called in almost 2 weeks. I've left 3 messages in the last 11 days and still no response. I did get a notice saying I was back on my original dual plan, but no credits were applied. What a rip-off. Can't wait to get to the end of my contract.
I am a military member. The app is so messed up it refuses to process my military discount. They won't allow me to apply it in store or over the phone. It's like they don't want you to have the benefit. If they don't? Fine I don't care but don't advertise it if you are going to be declining it anyways. Verizon is straight dookie. A wall would be more helpful than they are.

Since I had the phone 8 months ago people are telling me I'm not calling from the number I have it's a different number. Been down to the Verizon store four times and no one seems to want to help. I called the it help number they couldn't seem to help. So now I'm stuck with a $500 payoff bill because no one wants to help because I cannot use Verizon no more it's hurt my business
Sooooo - Verizon left us stranded in Rome with no service after we let them know we would be heading out of the country. We even told them exactly where we were going. It was the scariest thing to be without phones in a country we didn't speak the language. It took hours to get them back on. Then when we get home and tell the staff what happened they promised us a refund for all the charges while we were gone ($180) then it wasn't taken off the bill. We called again and the lady said she had credited our account but it would take 24 hours. Guess what - no credit. Then we called yesterday. The guy was a jerk and told us tough luck.
It's been a mess from the beginning when we switched. Account info wrong. Credited for our phones wrong. Just a mess!

I used to use Verizon Business for international call forwarding to our UK call center, but it cost a fortune and I couldn't update the number they forwarded to without submitting an order and jumping through a bunch of hoops. I found another company using google and they are much better.
My one-line phone was $69.13 /Mo. But adding internet service caused my account to go to $90/mo. And internet now costs me $119./mo., a $50 increase. Should have been $69.63 + $25 Internet = $95.00, NOT $119. MAY Cancel Verison, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & False Sales on Costs.

I was told to use my bank account and auto pay to get a $10 discount on my overall bill. First bill came and it was $135 for two lines and a watch. Second bill came and it jumped $285. Found out the company had a bunch of extras on there. Got them removed and got about $75 credits for my next bill. 10 days later my service was shut off and they put some other number on there. Lost my original number and told me the number I had been using was a temporary number only and that i had requested that they use the other number. To get service on my phone I had to get a whole new number because the number that "I requested" was not available. They refused to give any credits to the account. I switched to ATT and they slammed me with a bill for $318 which I am still trying to figure out why since we did not have a contract. Just be very careful if you do business with Verizon. They are very shadey.
I love the selection of phones, the coverage area, and the online chat customer service. I have always been satisfied with any issue and have better coverage than any of my non-Verizon friends. Happy, Happy!
Been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak with person... Terrible customer service. Actually their system has really problem. IF someone is looking forward to switch company, make sure your account payment is clear or checking for everything is fine before switching otherwise you have to reach customer service and will experience the most of difficult time. And important thing is your login account will be disappear, and whenever you call them and if you don't have acct# with you during talking with representation, they could not find out your account by phone # or name or even they don't have any information system and keep making you waiting waiting and over phone to another representation, but not found it again waiting and WAITING again!... GIVE UP

Told them I wanted to cancel the account they said they would take care of it never did and said I owe them money for the time after the account was closed. I told them I would not pay the additional money because I told them to cancel the account they sent it to collections terrible company.
I just love Verizon Wireless, they have the best network the best service in the best plans. I wish everyone would get on Verizon that way it would be that easy for me to talk to them because they would always have signal. They have the best prepaid plans in the business.

The purchased items were headphones, vehicle charger and leather banded watch. The price found reasonable for me. The headphone and the vehicle charger are working fine. But the watch is not working properly. The battery went down so early.
As a long time Verizon business customer I decided about a month ago to upgrade from an Android to and iphone. When I purchased the phone at the store in Briar Creek, Raleigh, NC the salesman said when you receive the phone just bring it in and we will transfer your data. When I returned for that purpose I was told, "We don't do that, but you can do it easily yourself." After numerous attempts and error messages (could it be Hughesnet) I returned yesterday and was told the same with the instruction to download Google Switch and it will be easy (I wondered why no one said that before). It hasn't worked and I am considering requesting that they buy the iphone back so I can find a company that offers the customer service that they claim. Tired of their lies!

I just resently change carriers i had cricket for the past 15 years so i go into the closest version store near me horrible customer service the worst actually here is what happen i have business so i figure i would save the 10 dollars a month and open it this way we get all the way to the end and they needed a utility bill didn't have one in my back pocket so i said lets just set it up in my name little did i know they were going to run my credit a second time and put me in fraud that by the way you cant fix by the way so needless to say i didn't end up with Verizon coverage which i am so glad i didn't now they are trying to silence the conservative voice as one America news is no longer available on there network as of july 31st if you have this carrier boycott them go with t mobile i dont drop any calls the fastest network I've ever seen
They PROMISED a gift card AND no contract. Lied about both. Called the rep back and she ignored my call. When i called with a different number she picked up. I started to talk to her and got angry about why she ignored my calls for so long. She said that she cant talk to me because i got angry and she hung up. To cancel is a $550 fee. They are garbage people. And when I told them that I had issues for so long and thats why I wanted to cancel, they said that they had no record of it at all in the system. I have emails discussing this issue. They didnt care.

It takes 2 hours to get a customer service agent on the phone they constantly text you even if he don't mall the text messages they don't understand plain simple English they ignore your requests I been with grisel for 5 years and it's not likely that I'm going go be with them another year they push website that's useless they push unwanted text messages they ignore your request you can call ask same questions 5 times get 5 different answers
They asked if it was ok on the online form to run a credit inquiry, but did not say that it would be a hard credit inquiry. I would have much preferred to pay the little $150 due up front rather than breaking it into 3 payments if I had known a hard inquiry would be necessary for such a small amount. When I found out and later asked a rep if there was some form of compensation available for the costly nature of the hard credit inquiry that was unclearly stated, he said that there wasn't.
Money thirsty guzzling bandits!They have the worst service in the world. I had a prepaid account and when I renewed for September, the service had definitely fallen off the rails. I couldn't use data with one bar and then no bar. My phone finally said SOS and absolutely nothing was showing on my phone. I could have had an emergency and no way to call out. Not to mention the service was already going downhill in the previous months. I instantly switched to Mint Mobile and called to get my money back. I explained to customer service what happened and they said they were refunding me the money and it should be in my bank account within 3-5 business days. Not so, they lied and no money was ever refunded. I did a Bbb complaint and they denied I had an account with them. They declined the refund again. I hope the Feds shut them down. Anyone thinking about using this company, please don't get this service!
Transferred from T-Mobile to Verizon, believing Verizon would be better. But, as soon as I got the phones the service was not good, could only get 2G most of the time. I returned the phones and paid the restocking fee. But, I received phone calls and bills in the mail saying I owe money for the phones and that they are not showing the phones were returned. I called many times providing the tracking numbers on the returned phones but as of 4 months later they say I still owe for the phones and that they are still not showing the phones were returned. Their customer service apparently does not keep records of previous calls or contacts their offices where phones were returned. I don't understand how they remain in business with such a bad customer service.

I live in North Myrtle Beach and I recently exchanged an old ipad for a new. I bought two screen savers and received help updating all my old apps to my new ipad. Demarious was very patient and knowledgeable with all my needs. I hope that his supervisor knows that Demarious gives 110 percent in Outstanding customer service. In fact as I was waiting for all the service provided me, I observed that all the employees were doing a great job getting in, and out many customers. I always go there for everything Verizon and am most definitely satisfied with every service I was provided.
