VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
2 months in, 1 signal bar at my business, 20 calls to customer service many promises still no network extender in 15 days we can switch back to tmobile.Pathetic

Went Verizon franchise today in Taylor Az. Had questions about my pictures and cloud storage. They might be able to help if we paid them $29.00. Been with them over 25 years. WOW

The bills are bit pricey to be honest! They have hidden fees in there but the coverage is somewhat worth it! I'm still a big fan, regardless of the bill though!
They do not care to help their customers- I was a Verizon customer for 20 years - They used to care. Over charged - International plan is horrible - removed my Verizon SIM card while I was out of the US and was still charged daily - they don't care. I recommend Finding anyone else but Verizon - currently seeking a new cell phone provider

This company has started off with like upon lie when I set up my service. First I was to get a 400 dollar visa to switch that never happened. Then my phone was stolen and I did not have insurance so I did the by one get one it's a 30 month contract I was not told about. Even when you pay the phone off you are stuck for 30 months. I just found out they were charging me for a year for the supposedly free phone. If you are not on top of your account this company will Rob you blind. It took 15 calls and 8 emails to corporate to finally find an angel named Gretchen in customer service that helped discover this Issue and she went above and beyond to fix it. My question is why 27 attempts to contact someone anyone to get my account straight. I cannot wait to get away from this company. I pray it is soon as I need to now pay off a 4th phone to hopefully get away. See the email below from corporate they simply DO NOT CARE!

My Verizon services had been really bad the past year or two, my phone will not ring half the time people say they calle several times before it actually rings on my end, then if it does come through I get dropped constant, so annoying I pay over 100 a month for one phone plus my phone was very costly I'm just tired if Verizon taking my money and the service sucks

A tech named Dane was just here in Washington, PA to do an install for fios. He was completely rude the entire time here. I left him outside by himself for being jerk and didn't want him in my home. He should not be working with the public. Also, I didn't appreciate his profanity when he said the person on the phone who told us the wrong info on istall was full of s*** and continues to talk bad about how unintelligent and untrainable and a waste of time training said Verizon costumer service employees were. His word toward me and other Verison employees was uncalled for.
I have a 97$ charge without any reason on my credit report! I HAVE WASTED MY TIME WITH A SERIES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS SITTING AT HOME IN THE PHILLIPINES! I have been with Verizon for many years. My position in my career is a Regional Sales Manager of a security distribution. It is quite pathetic how many times I've been stabbed in the back by Verizon. I have called customer service numerous amount of times. I have even talked to 6 different managers and finally wrote headquarters a letter. Still have not received a call back from anyone after been promised that multiple times. My phone as well as everyone on my plan. Drops calls, doesn't get texts or is very slow. Yes we went through all the steps ins and outs. I pay $320 a month for a $#*! show that no one is willing to fix. It is embarrassing traveling and having my customers see my phone not work. So I have been telling all of my customers exactly my experience at Verizon and they are baffled. Mind you I handle Washington, idaho, Montana and Wyoming. I'm pissed. I want Verizon to pay for my plan since it doesn't even work anyways. Once my phones are paid off I will be leaving so fast. I am so discussed such a bug corporation is trained how they are. Shame on you.

Don't buy this product if you have poor Broadband service. This Company offers5G service. If you're internet service is less than 5G you won't get that strength. If you have other wireless devices the strength may not be enough. Tech Service has two levels your time will be wasted speaking to a 1level tech. 2 level may help. In addition to poor internet service they will try to sell device protection service that my not improve service. When turning the router keep copy of proof of return. Verizon will charge for internet service after returning the router. When you confirm receipt of router then they terminate the service. You will pay for internet service when you mailed the product. Mail the product back with a signature of receipt else you'll be charge for service you didn't receive. Terrible Business model and Customer Service!

When you call them they promise you the world when you go to the stores they promise you the world but once you sign in the world disappears, this company is all a big balll of crap. They claimed that they have the strongest 5G and they don't, I am a salesman and I travel all over and their 5G is not even strong as a T-Mobile but they still put it on TV with the map and when you go to the store they have a map there that they made it iall a big lie Morning. I phone 14 is the biggest loke on cell phones. If you travel stay away from old new apples cell phone.

Verizon told my daughter that her phone can be credited up to $800.00 for trading in to iphone 13.
She told her her phone had a little crack at the back and working fine. The verizen lady said that most likely she will get credit $650.00.
She received the new phone that was fine, but we had troubles to return the her old phone twice to verizon.
Box for the return they said they will send to her didn't come first time. Second time the returning box was return back to her. At that time it was already 30days past for "that deal".
Calling Verizon was awful. I have to wait 30min to talk to someone every time i called.
Finally after they received the phone, I had to call about credit.
They said it is only $102.50 for credit because it was broken and not working.
I have to get mad at her and get another deal. She set another credit to $440.00.
I have to see how this goes. But I don't trust Verizon.
