VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
I had a Verizon rep come to my door talking about if I switch to Verizon from Xfinity and I have the ACP program that the bill is free he said lies so I switched worst mistake I have ever done now I got this big bill and they say they won't fix it or anything seen how they lied and faults advertisement to get a sale I had internet for 10 dollars a month why would I switch for more when I been with mine over 5years i went back to Xfinity but Verizon scammed me so bad seen how there rep lied to my face and faults advertisement they don't care that's what they work I have a screen shot of them advertising free internet with ACP program but when u get there service they say oh no it's nothing like that stay clear of Verizon they are horrible not good at all horrible customer service please if you have been scammed and lied to by Verizon everyone make a complaint.
Verizon is fraud, scam. They just keep on charging of a closed account too. When calling support they escaped by saying nonsense which dont make any sense. Its worst. Verizon is worst

Verizon is not a trustworthy company & the agents in customer care department won't keep their words. I have been with Verizon for 11 years. T-Mobile offered a better plan package, so we moved to T-mobile. Verizon called me everyday wanted to win me back from T-Mobile and promised me that they will do price match.
I keep their words and move back, but the bill becomes $100 more than T-mobile. T-Mobile (everything unlimited) is $140 for 5 lines + 3 devices = $170 (tax included) in February & March 2017, but Verizon (everything unlimited) was $270 which is awful to cheat a reliable customer back from T-Mobile. They said as long as I got proof they will match it, but they dishonored their words. I spent times to talk to agents and supervisors, and they said the computer not allowed them to change it. This is the internal problems of the company which can't be excused.
Don't trust the Customer Care Department of Verizon, unless you sign a contract first, then starting to order the devices. Life is tough with the company not honor their own words.
Don't switch to Verizon! I got scammed at the store. I guess the two crosses around the sales rep's neck were not enough to absolve him of his daily sins of lying.
I was with Sprint/T Mobile for 18 years and when Verizon advertised new iPhone "on us" with trade in, I decided to check it out. I brought my T Mobile bill and showed the sales rep Wesley. He Said he could not match but would come close ($18 dollars difference). With the additional perk, the price would be about the same. This was after he went in the back and talked to his manager Lynn for approval. He told me not to pay attention to the amount on the agreement because of credits and discounts it would be the price. Sadly, it was not. I tried to talk to the manager and she did not care saying she did not know what we talked about. I called customer service and they said I could cancel but because I had already traded in my phones, they were officially property of Verizon. I am now paying $80 more than I was at T mobile for the same service and will have to for the next 3 years. Verizon truly cares more about the bottom line than customers but then sadly isn't that the way of the world these days. Don't be fooled by Verizon. There are better deals out there.

Verizon Business has to be hands the worst. They tell everything you would like to hear til your first bill comes. I have only been a customer for less than 6 months and every month my bill is so messed up. They love to telling you how your phones is free so they can lock you in for 36 months that how they do it. STAY AWAY from VERIZON MOBILE I CAN NOT BELIEVE I FELT FOR THRRE SCAM.

I was approached in my office by a salesperson for Verizon. He told me that they would replace my entire system with Comcast. He was new and had to bring his supervisor back with him. I spent over 7 hours on the phone (my cell as the "plug and play" system was in no way plug and play) with their idiots in India and the Philippines. They finally escalated the case to a senior tech in the US who was able to get the phones to work for phone calls, but not with my computer network. He then told me that they's sold me the wrong system and that it would not do what was needed! I called and fired them the same day.
When my numbers finally got ported back to Comcast, I called them to find out what they wanted me to do with the equipment. They told me to take it to the Verizon store near my office. I did this the day my phones worked again.
The salesman told me that my monthly bill would be approximately $150/month. My first bill was over $400. I sent it to them explaining that I'd not be paying it as they'd been fired within the 30 days! They ignored the communication and billed me another $500 the next month. I once again explained that I would not pay it. Now they are billing me for the 2 months AND the equipment! More than $1500!
Verizon is the absolute worst big company I have ever dealt with!

I visited Grant on Eastridge Rd. This morning and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend him for your next visit to Verizon!
Verizon has made 10,000 duplicate contacts on my Samsung phone, scrambled my data, added their own profile pictures, and destroyed 15 years of contacts!. I have spent 7 hours with five different people. I was sent to tier two. They said they do not know what the problem is and sent me to Samsung. Samsung identified that the problem was with verizon cloud, had me take a scrren shot to prove the point. So, I called Verizon once again and was recommended to go to tier two after 2 very long waits. Both times I got connected and then... dropped. This is now 9 hours, no one can help me and every time I go to tier two I get disconnected. The Samsung guy laughed and said that after Verizon blamed Samsung it was their own program causing all of the corrupted data. I have 10 years of important data, screwed up. The backups are also corrupted. Now we are looking to see how many contacts Google has saved. Verizon used to be the best. Now, the worst! If I hear their message about unusual volume
of calls one more time! HELP!
" BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!" One of the saleswomen named Tabatha sold us two new phones that ended up costing us over twice the amount of money than we had asked for in our first billing along with no disclosures of return policies, fees, and when we decided to return the phones under their 30-day return policy they said that we would lose the previous phone numbers that we have had for over 12 years!
Shameless and deceptive business practices.
They usually call at the most annoying and busy time of the day and when you call back, no one pick the phone, not to mention their ridiculous service hours. How can one communicate with them?
Not even close to worth the money, my phone hasn't gotten good service for over a year- anywhere I go, it's so much worse than it used to be! Not worth the extra money at all!
Verizon complaint
We went into a local store for the purpose of getting a watch for my daughter. We waited 5 hours in-store to leave with new products we didn't need (because they said we needed to upgrade to get the result we wanted) and a watch that didn't work. The manager said he would work on it and call us back. After a week of waiting we tried to call customer service (if you want to call it that) and wasted another 4 hours to complete nothing. We did however find out we were LIED to about the product working the way we were told it was so we ordered another product. Since then, we have made three trips to the store (easily a minimum of 2 hours each visit) and multiple calls to customer service (4 hours minimum each time). We still don't have a working watch and have learned that they put us on a contract that we didn't sign up for. My husband just left the store again and was told he was waiting for a call back again. We will be going with a different company next time. Terrible customer service.
I switched to Verizon One Talk and purchased new desk phones for our small business. The caller ID has been showing up incorrectly since the system was installed 6/22, and after multiple emails and phone calls it remains still uncorrected. The voice quality is inferior. I am continually disturbed by crackling on the line, and more often than not the other party thinks that I have put down the phone and left the room because my voice sounds so distant and faint. This is by far the worst phone system that I have ever used, and the customer service is horrendous. Verizon does not even handle the customer service for the OneTalk program, as it is provided by a third party. They are pleasant folks to deal with, however they are so limited in what they can actually do to help with technical issues. It has taken them 6 months to get Verizon to even create a ticket and initiate the troubleshooting and repair process. As the above-described issues remain unresolved I can NOT recommend using Verizon for supplying or supporting an office phone system.
Absolutely worst customer service ever. They stand by nothing they tell you. Blame corporate to online to phone reps... passing the buck... customers are a dime a dozen to them. Rotten company
I have never had the worst experience with anyone in my whole entire life Verizon customer service presidents office executives office supervisor whoever you wanna call them a horrible no respect for human life at all. My mom was sick in the hospital. She called Verizon because of issues with her bill that they kept putting fees on her bill, etc. one of the people today from the executive office. After her telling them multiple times that she had double surgery recently and that this was telling her they told her oh well you should know how to pay your bill when they were the ones who screwed up every time you look it's always the bill goes up. They always add an extra fee is it always doing something and no one ever stands up for the customer and I've been a customer with them for about 15 years I'm over it I'm done with it done with arise, and I would never recommend them they are horrible. The bills are ridiculous. They fold a piece of garbage even though you get them from Apple but still you're responsible or somebody should be able to help you at the company that I'm paying for my bill. It's over I'm done with it don't wanna know anything about it. I wouldn't recommend him I could take them to court I will. I wish anybody that has a phone number for high-level. Don't give me the executive office because that was the lady the person now, I need somebody higher than them. I'm over it frustrated and done.
There is not one single thing I can say that is positive. Disconnected my internet and connected the neighbor and charged me for two weeks of no internet while they tried to find the problem. I explained repeatedly to the customer service aka no service that this happened frequently in my apartment. Finally, one representative said, "your apple computer seems to be connected and working." You guessed it, I have no apple computer, my new neighbor does. If this wasn't bad enough, they did it again when a new neighbor moved in a few months later. Once again no one listened. I had no internet for two weeks while they were "troubleshooting" the problem again. I absolutely detest this company and things attached to it. Stay away if you want any kind of customer service. Finally moved and had it disconnected. You guessed it, they are still billing three months after I turned in the equipment and disconnected their worthless service. I am now on hold for 10 minutes with someone who is supposed to help. I doubt I will receive any help. I will never use this service again.
I have been with Verizon for years and have had no issues but recently I upgraded my phone and plan and for some reason I got locked out of my account. Fast forward to 3 hours on phone trying to solve it as well as s trip to my Verizon Store but not without calling and being diverted to an advertisement to buy something. Disappointed at their automated system and the amount of hours and my time I had to devote to this! Problem was resolved thankfullly but I believe something needs to be changed to their system. Will definitely keep this in mind next time I upgrade. Too bad. As I said earlier have never before had issues with this company. The rep I did end of speaking with was awesome! Patient and tried multiple things to get this issue resolved! I think they need to look at their technical issues and have easier access to reach someone! Also an email direct to customer service would be nice. Wonder if any company rep reads these or do they just have a blind eye? Starting to think the latter

I Phone, still waiting for watch (on order)
I bought a Google Pixel 2 xl phone through Verizon that was advertised with a $300 off (thru the billing over 2 years) and a $150 prepaid card for adding a new line to an account. The rebates were attached to the advertisement for the phone. I bought the phone with the understanding that I would receive the rebates. After receiving the phone, I transferred my number from Page Plus Cellular and added this line to my son's account. Prior to this purchase I called and/or did an online chat with Verizon several times to ask how all of this works. I was evidently given bad advice about this and was told that I would get a prepaid Mastercard for $150. Twice while trying to figure some of these issues out, Verizon's customer service put orders through that I did not authorize. Twice I had to call back to tell them that I did not order anything. Now they won't honor the $150 rebate because they said I didn't port the number using my old phone. It was certainly not made clear that I needed to follow this sequence. Why did they attach the advertisement to that phone if I was supposed to use my old phone? I should have stayed with the non-contract service that I had before - I NEVER had nasty surprises with them. I believe this misleading advertising is purposely done so that they don't have to honor promised rebates.
I'm not even going to take the time to vent or write it all up. It's all been written here too many times. VERIZON is a GREEDY company with crooked SALESPERSONS. Yes, I was taken on a new phone deal and suckered into another 2 year contract and now paying for that phone with new fees. Nothing is free! Even if they say it is! No more VERIZON for me after this contract is up.
Tip for consumers:
Didn't need a new phone really, but their lies talked me into getting one. No charge for phone, but fees for service increased by $30

After 20+ years with Verizon, I went to store to see about an unlimited data plan for our two phones after a few data overage charges. Nick said it would cost $110 per month + taxes & fees. The first bill was for over $166. Only about $15 of that was taxes and fees. I called. He said it was because our billing cycle changed. The next bill was over $144. I called the store again. The billing cycle never changed. I called again. They refused to explain the charges and said there is nothing they could do. Our bill is now much higher than it ever was before - even with the occasional data overage. I would willingly pay the expected $125/month as agreed, but $144-$166 is outrageous. The most we ever paid previously even with excess data charges was about $120. We do not watch videos or stream music on our phones. I rarely even use mine, preferring a land line.
Verizon has the world's worst customer service. I could switch to Visible and not pay for non-existent "customer service", but will try Consumer Cellular instead. I HATE to do business with the utterly dishonest Verizon corporation - and Visible is owner by Verizon.

Stay away from Verizon at ALL costs.

I don't even know where to begin with this horrendous company. They not only have the worst cell service around, non existent customer service, but they are the biggest crooks out there. When I was a customer my service was so bad that most of the time it didn't work at all. I would have to drive to a store most of the time to address the issue because customer service rarely ever answered the phone. Every time they would tell me that it was my phone, so I went through 4 phones spending thousands to correct an issue that was never corrected. They would add random fraudulent charges on my account including signing me up for some home protection program that they never had my permission to do and I had no idea until they stole the money from my bank account. When I called about that they had to admit that one of there own fraudulently charged my account and when I asked for my money back I was told, "Sorry, we don't issue refunds but we can credit your account later. I don't think that I ever received a refund. I was so happy when I left for TMOBILE that I could have done back flips. (Not because Tmobile is so great, but because I was finally done with this awful nightmare.) Since I have been gone I haven't had a single issue with my service or bill. Avoid this company at all costs.
Scandalous company they try to make you pay more than what you have to pay. The bill be high for no reason and try to sneak in extra fees like people are dumb. I cannot
You an never reach customer service. The minimum wait on chat is usually a minimum of 20 min, and then the person on the other end, most times, doesn't know how to solve the issue.
I contracted with Verizon to change my business phones from Comcast 3 months ago. Received the phones and was supposed to get someone to program them.NEVER HAPPENED It took 3 months for them to port our numbers over to them. Now that they have the numbers, WE STILL HAVE PHONES BUT NO SERVICE We have forwarded our phones to our cell phones just to stay in business.
Over 50 calls to them and still nothing but promises and "we are sorry" Receiving bills for 10 lines that we do not have? I have been paying my bill for what I believe we owe. Getting turn off notices. Was expecting a call from a supervisor yesterday at 4pm Never happened.
