VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
My son and I got covid-19 I was off work for one month trying to pay other bills that are more important so I didn't pay my Verizon bill because it's not that important so today November 4th they shut me off I called them and asked if they could turn my phone back on untill November 20th they said no they need half of the payment to turn back on witch it is $160 well I don't get paid until November 20th I just started work on Monday November 2nd and Verizon don't care about you they just want their money poor service
If you live on the East Coast or central time zone you can't call them until 10 or 11 AM. Only there are West Coast hours of operation are valid even though when you call you get Florida

Stupidity all around. I ordered my new phone 3 months ago and I can not get a hold of anyone to find out what is going on.
They are the worst company I have deal with while my life, such a scammer and lier, I switch from prepaid lines to postpaid while there was promotion, employ didn't offer promotion for both lines ( transferd) and told me that I need to transfer the second one the next day base on their system ( looks like the end of her shift) I called next day and ask they finally transferee both lines n offer promotion for both, one was new phone, the other was $500 gift card, the card never arrive and I called twice asking why, they told me it needs time to process ( 45 days). NEVER ARRIVE, I called agin n they said I should've claim it online within 30 days, after complaining n hours on phone a supervisor was going to call which never happened too. I called again, they offered $250 to stop me but I asked to escalate it which was denied.
Every single call took more than hour and I really would say stay away from them, it's the WIRST COMPANY EVER.

Your fraud protection services are not acceptable. They sound like a scam from an outside party.
There is no proof on the Verizon web page or from a verified Verizon source saying that the number *******200 is actually Verizon Fraud Protection Services. Anyone could spoof this number, write on some forums online claiming to be Verizon, and gain access to sensitive customer data by asking them to call back.
You should not be asking people for their password over the phone. This is a huge red flag. I have never been asked this before by a real company until today. The representative on the phone mocked me for preferring to give the last 4 digits of my SSN and for not trusting her. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. This is supposed to be your best line of defense against fraud. If a fraudulent group used this same procedure, claiming to be you, they would immediately have access to countless customer names, emails, addresses, and associated passwords (which, for many people, is enough to access their bank accounts, credit cards, social media, etc.)
The email address that sends the fraud confirmation comes from *******@verizonwireless.com. All other emails from Verizon come from [name]@ecrmemail.verizonwireless.com. I know it is still from a Verizon address, but it is incongruous.
Please do something about this.
So here's a big F U to Verizon.
It's been over a month of dealing with endless tech problems and issues around not being able to send SMS messages or being able to reliably call out from my residence.
When I have been able to call out which takes 7-8 tries and usually having to restart my phone, the call quality is awful and usually eventually drops out. I can't carry on a phone conversation without it dropping 3-4 times. FRUSTRATING!
I have had several online chat sessions with Verizon tech support. The last one, they assured me that my phone insurance would cover my phone's tech problems and a replacement phone would be sent to me the next day.
The next day comes & goes and NO PHONE DELIVERED. So, I called the phone insurance company to see what is going on. They tell me that my phone is not covered for technical malfunctions, completely contradicting what I was told by the Verizon tech support guy.
I-HAVE-HAD-ENOUGH of the BS!
So simple solution, today I signed up with AT&T. Through union plus I got my activation waived ($30 saved) and instead of paying $95 /month with Verizon, I'll only have to pay $54/month (includes at 15% union discount)!
So VERIZON you can take your expensive CRAPPY service and SHOVE IT!
Where to begin? The prices are expensive and the customer service is awful. Just why do I still have this?

5G is trash. Fix It. Even with a brand new phone, I drop to SOS at least 3x a day regardless of my location.
I've yet to encounter a more disorganized company than Verizon. In anticipation of my move, I called Verizon to activate high speed internet. Everything appeared to be fine, but I received a couple calls subsequently with different agents confused about the status of my order (supposedly the guy in the apartment hadn't canceled, though he had a confirmation number and all). Once that was settled, I received my installation package early and was delighted to be able to get hooked up on the first day of the move. However, to my dismay, I could not get connected. I spent that first night waiting 2 hours for representatives who were again confused as to the status of my order. One agent told me I had a business account while the business rep told me that wasn't the case. It was pretty ridiculous. On my fifth phone call with Verizon I finally was able to get a very nice gentleman named Santosh who tried his darndest to get me up and online…but to no avail. Before all that, however, he informed me that the name on the account was not even close to that which I gave him (I have no other name!) and that my account shows up as being a business account (which I thought was cleared up the first night).
In short what should take place without hitches (the DSL jack had already been set up and everything was ready to go) actually is taking hours on the phone and lost time at work. I know everyone gets down on AT&T, but I'd choose AT&T over Verizon in a heartbeat.

called there and the Girl gave me a story so I said are you going to take my payment or not and she said if your going to yell at me you will have to call back and hung up! no wonder VERIZON is loosing costumers

In July I ordered 2 iPhone 8s one for me one & for my son and as part of the BOGO promotional offer. I was required to add a new line which I did (for my son). I was assured I qualified for the deal by the sales rep at the time. I've been charged FULL PRICE for BOTH PHONES every single month since then. I've spoken to customer service 3 times on the phone/chat for over an hour and they keep saying they'll take care of it, keep in touch on the progress and nothing happens. Today a supervisor tells me it was escalated and they've denied the request to honor the BOGO deal?- somehow I don't qualify & now there is there is nothing I can do. I said OK I want to send both phones back and cancel my account - "you can't send the phones back ma'am it's been to long." Who's fault is that? I am not the first person to report this SCAM! I will be switching to Creedo or AT&T before the end of this billing cycle. I do not have time to sit on the phone and argue with Verizon customer service over my bill every single month as others have reported. Very disappointed as I have been a LOYAL Verizon customer for years but this is ridiculous, they have lost my business. Worst customer service ever! This company does not deserve anyone's business. They lie and scam existing customers.

Their app drafted 3 payments. Then, it disconnected my service. Took over an hour on the phone to get service reinstated. Trash. Absolute trash.
