VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
Overpriced, impossible to talk to a real person for customer service, and their website is like trying to figure out a Rubik's cube.
I have been with Verizon for 2 months so far and love the service and knowing with my bills due months in advance
They give you inaccurate information, repeat themselves talking in circles speak over you and don't allow you to explain your issue. They say they will follow up and never do. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
They abuse their power and domination. They do not find solutions for your issue and totally don't care.
I have no service on my phone for 5 days, They still haven't fixed my phone. But yet I still have to pay. Hate verizon they will just take your money
Recently I went to the Verizon wireless store to buy a new iPhone. I had asked if they had any promotions at this time, Sure they said, if u buy a new phone we will give u $200.00 off a new iPad. Well I thought that was a good idea, I will upgrade my phone and iPad at the same time. So I brought both. When I get the bill, I see that they charged me a $40 activation fee and an additional $10 a month for service for my iPad. They never told me that this was going to take place. They have a 14 day return policy, well it was pass the 14 days by the time I got the bill and saw all the extra charges for the iPad. I was told I would get $200.00 off a new iPad and I would pay an additional $164.00 for a $450.00 iPad, so I agreed. When I called them 2 tell that there was a mistake with my bill, I had nothing but arrogance. For the next 2 yrs I was going to pay them a total of $240.00 for service to my iPad, which I only use at home an bump off my wifi, why would I need a data plan 4 the iPad, I wouldn't. But here is what they told me, YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT, yes I did signed the contract, but had u made me aware of the charges of the iPad, I would have NEVER brought it. I was in that store 4 several hours and all the people there that brought new phones and left with new phones, not one of them stood there to read a 3 page contract that the average person cant see, bc the print is so small. But that's what they told me. It cost me a $150.00 to break the contract and stop them from making more money off me. That was the only recourse I had and I took it. No More Buying anything from Verizon wireless for me. Lesson learned. By the way, I'm 83 yrs old n they told me I reminded them of their mother and they were going to take care of me as they would their own mother. I'm so broken over this. Please be careful when u buy anything from them. They got me this time but they won't have the opportunity to do it again.
Celeste was a great help with me today I was extremely frustrated and helped out a lot and I greatly appreciate it!
Had the worst experience of my life. I had one Verizon Wireless phone with my company and two lines with AT&T which I wanted to have all under one company and one plan. I called to cancel my Verizon to switch all lines to AT&T. I was transferred to the retention center where I wad offered a family data plan for all 3 phones that was about $50 less than they're advertised retailed one. Little did I know it was bait and switch. They had me transport my phone's over and then they told me they could not transfer my Note 5 phones from AT&T to Verizon. Then they lost two of my phone numbers. After 7 hours of being on hold and being moved from One customer support person to another, The only thing we could do to save my phone numbers was to transfer back over to AT&T. Then I transferred back to Verizon after having to buy new phones and then was told that they could not give me what they said they would offer and that they were not sure why the representative gave me those crazy quotes. Note that I confirmed and reconfirmed and reconfirmed the offer I was given before moving forward and transferring over. I ended up returning the phones I had to purchase since my Note 5 did not transfer and I once again transferred back to AT&T. Verizon Wireless is a bunch of criminals. It is Simply Organized Crime. I don't say this based on one particular bad experience with one or two or even three Representatives. They are trained to bait and switch and put you on a rocket to prevent you from signing up with competitors like AT&T. They are trained to mislead and misinform and keep you on the phone for a long time so that you get tired of waiting and end up signing with them. By far the most disgusting company I've ever dealt with. I have asked for a real manager to call me back and they never do. They keep switching You from One retention criminal to another and managers will not call you back.
Please continue this very good work... Hope you continue to drive the organization for years to come to far more glory
Don't get this company worse customer services ever and they lie to you when they said you will get a free phone id you trade your phone...
I was with Verizon for about 19 years. I needed a new phone and a lower price on my monthly bill so I called to see what Verizon could do to retain my business. They said they could do nothing on lowering the monthly bill even if I agreed to a long term contract. And their "discount" on a new phone was very insignificant. Hence, they lost my business. I bought a phone thru Affirm and went to a re-seller named "Visible", a company who uses the Verizon Network but charges $40 for unlimited talk, text, and data... all fees included in the $40 per month. There is NO monthly contract with Visitble.
Then, in today's mail I received a flyer from Verizon saying that if I would "come back" they would give me up to $700 toward the cost of an iphone 12 Pro AND pay up to $500 to help cover the cost to switch back to Verizon. I find that tact insulting and as irritating a a new hemorrhoid. I attempted to call Verizon customer service to expressly state my displeasure in no uncertain terms, but as usual I could not get through. So I am writing this review instead.
My recommendation: Any and all Verizon customers would be better served to move their service to Visible. I can tell no difference in the quality of phone service but I DO notice a huge difference in my monthly bill.
As far as the idiot who made the policy of not working with long term customers to retain their service while offering all kinds of incentives to ex-customers to come back to Verizon... he or she needs to lose their job. All I wanted was some reason to stay with Verizon. Now I will never consider coming back. I see that there are much better alternatives service-wise, quality-wise, cost-wise and customer-service wise.
I am NOT being paid for this review; I have no connection to Visible or to any company at all. I am just happy to be rid of Verizon and I find their business strategy to be extremely distasteful..
Tip for consumers:
Go to Visible and stay away from Verizon

Verizon lies to their customers to sell their business. They are scammers. Do not leave t mobile for Verizon they are no good
I like verizon wireless but each month i have to add more data to my account... i want packages with more data and for less money
It's an alright company, but it's not great...
Phone plans are alright, but customer service... don't make me get started
While purchasing a new phone, I was promised a 300.00 gift card. I never received it when I switched over.
Verizon is a joke when it comes to customer service. Literal worst customer service experiences ever.
If your contract is up don't walk "RUN"! Any other carrier is a step up. You don't know what your missing.
Verizon is the worst. Been two months and they can't fix what they have to fix. Why?!? Not sure what the issue is

Worst service compares to T-Mobile. None of the customer care representatives is trained. The network is bad compared to T-Mobile.
This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever had,Total incompetence can't wait to leave. But meanwhile you better pay your bill!
Verizon it has the worst customer service of any company I've ever encountered they sold us 6 phones that not only did not work in our area that they no did not work and they sold them to a 67 year old man that had to add no knowledge that they they they could check To see if the phones were would work in our area they knew they didn't when we try to call several times and argue these points they'd always put us on hold telling us that if they got disconnected they would call back the number a
T once did they call back not once did they ever make an effort to even hear our side of the story we got stuck with 6 things from them 2 phones 2 watches 2 tablets and a power booster they sold us none of which worked without Wi-Fi Those are outrageous they charged my husband the same charge for the same thing month after month recharging him again and again for a power booster and again and again for the tablet he had paid the whole thing off several times Yesterday we got rid of ve
Rizon thank God
Verizon wireless is horrible company the ripping of the people lying lying horrible customer service
Verizon is starting to suck! No service in Conchas Lake! Everyone elsethat did not have Verizon were able to call out/in and data services.
Verizon Wireless has probably what I would consider the worst customer service I have ever encountered. After using them for our wireless service for many years we decided that with Covid-19 and staying home using our wifi, we decided to cancel our account and switch to another provider who offered a far less expensive plan using less data. We cancelled our Verizon account and were assured by Verizon customer service that our account was cancelled. Then promptly we continued to receive bills from Verizon for a service that we had cancelled and no longer used. After several calls to customer service we were assured that our account had been cancelled and the bills we had received would be reversed. After this we continued to be notified by Verizon for new billing cycles and when we tried to contact them we could not reach them as we had no account there and could not receive service if we had no account. In no instance were we contacted by Verizon to correct this situation. Finally, after 5 months subsequent to cancelling our account we received a notice from Verizon that our account was delinquent and we were turned over to a collection agency, who contacted us. We explained the situation to them and were assured the charges would be reversed and the bills would stop coming. Then we received a credit report that showed delinquent payments and a reduction of our credit score from 829 to 699. Accordingly, we contacted the 3 credit reporting agencies to dispute the delinquent score and also contacted Verizon, who said they "did their due diligence to correct the wrongful billing" but they made no attempt to rescind the incorrect credit score issue. We have never had this situation in over 35 years of making payments on services and had almost a perfect credit score that reflects our constant diligence in making on time payments. Now we are being wrongly accused of not making payments on a service that we had cancelled months before. Verizon has to be the most inept, incompetent, uncommunicative, uncaring company with whom we have dealt, worse even than cable companies. I would avoid using them at all costs. I only wish I could give them zero stars.
