VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
Like how they charge a one time fee, without an explaination. Just go ahead and charge/ costs you more money. Time to switch to another provider.
They are very helpful. They got me 2 new phones and hims for my vehicles. They came in handy when my moms car stopped on her
I heard about crooks on the streets doing such schemes, but I wouldn't expect this from a company like Verizon. But, here I am, scammed on the money.
Here is what they do step by step:
1. You called them because they increased the price, or a competitor gives you a better offer, or they just asked you to call about some kind of promotion.
2. You asked or offered a lower price for their service.
3. They give you a nice price, sometimes they also ask if you are Ok to sign 2 years contract.
4. The price is good, so you accept.
5. The agent tells you that he will send you an email while you are on the phone, and all you need is just click "Agree", and he wants to stay on the phone, to make sure everything is alright.
6. You received an email in a few seconds which says something like this: "$25 per month until <2 years from now>", and a bunch of other text, which you don't read because you want to be nice and don't want the agent to wait.
7. You click "Agree", next day you see your plan on their website has the name: "$25 per month until <2 years from now>", you are happy and forget about it, they just charge your credit card monthly.
8. In a few months, instead of $25, they charge you something like $70. Well, honest mistake, you think, how "$25 per month until <2 years from now>" could be $70?
9. You call the service, they say, that the contract says, that the service cost is $90, and they applied a discount of $40 just for a few months, and another discount of $20 till the end of the contract. So, the first discount is expired, that's why "$25 per month until <2 years from now>" is $70 now. It makes perfect sense to them!
10. You are getting aggravated and ask them to cancel the service, and they charge you a termination fee and almost another month of the service. If you calculate the total, you'd see that they didn't give you any discount at all, if you'd just pay the amount they start charging you after the price increase, you'd end up paying about the same sum.
Well, at least I don't need to deal with those crooks anymore.
Be careful with Verizon. Don't believe anything their agents say. Read all the details of their "Contracts". Keep all records. But better, just stay away from them.
Verizon Wireless is pretty good. I find it hard to believe anyone could be disappointed in their service.
Bad company does not have customers service representative. Every time I call no pick up. Took extra money.
Were this summer with my husband in Macedonia. I wanted to drive around the country by car. Very nice work.
Don't bother chatting with that online chat robot/person or whatever it is, when on the Verizon site.
I had upgraded online and got stuck transferring, Nate at Alliance was super helpful! Ask for him when purchasing!

Best thing I ever done was change cell phone carrier. What a waste of money having service with verizon
Holy s*** never deal with this company. Don't do it. Absolutely terrible. Going in hour 5 of "troubleshooting" and they cannot fix the issue.
Hours wasted chatting with Verizon Support, only to find out nobody knows anything about their devices or plans. What a waste of time!
I'm 60 years old, did not give the senior discount. Those pieces of $#*! are gonna pay! Verizon is a deceptive business. Don't go there!

Frontline Reps are exceptionally undertrained. Supposed Supervisors less so. Smug, sarcastic and a "take it in leave it" attitude. Went with another carrier, returned equipment in 24 hours for FULL REFUND.
Worst customer service I've ever dealt with it's not the people it's the greedy company couldn't care less about their customers
Bought two A03 phones from our local verizon store. Had problems from Day one. If i went beyond the wifi range of my home, i could not make anything but Emergency Calls. By the time i went through customer service 4 times, where they reset the system of our phones, 3 months elapsed. Was given the 611 Loyalty Department for some kind of resolution. This was a complete waste of my time because over the 3 months I tried to deal with customer service, i had ammassed over $800.00 in cost for Every Product involved, and for getting rid of the A03's and upgrading to the Pixel 7 Pro. (Pro yet to be determined). But the Loyalty department representative i spoke with showed very little care as to my situation and gave us a Whopping $95.00 credit on my next bill. If I ever have the need to change. Phones again, i can assure you it will not be with Verizon. No wonder as i just yesterday found out that my 3 best friends, (Neighbors) All Have AT&T. Wish i had of known that 90 days ago. Just an FYI to anyone living in the Northeastern part of Georgia. But my advice to anyone shopping for a new phone. Do your homework well in advance of what type of phone you purchase, who the provider is and their service record in your area. Also check the Ratings and Reviews of any phone you think you might want to purchase. Just checked verizon. Out of 746 Reviews, They Got A 1.3 out of 5 Star Rating. Hindsight is 20/20. And I do have Proof of Purchase. Never put your phone on auto pay from a Debit or Credit Card. As i have learned, know what you are paying before you pay for it. PSS. I was asked 5 times through customer service if i wanted the Home Protection Package and Declined it every time. When i went through my receipt, there it was. A note saying Thank You For Your Home Protection Package. Moral Fiber is out the window as far as i am concerned. And i thought Used Car Salesmen or women got a Bad Rap...

Straight talk.... Verizon
It was a great opportunity for me to own a Samsung S9 the Verizon promotions department said. I was really happy with my S7. It was a trade in your old phone and receive 200.00 off. So I bit, I explained to them I was going to trade in my S5 and would that still be elgible and was told yes. I bit paid the sales tax right away and a day or two later I started the trade in process. I found out they would only give me 30.00 for the phone. I called Verizon to make sure we were still on the same page and they mentioned their were no notes concerning my arrangement for the S5 tradein and that's was all I would get. I said cancel my order right now, it was a weekend and they had not processed the order yet. He said hold on I will talk to my supervisor, when he came back he said we will make up the difference of 170.00 and credit your account right now if you will go through with this. I agreed. Four days later I received my phone, when I checked to see if my account had been credited it had not been. I called again and again they said that they had no record of the conversation and said supervisors can not make deals like that. However the service person said she would check with her supervisor and see if he had any ideas. He said the best he could do is give me an extra 30.00 for my S5 when it arrived. That was it I said I am done, I will send the phone back, I came to find out that your 14 days starts from the day you placed the order. It had taken 7 days to get the phone from my order date and it would take 3 days to get back, what a deal, I had to rush out while I was on vacation and find a post office to mail it back. We at this point still have not finished the process, but I will never again order a phone from Verizon, I am at this point not even sure I want to remain there customer. I will buy my phones third party in the future. Three times in a row I received promises from them that they denied they gave or could give. So in conclusion my trust in at least there sales department is gone.
You guys suck a bag of $#*!s I hope you all die. I have my number on shirts and business cards I hate yall
Verizon sales offices, especially their VECTRA stores in California are deceptive sales people who will get you into all addons and conveniently forget to use all the information they put into the computer on you to register your phone and get your credit - when it comes to service or warranties. They upsold me on a Pelican case and liquid screen cover - which I usually would do on my own, but wanted it done right - so then I let them do it in store - only to learn later that no warranties are registered for their addons and my addons have to all be opened and registered by me - though the salesperson had all the boxes and paperwork when the phone parts and accessories were opened and assembled. AVOID VERIZON - DO ALL YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO DO. GO CHECK OUT OTHER CARRIERS FIRST. Even when I called in with the receipts 5-6 months after buying the phone - the companies would not stand behind it and said that I had to register everything. I explained that the sales person did all the accessories - and they said it was on me to make the sales person get the paper work registered. :( Life lesson learned - avoid VERIZON LOCAL STORES - "IF" YOU have to use Verizon because of their monopolies of rural areas.
What an experiencia rhey are crooks, they Will sale you a Dreams of life and when you call them they want to adjunt the bill
I would rather die from not being able to call 911 than ever have Verizon again. Why? Well...
I ordered FiOS 4 times. They delivered DSL. They put a FiOS box on the side of the place I was at, sold it to some other people there, but never signed me up even thought I was calling them about it. The phone line they gave me disconnected calls all the time, and even though it was a transferred number that got very few wrong calls before, it suddenly had 3 or 4 wrong numbers a day. I could never call their support from that phone because I would get disconnected. Also, emailing, using their web site, and even calling from other phones got no positive results. When I finally canceled, I told them I wanted to pay my final bill online. They said that was fine, but then locked me out of my online account! I had packed away my entire life for 6 months, and had to contact them repeatedly to get my account number so I could make a payment. Their online system refused this after that finally sent me the account number, so I mailed in a payment. Then, two months after deposing my check, they sent me to collections for non-payment! Why? Because they sent me the wrong account number! The amount they wanted stayed the same, even before I canceled I had the estimated amount, and it was right, but the account number was wrong. What does all this tell me? They cross-linked my phone with some other phone, which is why I suddenly got the crappiest service in the world, and after a year of complaints, they never fixed it.
That is why I never want anything to do with Verizon again.
I want to give them ZERO stars. Heck, negative 5 stars.
What happened? From Flagship to Big Lots.
What a shame. When I get somebody I try to tell them I don't speak Farsi.
Dropped calls, sometimes no phone service, extremely slow 4g and no 5g whatsoever. And no response from customer service
They left me without a phone, was hanged up many times, finally I spoke to someone to finish My claim for my note 20 ultra 5g, the phone turned out to be in backorder in Asurion, I worked mostly from my phone so I called to ask them to please send me a loaner phone that I could use in the mean time while they get my phone, which I had just paid 400 for my Verizon bill and 250 for Asurion deductible, the lady tried to sell me insurance for all my house electronics and trying to get me to get a samsung flip and forget about my note 20 ultra, to the point to were I felt bad and harassed, after 30 mins of me saying no ma'am I will not give up on my note 20 ultra, she said well there is nothing I can do, we do not do loaner phones and the 20 ultra is on backorder so you, would have to wait, now about that insurance and I said no thank you I don't need any more electronics on back order, she just hanged up on me, and verizon wireless says there is nothing they can do, even tho they offer the insurance, you agree on verizons page, you pay Verizon every month for it, they say sorry can't help and if they hanged up on you is because you must be catching them at a bad time, this is unbelievable how unprofessional I have been treated by this 2 so called professional companies.
