VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
I bought the galaxy note 3 screen protector at Verizon shop on western, Chicago. I asked their staff to install it for me cause I think they might be a professional. Thing turn out with lots of bubble and mess up. Found out that they dropped the screen protector before install. I look at my phone and very disappointed. The guy who made it told me that it is normally to have bubble inside and some dust. What da...! He even showed me his phone and said that " look I got it too" what silly services. They not even try to install me a new one. I recommend not to have any services from this Verizon shop locate on western and Lincoln in Chicago. They are unprofessional.
Switched my phone system to Voice over the internet, and its been nothing but a nightmare. I lost 2 weeks of business because the credit card and fax line not compatible with VOIP, 3 technicians and 2 weeks later they had to switch it back to an old fashion line. 3 weeks later I have no phone service for at all due to issues with their network.
I spent no les than 3 hours and 45 minuets waiting to speak to somebody to help me and no luck. They need to invest in hiring enough well competent people, its a disaster for a business to be down for 1 hour let alone weeks.
FRAUD ALERT! After going into the Brentwood, Missouri Verizon store to purchase a phone, I realize Toni, the associate had added $150.00 per month in add on charges to our account. These add-ons were never authorized by me. Be aware of the fraudulent business behaviors by Verizon!
I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon based on what a sales rep quoted me, on their cell phone plan and a 55 plus promotion being offered. I made the purchase only to find out after the fact that the promotion does not exist for more then 2 lines of service. Then after calling numerous times, I was informed that I would be offered a comparable plan allowing up to 6 lines as an exception for my inconvenience, I was even given a reference number as well. Only to find out that the reference number does not exist, I have basically been told tough luck. Stay away from Verizon they have no ethics in doing business, they will say anything to make the sale or get rid of the customer Buyer beware!
For the money they charge, do yourself a favor and use either a local provider, or one of the satellite providers. These morons can't even get their own "Guide" or schedule right, but it's always good for a laugh, complete with misspelled words or when they refer to a "male" character as "her". They really need to clean up their ACT!
Verizon streaming, especially Paramount + will drive you to drink. Its just terrible and they lie about it every time you call. They'll blame it in your modem, even replace the modem nothing changes and they will never admit they have a problem. No it's not a mistake, I've had 2 modems and lies over and over and over.
My phone identity stolen (someone added a different number and bought 2 phones on my account). Spend 5 hours calling and waiting to solve this problem. The problem is still not solved and I don't have any idea of what to do or where to call next. The service is beyond terrible.
I switched over my entire family to Verizon and its been great so far. We got $200 on each phone immediately. I also save $40 a month on my wireless unlimited plan as a marine. Verizon keeps us connected all day!

I'm too tired to even get into the details of the 16 hours I have spent talking to Verizon in the last 48 hours All I can say is they suck. You can literally talk to six different people and you will get six different answers. They never do what they say they're going to do every time I call in they not only screw up my account on my bill they also during the 16 hours of phone conversations managed to turn off my mother's cell phone for some reason after which they had already turned off her home phone with no notification but we're continuing to charge me for it. This company has us by the balls I can't even get out from underneath them because I still owe on a phone that they will not let me pay off therefore I cannot go to another company and take my phone number with me. So I'm completely stuck. I've never hated a company so bad other than maybe spectrum but at least with spectrum you can get away from them...

This is my first bad review but I am emotionally exhausted. I spent 5 hours on the phone with Verizon and could not get my issue resolved. Someone turned off my line when they activated a different line. I feel like everyone I spoke to was inept, though nice. I tried to be kind but after 5 hours I was in tears and had to hang up. My bill is also extremely high every month and phone is still not working.if I did not want to keep my number I would change carriers.

The all time WORST customer service experience you could ever dream of. It could not be more clear that they do not care about their customers. They simply want you to go away. I have never seen a "technology" company with worse processes and systems. They are a hot mess and are getting worse and worse every year. There are plenty of competent wireless providers out there, why settle for the bottom of the barrel. RUN AWAY!
Worst of the worst, will never sign with again. From start to finish is horrible, made promises of free devices which u end up paying for full, keep changing my bill. After I close my account the made 2 unauthorized transactions taking money from my account and I have been trying to get refunded for over a month. My advice is stay far from this rip off company. Service sucks not any better. Customer service sucks it's the worst. Stay far.

Today, my grandson went in to the Verizon store in Margate, Fl. Clay helped him and when I was called to allow the transaction Clay gave us better options than we could have ever thought about asking for. I was so impressed with his service, attitude and professionalism I wanted to buy everything that my grandson needed from him and we did. New phone. Case, screen protector, new 10 ft cord. All because Clay was awesome! Thank you Clay, Margate, Florida Verizon store.

This company is big enough that it can get away with abusing its customers and the Government turns a blind eye. Utilities are supposed to be regulated but it seems that the regulators have better things to do! I went to Verizon in June to change my service and they told me that they had a special offer. An iPad for just $20 a month. They told me that the cost of the iPad would be covered by the special which was a Visa card for $400 that I would get in the mail. They failed to tell me that I had to sign a two year contract for this and they lied about the $400 Visa card. They billed me $672 and when I protested the answer was, "too bad, pay or else we will ruin your credit". I thought that such behavior was illegal but I guess that it depends on how much revenue you get. If your revenue is high enough you can get away with abusing people especially older people who are fair game for Verizon. I paid and now am trying to hire a lawyer but they are all afraid of them!
Bill went up $17...so I looked at my previous bill and current bill, no explanation. I called customer service and the representative was very unhelpful and could not explain accurately why I'm being charged more. I've been a customer for over 15 years and you would think I would get treated better than this.
I've been with ATT for over 20 years. Moved to an area with no att coverage so went to switch to Verizon. They ran a check and found that 2 years ago someone had fraudulently tried to open an account under my name. They will not approve me until I obtain a police report to file with Verizon's fraud dept. I asked if I could just buy a phone and get service but they say I have to finance a phone, but I'm ineligible because two years ago they screwed up and sold something to a fraudulent person. You'd think if they wanted my business they'd help clear this up to meet their requirements. BTW I have excellent credit and offered to pay the $1,010.00 for the phone up front. Must be nice to be able to turn away a potential customer.

Been with this company for 2 years. I was hospitalized for a couple months and fell behind in my payments because the person on my plan with me doesn't pay. I just gave them $500 when I got my monthly income and yet they refused to give me another extension when the other person could not pay. Times are hard and everything is getting higher in price. Can't these folks bend a little? Whenever I have made an extension on the date of my allotment, they were always paid. I need service and I have to pay my bill

Their global plan is pretty awful. Do not pay for it as you will deal with major issues.
Also, their data plan is entirely too expensive. Verizon is basically the Apple of phones when it comes to overcharging their users. I don't recommend them,.
Chat is worthless. 4-5 minutes before they responded to chat! Called to get a new phone - that went well. Tried to call the next day to ask what my discount was on accessories and I had dead air... DEAD AIR... Somebody is training absolutely NOTHING about phone etiquette at Verizon. I finally hung up only to receive a call back from Verizon Support with No One on the other end. They ended the call so now they can show they tried calling me back. I will buy my cell phone cases, chargers and other accessories somewhere else since I cannot even get a simple question answered by calling in.

Called about a voicemail issue 3 times, and talked to 4 different people who by the way spoke very poor English. You have to repeat yourself all over again and explain everything over. A big cluster f*** of no help at all every time! They will tell you they are going to call you back, that code for "you are on your own" very very frustrating!
Verizon kept sending me defective equipment after my less than one year old phone failed forcing me to get a new phone. I had to add a tablet in order to not have to pay off the $500 they said I owed. Then they charged to set it up. My new bill for one phone will go up to $136 per month. I paid $300 the day I got the phone and now I got a bill for $236. They rip off older customers. My son has 7 phones for $300 on T-Mobile. I'm so aggravated I hate this company so much but there seems no way out.
The caller ID on my Verizon cellphone has been incorrect for several months. Recently (December 21-22,2022), I called Verizon Customer Service to get the incorrect call ID removed and the correct ID added. I spoke with four different Customer Service workers. Each said that they would take care of the problem. It has been over 48 hours since the first contact with them. The incorrect name still appears on the Caller ID for my cellphone. I don't understand why the people at Verizon can't make a simple change.
The area in which we live only gets cellphone service from Verizon. If we had other options, we would switch to another carrier immediately!
Ordered a new phone online to be delivered to my home. Because of Verizon's 'signature required' policy, the package has become undelivered because nobody is home for delivery during the day. Tried calling both UPS and Verizon. Major PAIN.
Ordered 2 apple watches at Christmas. They had to cancel and resubmit my order. Rep said it would not be a problem. We'll, they double charged me on my bill. It took them 2 months, my phones getting shut off, and still overcharged in the end. I was on the phone 4 separate times with reps for anywhere from an hour and a half to two and a half hours each call! All 4 times by end of calls reps told me the issue was resolved and me bill would be fixed. Each tome is was not. I'm talking overcharged 320.00, not a few dollars. Also, on with 4 reps on chat. Same thing. Torture. Fraud departments, billing, everything. In the end, I waited to pay bill because they were double charging me. They finally resolve it. 3 days later, waiting to get paid on friday to pay bill, they shut my phones off!?!? Takes me hours to get put back on. And, they tacked on over 100.00 with no explanation!? The next morning, on my way to a job, MY PHONES ARE OFF AGAIN!?!? Lost a big job, alot of money, because of it!? Took me 3 hours the get back on. I'm done with Verizon. Ilk try to finish out my contract, then never again. Any other issues, I'll just leave Verizon, break contract, and take the hit on my credit. Don't care. The have great connection service. That's it!
