VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.
I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.
If I could leave 1/2 star I would have. I help manage numerous condo associations and HOAs and this is a constant issue. They will come install the lines and leave them above ground, stating they will be back within 2 weeks to bury them. 2 years later we are still waiting for this to happen in several of the communities. These above ground lines are a hazard and a nuisance. The lines end up getting cut by the landscapers or people trip over them.

I agreed to get the 5G Home Internet for the promise and offer of getting the free NFL Sunday Ticket promotion with internet.
Verizon gave me the internet box and premium internet with the promise of sending the redeem email for me to get the Ticket. Unfortunately, it was all a lie.
The redeem email never worked.
I called Verizon customer service and they told ne after activation of the premium internet service that I didn't qualify unless I get there expensive unlimited data plan.
It was a bait and switch racket! I was livid for being lied too. The treachery of big tech companies is out of control.
As a result, I transferred my cell phone service to AT&T and will cancel the internet service once AT&T install my upgrade at cheaper cost.
Verizon and Youtube NFL Sunday Ticket is a shame scam
Been holding for an agent for an hour and a half and sill holding! Added out of country online, so I don't have to hold on the phone. It doesn't work. You call the number and it says I don't have long distance, even though I recieved an Email stating that it was active. Now still holding.
I couldn't get anyone to help me with trying to find pictures that should have been backed up to the cloud. It is a free service for 25G of storage, but they only had me set up for 5G. It's the cloud, it's always stored.
Two hours and several rude people. No help, just take the money.
All my services that I receive are extremely over-priced. I would love to change services however, I need my services that no one has them all at one company. And when you try to pay your bill their system doesn't work

Been dealing with Verizon DSL and landline problems for over ten years (not exaggerating). Every time they want to blame the router, our inside lines, etc. Filed a complaint with Pennsylvania state attorney general's office and at least achieved a formal complaint. Service is no better. Paying for something I am not getting. Every time they want to start with FIOS - I DO NOT HAVE IT NOR CAN I GET IT. Customer service is an absolute joke. Just got off a chat of 2 hrs. 43 min. 5 reps. No help or satisfaction.
Do not but any Kyocera Cadance phones for Verizon.
If you decide to move to another provider, the phone will not work.
Verizon has a network lock on it and refuses to give the unlock pin.
The quote from the Kyocera Mobile company that made the phones for Verizon is: "Verizon has the unlock code and they must give it to you".
I have worked with Verizon corporate and the FCC to get the code, but Verizon keeps denying having a code.
I now have a phone that I paid good money for that will not work.
After the most recent phone update, right before the holidays of course, I get an update, and my Samsung S7 Edge, is extremely glitchy. Ever since I paid it off, every update has contributed to my phone being close to unusable. I've been trying to hold out, but after the last update, my phone is junk. Verizon offers nothing for my phone, won't help you out any further because they don't have a promotion. I've been a customer of theirs for a really long time. No loyalty to their customers. Their recommendation is go into the store, and they "may" have a promotion they cannot offer, and the caviat is there could also be a long wait there. There is no way I'm the only one having this issue. Many people have seen these sort of issues from different devices from different manufacturers from the updates. Verizon has to be aware, and they are going to. Take advantage of you to sell you a new phone, which is going to be quite a bit more expensive than your current phone.

So I started auto pay, but before autopay would start(according to Verizon) I needed to make an initial payment which I did then exactly one day later the auto pay came out and of course getting a refund isn't as simple as them taking my money
I ordered a hum for my Genesis and it is too big to plug in an close the door. I have the old model and it is the same size. I did bot open package but it says I owe 50.00 return fee and theres up to a 650.00 early termination fee. If thats the case I will shut all my lines down and go somewhere else.
I am a 20 year customer and it means nothing. I've spent over 40K on servuce and devices. For 20 years I've gotten a returned call 3 ttimes. Poor management is a compliment.
I can't seem to ever get help with Verizon! I have been a customer for years and they are never helpful. I tried sign in at the Verizon on my Android and I always have trouble if it's not my password word it's something else. Today I am trying to sign in I forgot my information so they asked me for my number I give them my number now they want the zip code I give them my zip code and they claim that's not on their files. I have been living in the same place for 10 years using the same zip code so I don't know what they are talking about. I'm thinking about just changing carriers because I'm old and I don't need all this HASSLE.
Meghan is the manager at the Verizon Wauwatosa Wisconsin store. I have never witnessed such horrible customer treatment until I was in the Wauwatosa Wisconsin Verizon store. The lack of her product knowledge and her poor management attitude is disaster for that store. Choose any other location, hopefully you will be treated as a paying customer instead of someone interrupting her personal calls on the sales floor.
For 2 wks I've been trying to buy a Verizon Samsung prepaid S8+ or a prepaid S9. Verizon is telling me I can't buy a phone outright, I have to make payments. Why would I want to make payments on a phone when I can purchase a phone, with cash? I was told Verizon will lose money if I purchase outright. On tv Verizon advertises S10 prepaid and S10 are available. Not true. Verizon and Samsung do not have any prepaid phones available. I believe that's called false advertising.
Tried to swap out my tv remote for one that worked was told I would have to purchace a new one... never used to be that way must be the fine print in the new contract? Called the local store and the 800 number same anwser. Like I said to myself my contract is up soon.

I have had the most awful experience i have been a Verizon customer for 18 years. They do not care about anyone all they care about are ways to get more money. The terminated my service because i wont pay for a phone that was stolen. I have insurance and every thing, but it don't matter they want the cost of the phone. So whatever u do if u have insurance on your devices it DOES NO GOOD ITS A FAT SCAM. I payed on insurance for years amd it covered nothing. So now i am being charged for all these fees and termination fees all this money. My phone bill was 178.00 but after them turning all of it off and charging me for a atolen phone now my bill is over 1000 dallors and they want it payed in full to restore service... Been trying to work it out for weeks. Employees will just hang up. Ya great service. NOT. I encourage everyone to keep an eye in your bill they will scam u and charge u all kinds of hidden fees and then rob u blind. I only marked one star cuz u cant give zero

I have been 20 yr customer of Verizon. I had 2 I-4 phones and decided to change to I -12. My bill was set at an affordable price. But when I recieve my first bill was 91.70 my next bill was 273.25. I tried many times but with no avail. They have lie to me so many times. I was told my bill was going to be 91.70. But my bill will be 154.00. When I turned Verizon into the FTC I was told I wasn't the first person to filed a complaint. RUN fast and don't look back!

They provide trustful information for the customer and delivered products in a correct time. It is very dependable site and I am very happy with my product.
Thanks to the guy at Verizon... all of my pics from HAWAII are all GONE. He factory reset my entire phone without my permission when he was suppose to be figuring out why my phone's port wasn't charging. And I clearly told him that I had A LOT of important pics on there from a recent vacation to Hawaii that I didn't want to lose, and that I didn't know my google account info. He didn't even check or talk with me first to see that my cloud was completely full! He got delete happy and deleted everything! Had I known he was going to cause me MORE problems then I started with... I would have just gone to Walmart and gotten the wireless charger so I could save my pics to my computer. Talk about SICK to my stomach. This is beyond the worst.
After over two decades of dealing with Verizon as my only cell phone carrier, having to spend endless hours on the phone and going into stores to resolve problems for years that were not resolved by previous customer service agents, numerous threats for me to switch services that they remedied to keep my business and even reaching out to their executive agents for help, I am finally walking away. In the last 2 months I again have spent way too much of my time with false promises by them. Each agent will tell you something completely different. Four different times their Agents set up appointments with me where I scheduled out a minimum of a 2 hour window of time for the appointments and arranged to have a high-tech friend of mine with me at the same time to help. Each agent promised they would call me because the previous one didn't. None of them ever called. I am done with having to spend my life resolving problems with poor service and phone issues, incompetent agents, dishonest agents and customer service that on a superficial level appears to be good but ultimately fails. I think everyone I know is now switching to T-Mobile as I will be.

Our verizon they call hi speed internet is 0.96 download and 0.30 upload speed on there tester they charge us 47 dollars plus fees for this alone a month plus extra charge for landline phone and fees on top it is 88 dollars a month and no good for using for work. They say that is all we can get. Time for us and the neighbors to check more options we have waited too long for them to do any upgrades for faster speeds

Money grubbing crooks! They sign you up for a 2 year contract, sell you a phone that has problems, (and it took 3 times going in there until they replaced it). I get really crappy reception, (and I mean EVERYWHERE), and I pay every month for a mobile hotspot feature which NEVER works... all it does is say 3G is not available. Once my contract is up, I'm dumping these guys!
I signed up with Verizon for a 1GB a month plan 6 years ago for under $50 a month. Over the years the price gradually increased until as of last month I was paying $65 a month. I rarely used the data, and I did not check it. Last month I realized that I was being charged double what the general public is charged by Verizon for a similar plan. The old plan which I was on was discontinued 4 years ago but they kept me on it. I am now on a different carrier getting 3GB a month for under $300 per year!
After cancelling the service I started seeing ads for Verizon with unlimited plans for $30 a month.
I called into Verizon about 5 times, not one of the people I spoke with was sympathetic. They all told me it was my responsibility to check on them to make sure they arent ripping me off.

This is the worst company, not just for phone service but any business. They will tell you what you need to hear then not follow through or keep their promises. It's a scam for your money don't get catch with their 'promotions' they aren't real. They will make sure that it runs out of time and then charge you more on your bill because you now don't qualify. I spent from 1030-5pm on the phone trying to work out their system error. After being reassured it wouldn't happen again, that's right it did; and no help from the company. This is a horrible company, any company would be better than Verizion.
