VW website is very good, although like many sites is too packed with stuff which makes it confusing to find what you want. As for their service, it is superior. I left VW after 15 years to go to Sprint. OMG! I was miserable. Screw Sprints $69 for everything! VW may be expensive, their taxes and fees tack on $20+ to an average bill but its worth it! I'm sticking with Verizon Wireless.

I agree 100 percent. Verizon overcharged and fraudulently charged hidden fees. The bill is never the same and continuously goes up in price. Offers promotions, gets you in, then bang you don't get what's promised. They'll have a different account representative call you, get you in, then suddenly you can't contact your "account representative " ever again.

Verizon is full of money grubbers. Their customer service loves to pass the buck. Over-priced services that are shotty is all you're going to get. DO NOT go with ANY bundles they offer! If you can find another provider of services, please, give them your hard earned money. Verizon says "sure, you'll save x dollars with the bundle", then not give you the discount. That's when the buck gets passed. After so many months of complaining of not getting discounted, getting credited, then finally told I was NEVER able to even GET that bundle price I agreed to in the first place, after the blame was shifted between the cable and the phone and back again FIVE times, I said "come get your dish before I rip it off my house myself" Verizon informed me they they put it on, but do not take it off. They claimed they would send a box for shipping cable related items back to them. It never showed up, and the items are still in my home waiting for that box after four years, even after calling them six times wanting that box. On the last call, I informed them that if I see a Verizon rep. On the side of the road, I would smash the items at his/her feet to bring back to them.

Verizon online and their brick and mortar store have absolutely the worst customer service without any doubt. This past week I call their online customer service about switching my cellular service and spent an hour and they came up with promises they could not keep especially with their cellular plans. So, I decided to visit their physical store and the customer service agent spend three hours trying to set up the account to enroll me in the plan, however after three hours and seeking assistance from three other customer service agents and failing to setup the new phones, she asked me to come the next day so she could start the account setup process again. These agents have no clue or even have the basic requirements or knowledge to take care of their customers. After this horrible experience, I decided to stay with my current cellular provide. If you like the run around, promises they that can not be kept and lose your peace of mind then Veriizon is the place for you. Please, be careful when dealing with Verison.

In 2007 I was to deploy to Iraq, I went to Verizon to get them to turn my service and phone off, I gave them a copy of my orders, when I got back the following year, I find out that didn't turn my phone my off and they let the bill collect over 600 dollars of fees and they still expect me to pay it, which is bull$#*!

I was a prepaid customer running a balance in excess of $50 when I lost my phone. I contacted Verizon suspended my phone, purchased a new phone from xFinity, and activated the new phone.

Because I did NOT request a refund BEFORE I activated my new phone they will NOT refund my balance.

Switched to Verizon was told I had to purchase a new phone and that I would receive a $200 rebate. The rebate got rejected because the phone they told me would receive the rebate was not eligible.

During my life of using deffirent phone services inside and outside of US, Verizon is the worst service is ever experianced. Its worst then some phone services provided in very remote areas of the countries they are very behind. Aprox 12+ phone services i used and Verizon is the valueless service to me.

Until last year, i was with Metro PCs and decided to switch to Verizon after i was exeriancing lost connection on my way to Ohio, Niagra Falls NY and PA.
This year, i had Verizon with me and was experiancing worst connection services along the way. Not only outside the town, but currently i had over 20 mints of cheat with a customer rep going through several troubleshooting steps, but still the connection problem exists.
Sometime, i fail to continue my business and becuase of the connectivity, i loss to maintain my business.
Very disappointed

I have been with Verizon for years and I can't complain. There reception is better and stronger, they are all around, they are very helpful, they try to do their darndest to get you all the deals they can. I had a Samsung Galaxy S5 and had a power pack added to it. Worked well for a long time and then the phone started to act funny, no matter what I tried it would not take a charge anymore. My cellphone was under warranty and I called Verizon and they tried to get the phone working by the way they were telling me to try, but, nothing changed so they said we will send you a Samsung Galaxy S8 for the replacement price of 149.00 and if I did not return the S5 they would charge my account. They got the old and I got the new. Now let me tell you that you cannot get my S8 away from me. I love the phone and the reception is great no matter where I go. I love it. The pictures are beautiful, more than enough storage for me, performs with all the bells and whistles. I also put a power pack on my cell and it all works great. I LOVE IT, LOVE IT. My wife still has the S5 and wants the S8 but her cell works fine, so she wants to keep it.

I originally went in to find out what was wrong with me Google pixel and the associate talked my husband and I into purchasing edge plus phones. We were told we could return in 30 days no questions asked. The phones cut out when you are talking on them and they drop calls. We took the phones back within the 30 days and we were basically told after some trouble shooting to continue to use the phones and made to feel that we could not return them. Also during the purchase I inquired about Google pixel with 5G and was told Google pixel did not have 5G but now I see through commercials that statement is not true. I placed her rating and received response back asking that I send them the details I did so and still have not heard anything from anyone. We have been several years with Verizon but as soon as we are done with these phones we will be trading services. I am very disappointed that we have been faithful to Verizon but they have not been faithful to us. It seems to me that the seller had one thing in mind and that was to just cell phones regardless of their quality.

Called customer service because my Motorola G Power kept disconnecting from cell service. To get back on service I had to switch to airplane mode then back. When I did have service speed test reported 1.8 Mbps and sometimes would come up error because it was too slow to measure. I tried everything they asked such as clear cache, reset my cell settings, factory reset, new SIM card. Nothing worked, then was told I needed a repeater in my home even though it happened at home, work 7 miles away, Walmart, the park, it was not an isolated issue. I have lived in this house 15 years and never had cell issues, until this past year. I also live in downtown Fort Lauderdale Florida. I don't need a repeater. I need a service that has not overwhelmed it's network with customers and cannot handle the load they themselves created. So after 22 1/2 years with Verizon, Singular, Century Cellunit, I have cancelled my service and went that company in pink. I now get minimum 120 Mbps and has been as high as 1240 Mbps. Crazy fast at 3 bars signal. I was sad to go but had no choice. When Verizon's fix was to upsell me a $350 piece of equipment I should not need I made the decision to switch. I have lightning service, a free S23 phone with 2 years commit, and insurance on the phone for any issue and only am paying $10 month more for 2 phones. Was not a hard decision but yet it was. They got to fat and happy and the competition sailed past them. Wake up Verizon. You are going to be the Comcast of the cell industry.

Verizon is charging me 6k for something I never used and canceled before the trail period. They're the most incompetent company I've ever experienced. They're supervisors lie, place you on hold for hours and hang up without calling back. NECER DO BUSINESS WITH VERIZON OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! My PREDICTION THIS COMPANY WILL GO OUT OF BUDINESS SOON BECAUSE IT HAS SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Expressing my deepest gratitude for given the pleasure of either employee training or just pure awesomeness I had the best experience with these two outstanding human beings today 1/1/2020 I had the biggest problem with the overage charges which led to my family almost cancelling our phone services but these two saved my day.

Don't be fooled how they spin this. Be weary of this company apparently not all employees know what they're talking about they will change your account without letting you know, they sell you on phones and after 14days cgange Their agreement even though you have it in writing, once you're hooked they try to charge you later. We as a societee can change how they operate because numbers create the rules not companies and corporations.
Att is 1 of the items I can locate. They say my watch payment is $31 a month... and my 2 s10e phones(buy one get one)... which i ordered over the phone, i also have proof, they are charging me over $60 and it should be $30. When asked, each verizon rep, and it gets bad when you get transferred outside the US(which they do often, US people will tell you they are in the US, outside US, company policy states they're not allowed to tell you where they're at, ha google it) to someone who understands less apparently, comes up with a "new" reason why.

I called them to disconnect all lines from my account - 6 devices. The reason is that despite being told that my home area would have 5G service as soon as it rolls out (I live in a metro area of 4 million people, not the sticks). That time is now, and we still do not even have reliable 4G data service. At best, the phone screen says 4G (grayed out) but there are zero bars shown for signal strength. Sometimes we can only make voice calls using the WiFi calling feature from the cable company. I know that the 5G works on my phone because it is indicated in nearby areas but not where I live. I have to work from home due to covid so I do not care if it is available nearby. I am paying for premium service at my house and I do not even get good 4G here.

After waiting for one hour on hold, I got some woman who could barely speak English. When I finally made it clear that I wanted to cancel all my lines, she would not do that, instead transferring me to another department so they could get the necessary information from me. I have now been on hold for nearly two hours and it is nearing the time when they will shut down customer service for the evening.

I don't give 5 stars easily, but VerizonWireless has earned it in my book. I live in a remote area and Verizon was the first service offered here back in the previous century. I've never had any other service so have nothing to compare with but, I am compelled to write this review after what happened this week. I had a family emergency that caused a flurry of text messages for many days. Most were group messages and those count more toward the allotted amount per month. I received a text alert the other day informing me I had gone over my 250 limit for texts, so I got online to see what I could do. It indicated there, that I could upgrade to a plan that could then be back dated to cover the overage I had. I had several other questions about usage and what my options were, so I decided to call them. I got a very pleasant rep within a few minutes who proceeded to blow my mind. Long story short, there wasn't a plan available for me to upgrade to, that would cover the text overage so, she worked something out where my account was credited back the additional charge ($45 for 25 texts over limit... ouch). I thought "how cool is that?". But then, she points out that I pay for 2 gig of data and NEVER get close to even using one. She suggested that I change my plan to one gig a month which saves me almost $40 per month.

I am so impressed with my experience where the rep was able to resolve my problem, credit my account for overage use and reduce my monthly costs without me even asking for it, they deserve 5 stars in my book.

My calls NEVER go through, when I call someone it is choppy and broken, EVERYWHERE I go I have 0-1 bar. I travel the city for work, so I am all over. This company should be shut down.

Tip for consumers:
Do not go with verizon. I travel the city, so I'm all over and HAVE 0-1 BAR everywhere I go. So mad that I wasted money here.

Had to buy a new 5g phone, paid for 5g ultrawideband service and when i am in 5g internet is snail paced... Go back to 4g until you can support this expensive service

I took the trial program at Verizon the data charges were through the roof they did not inform me of that I test drived two tablets they were terrible on data and inferior for pictures and other things I took them back and they charged me over $130 to restock products that I was unhappy with - I returned everything and closed the account within the proper time period they sent me a bill for data use of $268 and put a charge on my credit report. There service is terrible they do not honor the service agreements and their phones are $50 to $100 higher than the other carriers. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a carrier and they need immediate investigation DO NOT USE VERIZON and shop elsewhere. VERIZON IS A NIGHTMARE AND A RIPOFF OF YOUR MONEY!

I switched from another wireless carrier Verizon to about two weeks ago. Hands down the worst mistake I have made in a while. I moved three lines, it has taken ten days just to get all three lines working, and once that finally happened, the SIMM failed in my primary line. One would think that after all the hours, I have wasted on support with Verizon, and all the headaches I have gone through with them, they would have made an effort to ay least send a replacement SIMM over night.

Verizon's response, was you can drive to a Verizon Store and get one there. The nearest Verizon store would be an hour round trip, and frankly, why should I have to go out of my way to fix Verizon's faulty SIMM, the other option, was that they would mail one and I should get it in two to three days

So here I am, a new Verizon customer, that has not had full access to the three lines that I have paid for in the entire time I have been with Verizon. It is real clear, Verizon could care less about customers, all that matters is they get your money. The fact that you could get better service with two soup cans and a string, means nothing.

Bottom line, Verizon is a horrible company, that has poor service and cares only about profit.

I like Verizon, I really do, except: I have been with them over 19 years and then before that before it was Alltel. The complexity of owning and subsequently upgrading to a new phone is ridiculous. Recently, Verizon had a 700 dollar off promotion for the iPhone 12 of any kind. I was told I didn't qualify for three different reasons over chat, and in person at a Best Buy. 3 days later, after having to SCHEDULE a call back, because talking to a person is nearly impossible, I get someone who tells me this (after being hung up on three times, and disconnected during the call back, "sorry we missed you"): Because I am on the 55+ Loyalty plan I do not meet the criteria for the 700. Dollar promotion. AND if I tried to upgrade right now settling for the 200 dollar promotion, I would have to pay the remaining 4 months on both of the phones on my plan, PLUS forfeit, the current promotion where the second phone has been credited 29.14 every month. Here's the trap: I cannot buy a phone outright and receive ANY PROMOTION. Verizon insists on that 24 month you pay it they credit it back or they credit it back making your bill even more complex. Why does a cell phone plan have to be so complex? If you are offering a promotion, why doesn't everyone qualify? It gets worse every year, and I am over it.

So let me tell you of my experience, ok first I have been with Verizon since 2009, I have 6 phones on my account, and two of the phones are for my son's in the army. I have not had a complaint until last year. I have had plenty. Let's start with today, my phone bill usually ranges from 400-450 a month so I make payments x2. Well the payment was set up this month as usual. When I woke up this morning to call my son at Ft. Hood, guess what my phones were suspended, never in 7 years has my phones been suspended. So I call customer service, then call financial and they say there was none payment. So I go online and low and behold there was payment taken out for Verizon online at my bank. This is they excuse customer service gave me when I called back, payment may not reached verizon in time, so they sent me to financial services as I was talking to them said the payment has been made and your services are operating. Hmmmm... as I was talking to financial services I heard laughter, and I asked oh you think this is funny, and she said she was not laughing, but you still keep hearing laughter. This is only one instance, there are many more. We don't want to go into a bot my son at Fort Irwin and the verizon California screwing up our whole account, and we had to pay 500.00 to fix their mistake, when my military son went in to get a new phone. When verizon honored the mistake, and willingly gave us 500.00 back it was in credit to our account. Not actual 500.00. There are many more. So to end this, in two weeks we are switching to ATTEND, so done with this company.

I live in manahawkin NJ 4g service sucks town of ******* people downtown 4g is the worst i have ever seen they cater to the summer residents don't care about the locals shame on them I am ashamed that I worked for them for 30 years I live in downtown manahawkin they told me I was in a fringe area bull$#*! upgrade the cells I was told I could cancel my service I will and so will all my neighbors
