Viagogo is fraudulent. I purchased approximately $300 in tickets for a concert that was downloaded to Flashseats. A few days before the event the tickets disappeared from the app. I contacted Viagogo and Flashseats. Viagogo gave me the same response over and over... sorry, no refund. Flashseats didn't respond at all. I lost out on the event and any refund. This is bad business. I'll never use either again.

I can believe what I have just seen, my tickets arrived after I was lead to believe that I was buying tickets directly and sitting a lot closer to the stage! I have found to have paid £120 extra for tickets and sitting way back in the floor stalls! The tickets have also arrived in another persons name! I am so upset! Totally ruined this event for me... I actually am really upset on how a business can actually be allowed to operate and no one is able to step in to manage them!

Ordered tickets for a Bayern Munich match 2 months prior to the match. Updated the shipping date to reflect our travel plans 1 month ahead of time. The week before we left the tickets still had not shipped, so they asked for our travel address. Travel address link on the site would not update and they would not accept an email with the address.

These people have robbed me when I sold a ticket for Graspop. The ticket has been sold within a week, later I received an e-mail saying that I got payed in Paypal but the money did not show up. I have aend them countless e-mails and they do not reply. Surely, something can be done to these people. How can they get away with this?

I purchased a ticket to a world cup game that they indicated would be delivered by courier to my hotel, since the game was the following day. I called multiple times to find out if the ticket would arrive. The ticket never arrived, I called the next day and asked for a refund. A week later, I called again, and they are stalling and saying that they need to get more information, but would not tell me what information they are trying to get. Do NOT trust this site.

Never received tickets that I purchased in January. Viagogo didn't see that they weren't transferred either until I called the day of the game. Tried to contact the seller but no response.
I'll never order tickets from here again!

Even the display on their website is misleading to rip you off! They display the various prices... then when you chose the one you are looking for, it charges the maximum price and takes it off your card.

Whatever you do do not buy tickets through this company. The tickets are overpriced and they do not have permission to resell tickets for lots of the venues. This means that even if you are lucky to actually get your tickets, you may be refused admittance to the venue. If you are in the UK and book tickets and want a refund, I would suggest you go on Victims.of Viagogo and download the template letter that's on there. I used this and got a refund after months of emailing

Tickets we bought for afl match were illegitimate. They were put under a random name for children. We paid for adults plus extra fees (shipping for e-ticket) and they weren't even usable.
'customer service' calls did not go through after we realised.

This company scammed my mother while trying to look for tickets she googled and clicked the first ad (this disgusting excuse for a company) not knowing any better, then when she went to purchase the tickets, still thinking they were legit, they tried to charge her credit card 6x what the advertised amount! Luckily her bank declined the purchase due to exceeding her daily budget. This site is a shocking violation of peoples trust.

Viagogo clearly states in terms and conditions that they are a ticketmarketing company. The sellers set the price. You are told how much delivery charge and VAT is added. They are the safest place to buy tickets that have already sold out

I purchased tickets which I was led to believe would be Category 3 tickets, but ended up being Category 5 tickets. I ended up paying double face value for tickets I didn't want. Company refused to amend the error or refund my tickets. Terrible customer service and a total sham of a company.

I am traveling to London from the US next week, and I bought a ticket for the tournament through Viagogo. UPS was inexplicably unable to deliver it and claimed delivery was refused (but those on site at the address I provided say no delivery was attempted), and without attempting to contact me, the ticket was returned to sender. When I contacted Viagogo about how to resolve the situation so that I received the ticket, I received an absolutely infuriating response that Viagogo had fulfilled their obligations. I tried contacting Viagogo by phone and was unable to reach live customer service. Be very wary of using this company.

I was sent tickets for an event on the incorrect date. I was then instructed to mail the tickets back and guaranteed new tickets, I did and now... nothing!

I wish I had done my research on this scam of a company before purchasing.

Viagogo uses psychology to persuade you to buy tickets. They use the fear that you will lose your ticket if you don't buy it right away. They offer a misleading offer that turns out to be false advertising. While buying my ticket I was bombarded by so many urgency messages, that I completely miss the updated price in the basket. I thought my purchase would be 170, it ended up being 400 (and the original ticket price was 80). Once you payed, there is no refund, you can't contact them, THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. It's daylight robbery.

We bought tickets for a concert through Viagogo. However the tickets at the concert were backwards. We bought section K row 201 tickets which were suppose to be floor seats. But at the concert we were issued section 201 row K tickets. Viagogo basically said so sorry. They offered us a little discount for the wrong tickets. We were extremely upset with them. We will NEVER use them again.

Please dont use this site. I brought tickets to bruce stringstein concert for 177 bucks each as this is the price I thought they were only to get them and find they were purchased by some guy 2 days later (date of purchase was on tickets) and they were only 98.50 each. Was told that I couldnt get a refund for the difference and the face value of the tickets would have been on their website. What a crock why would I pay an extra 80 bucks a ticket.

Purchased tickets for Neil Diamond Brisbane 5/11/2015 the tickets did not scan as valid at the entry of the concert. If it had not been for the generous attitude of an employee at the venue the 4 tickets I purchased would have been a huge waste of money. I paid 4 times what the original value of the ticket was, which I found out when the tickets arrived, and travelled from a distance which added to the cost of the night. A close shave and never to be repeated as I would never use this site again.

The ticket price was showing £58 in the middle of the purchase when I saw it is charging finally £85.35 I didn't go through and canceled the purchase, then survey form popped up to ask why cancelling then I have completed the option ticket price is different to purchase price. Later I found in the bank statement it has taken £85.35 which they charged in euro 96.09. If same thing happens to you call your bank to dispute the transaction and report against the website.

I used Viagogo for selling tickets. Apparently these tickets got bought still 7 days before the event Viagogo canceled my order, saying that the information I have provided was not right and that the purchaser is not happy. I have got charged extra 81£ for just trying selling the tickets. Worst experience ever :((
I even could't sell the tickets in that 7 days left... waste of time, money and energy..

After receiving confirmation of my purchase of Italy v Scotland rugby tickets, I went off and booked the hotels, flights etc, they failed to deliver the tickets and just offered a £20 voucher! Weren't prepared to offer replacement tickets, even thought i could see they were selling them on the website. Watch a bunch, useless! Didnt even have the courtesy to call me back which they promised they would

I booked 2 tkts online. They asked for bank details & then tried to charge me £122.99 with the option asking "do you still want to order. Naturally I pressed the NO button. They still took my money & I then discovered there is no way to contact them. Citizens advice told me they have committed fraud. My bank has blocked the card but could not guarantee the transaction going ahead. The fraud squad said they will not get involved as I had already given my bank details! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE $#*!S!

Bought 2 tickets for Dan TDM. Price per ticket was ridiculous, but event was sold out so bit the bullet. Admin costs charged by Viagogo, on top of ridiculous ticket price, was insane - £150 became £225 (the site doesn't inform you of hidden costs until the end of your purchase). Tickets were originally £21 each. Contacting them is likened to contacting Elvis - ain't gonna happen! Unless you're happy to waste your well earned bucks... AVOID AVOID AVOID :(
