The company's reputation is significantly marred by a consistent pattern of customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues related to ticket availability, inflated pricing, and inadequate customer service. Customers frequently report receiving invalid tickets, last-minute notifications, and a lack of effective support when seeking refunds or resolution. While some users may have had positive experiences, these are overshadowed by widespread claims of fraud and poor service. The overall sentiment reflects a strong caution against using the platform, highlighting a pressing need for improved transparency and customer support to rebuild trust.

Whatever you do do not use this company! Tickets have just arrived and charged me over £60 more than face value!
This site is atrocious they sell you tickets above and beyond what they are worth and also claim that you will have a seat and be seated together if purchasing more than one ticket. They then send you standing tickets not long before the event and do not offer cancellations or refunds. They should be closed so they cannot rip off other customers be warned, check all the online reviews to do with these cowboys as the negative ones far out way the positives. Never again.
First and foremost, I went online to Ticketmaster on the date that the Childish Gambino tickets first came out. Somehow, I was redirected to Viagogo, a secondary site and I spent $400 on 2 tickets that I thought were great seats. I didn't even know exactly where my seats were until my tickets were finally sent to me several months later and I realized how I was taken advantage of (nearby tickets were selling for about $50). To add insult to injury, the concert was postponed to a date I cannot attend. There's no way that these tickets will sell for the price I was tricked into paying. I want a refund now. Shame on them and their tactics!
They charged $50 more on top of ticket price AND didn't give me my seats I purchased. Instead of orchestra I had a row B on loge. TBD if the tickets even valid!
If you bought tickets on Viagogo before reading the reviews and are now having an anxiety attack reading through the 1-star reviews, I just wanted to let you know that it's not all bad. I know how you feel because that was me just about a week ago. I used Viagogo to buy tickets to BTS' Love Yourself World Tour at Citi Field. I had gone on the official site too late and the tickets were all sold out. My mom quickly found an alternative site, Viagogo. "It was the first one that popped up," she said, "so it must be legit." Well, no, they probably just paid for their site to be advertised on Google. That is, however, not the point. On Viagogo, I soon found two tickets for relatively good seats in Citi Field. Of course they were overpriced. A lot of 1-star reviews are people complaining about the high prices. What do you expect on a resale site? Anyway I wanted to see BTS so bad I was willing to pay pretty much anything so price was not the issue. The issue came after we made the purchase and I began to read the reviews for Viagogo, as you are probably doing right now. I read reviews from an overwhelming amount of unhappy customers with fake tickets and the panic set in. I spent the two months leading up to the concert anxious that my tickets would not work or that they would be sent too late (with the 3 day before the concert guarantee). I realized that I could not do anything about it so I just waited impatiently for the concert day to come. Two weeks before the concert, my tickets arrived! That was definitely a good sign that things were looking up. They looked legit (if you're worried about your tickets having someone else's name on them, don't worry they will still work). When finally the concert day came, we walked up to the guy checking tickets and my heart was pounding. I was so ready to write Viagogo a very angry 1-star review. As the man scanned my ticket, I heard the satisfying ding. It worked! I was so so happy. My doubts quickly faded away and I had honestly the best night of my life. In conclusion, Viagogo is not all bad. Since it is a resale site, it all depends on the person you buy from. I want to tell you to have hope and believe in the validity of your tickets. Since mine worked, I have hope for yours too. I'd like to think that the majority of people selling on Viagogo are nice people just trying to make a little bit of a profit and not selling fake tickets/scamming people. I am extremely grateful that the person I bought from was one of these nice people. I overall had a good experience using Viagogo. I however will never be using this site again because of all of the anxiety that it caused me.
10 months before Edinburgh Royal Military Tattoo I ordered tickets, paying extra ($264 pounds). They send an email saying they would send info on how to pick up tickets. I flew to Scotland. They decided to send tickets to our hotel. They were the wrong seats. Original cost for tickets to the tattoo are 49 pounds! After being on the phone several times, they cancelled the tickets they sent me and gave another. Long story longer we ended up in the nosebleed section... 2 rows from the top and nowhere near where I paid for. They are thieves. If I had known that, I would have tried to find a legitimate vendor. Beware. Forewarned.
They charged me $125 for a ticket available for $25. The ticket showed my seat numbers but the venue had no seats. Complete scam.
Oktoberfest tickets were a total ripoff paid a huge amount of money for a piece of chicken and beer was not a reserved table. Total ripped off
Never use this site - tickets are probably available elsewhere and probably much cheaper. They con you into thinking that they have just sold similar tickets, which will remain "just sold" for days. They will make you think you are going to lose the seats and tons of people are after them - they want you to click quickly and pay a fortune without thinking about it properly.
Avoid like the plague.
My order number was *******.
They were selling tickets depending on category from 30 to 130 usd, while if fact there were no categories there at all. All tickets were 20 cad, which is usd 15. No comment.
I order stadning tickets, while they sent me seated ones. So me and my girlfriend had to seat in different corners of the building. Dsgusting!
Bought 2 tickets on August 1st for an NFL football game on Oct 7th. On Oct 6th tried to download the tickets, error on the server message. Called Viagogo, they said we will email them to you. Oct 7th, no email, called again, they said I have to go onto ticketmaster app and see them there. Downloaded the app, no tickets. The game is 2 hours away from me, so I didn't go up there because I didn't have the tickets. All I get is the run-around. Asking for a refund now. Don't know if I will get it.
Thieves, crooks, cheats and liars. What more can I say. Purchased 2 tickets to Celine Dion in Auckland and they charged my credit card for 4 tickets. I asked them to sell the other two, which they did but refused to refund the money. Said "Viagogo does not refund tickets." When I got to the concert after booking a hotel and travelling 250 miles by car, found that the tickets were fake. No entry allowed. Again "Viagogo does not refund tickets." They even tried to charge my credit card again for selling the two tickets but by then I'd stopped my card. Stay well away from this crowd.
THEY HAVE JUST GOT FROM MY CREDIT CARD 300 EURO. The tickets were EURO 40 in TOTAL: THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY DO NOT USE THEM
Charge huge hidden fee's, with a check out system that doesn't make it clear that they're doing so. It doesn't make the full price obvious until you've already paid.
After thinking I was paying $170, after a click I had paid $243. I emailed immediately asking for a refund, but they refuse, even with the show 6 months away and after contacting them directly after
Paid £106 in May for 1 ticket to see Joan Armatrading, travelled to England from France especially and 3 days before they told me no tickets available. They are supposed to me refunding me. Went to theatre myself this morning and got a returned ticket, better seat for £35.
They are scammers and should not be allowed to trade.
Absolute scammers Do Not use this site!
They show you a price, until you enter you credit card info and change you 50% extra for costs. But they inform you about those costs only after you paid.
SCAM!
I wanted to go to an ice hockey game in Edmonton and bought the tickets one evening before the event. They didn't send the tickets even if I contacted them twice. They didn't really help me and I paid for nothing. I looked in all my e-mail folders and I am very sure that there was no other e-mail. I was just lucky that the staff from Edmonton Oilers was very kind, but they didn't cooperate with viagogo!
So better don't use viagogo...
The UK Competition and Markets Authority are currently taking legal action against Viagogo

I have stupidly purchased 2 tickets from this site today. Their site is designed to give the impression that the tickets they are selling a scarce and in high demand (I wouldn't be surprised if the numbers they are show for '% tickets left', 'number of people also viewing these tickets' are completely fabricated). They put you in a 'queue' to buy your tickets. After reading the reviews here I now have doubts if I will ever get tickets. They give you 5.5 to buy the tickets you've ordered, and have a form has lots of fields to fill in and must have been carefully crafted to take atleast 4.5 minutes to complete. They presumably have links to the terms and conditions, but there's no way anyone could read them in the time given.
They have an option to sell the tickets you have bought - obviously you lose out on the fees you've paid, looks like you also lose out on the VAT and also the delivery charges. The price they are quoting for reselling is about the same as they charged me for the ticket part of my invoice - but I wouldn't be surprised if there are hidden fees that eat all of that up.
To be on the safe side, I have purchased tickets direct from event organiser - they were a fraction of the price and there does not appear to be any shortage.
Do not deal with this company. I am out over $3400 because of them. I bought BTS tickets for tonight at the Prudential Center on May 5th for my daughters 18th birthday. We still do not have the tickets and had to buy new tickets to ensure our daughter would be able to attend. The customer service person was no help and will not do anything to make this right. The tickets were to be available by 9/27 at the latest. They still are not available. We will be taking legal action.
Answer: My tickets were real but I was scared the person whose name was on the ticket would turn up with id. A R600 ticket the price on the ticket which we were not told ended up being twice that. Would I use them again? NO
Answer: So frustrated surely there must be something we can do, surely this is not legal?
Answer: For is it was a total con. They showed prices in HK dollars and then charged in US dollars. We paid $4000 US dollars for two Madonna tickets. There's literally no phone number on their site and it's impossible to get in touch with customer service. Don't buy tickets here. You'll be sorry. They even charged us $500 for a service fee. Really insane!
Answer: Hi Bryan! Viagogo is a ticket marketplace that allows individuals to buy and sell tickets for live events. Once you purchase with viagogo you are covered by our guarantee: http://www.viagogo.co.uk/landingpage/1044610 Kind regards, Ana
Answer: No they don't. I will never ever make any purchase frm viagogo and I will warn you not to. They deducted my money from my back without my acknowledgement in Dec and guess what, I received the same email frm them that they will be deducting the amount from my bank again due to me not able to produce the ticket. My reason is that event organiser close down my seating section. Ended up have to go thru my bank to get the money back from them. They are the worst.
Answer: If in doubt, always try and pay by credit card so have a certain amount of protection/insurance. There's a lot of fraudulent ticket sales going on all over at the moment, so do your homework, read reviews and always use a secure method of payment if you decide to proceed.
