They collect the information very well, showed it with cheap promotion. I searched two cars, first one via plate number and the second other one via vin. Vin research worked pretty well. But plate number, as soon as I paid for the membership right after I search the first car and saw that the report is ready. There was nothing. Even if they sent another link that I can get the free record. I still doubt that was the best they could.
Site is an absolute scam. RUN AWAY. The $1 report produced absolutely nothing. Then, canceling the subscription is absolutely impossible. If you call, they tell you to ask the chat bot. If you chat, they tell you to email. In the email they send you to a link that doesn't work. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

I did receive valuable information that the dealer did not bring to my attention during the sales pitch. The vehicle was involved in an accident! But, what had me going to your site was the promise of a "free" window sticker to show me all the options that my vehicle has which I ended up paying for a vehicle report withOUT the window sticker 😕.
I was skeptical at first, but after trying out the vehicle report feature on this website, I'm a believer! The report was comprehensive, covering everything I needed to know about the car's history and condition. It saved me so much time and hassle!

This car history had different information than the seller had… even basics such as color of the car and number of previous owners. I would not trust what this company has to say about a car's history. Luckily I only paid $1
I knew very little about my car. I purchased it ten years ago and wanted thehistory. I got exactly what I wanted
I clicked the one time $1.95 to get my record, and a week later they tried to auto withdrawal $29.95
I asked to not sign up for a subscription as I was only getting the records for my current vehicle and no others yet I was still charged the subscription fee. I have yet to get a response from customer service or my refund.

Everything is a complete scam with this website and now I have to order a new debit card and I have about 5 bills auto drafted off this debit number. There has to be some kind of laws against this or at least google should do something about sites like this doing this to people!

Don't advertise you can find owner inofrmation if you cannot produce the requested information... matter fo fact... the information you gave me was worth ZERO to me
I think the service is great. I just don't think it should have to be paid for. I think the ads ran on the website should be sufficient enough to cover the $1 fee.
They charge your account three times (photo attached). One for $29.95. One for $1. Another one for $1. They immediately sent a text and email claiming to be from my bank flagging the transactions as fraud. The email clearly didn't come from my bank (photo attached). Neither did the texts (photos attached). When I called the number in the text, it was some guy speaking with an Asian accent, which is what tipped me off that it was a scam. To be safe, I transfered all of my money to a different account and will now have to change my credit card numbers.

I am now going to have to spend hours undoing the damage from one click with this "company"
I payed for the 1 dollar report and got charged the 29.95 for the plan immediately that I did not want. Supposedly getting the 29.95 refunded, we will see. They ran my vin and I had to double check it a couple times due to the fact that the basic info of the truck that I could tell you by just owning it, like the drivetrain and engine, were wrong and I asked how they are going to charge me for info I could tell them by looking at the truck and it was wrong. I was told that's the info in the vehicle registration and I told them they are wrong and asked how do I update they said not there problem. Don't use this place, pay for carfax.
