I placed an order at 3:18pm for 2 cameras in the amount of $160.38 on Friday. Later, I went onto my account to make sure the order showed it was processing. When I did, I saw a 2nd order was placed at 3:21pm in the amount of $240.57. I received a confirmation for the order I placed, but nothing on the 2nd order. I checked my credit card and both charges were pending. I immediately opened a ticket and someone responded & said she couldn't see the 2nd order in her system and would escalate this to the highest level. I told them to cancel both orders. She was able to cancel the original order I placed but not the 2nd. I never heard from anyone at a higher level. They were closed during the weekend. This morning, I did a chat. The guy said they couldn't see the order and to check back in a couple of days. I asked for a number to call and then called instead. She told me it was likely a glitch and it happens ALL THE TIME. She said worst case scenario would be that the order would ship and then I have 30 days to return and they would credit me within 7 days of the returned item. I DIDN'T PLACE THIS ORDER so this is completely unacceptable. She told me she still can't see the order, even though I see the order as processing and have an order # and the charge is on my credit card. I see an option to cancel on the screen but it won't allow me to cancel & says to contact customer service. I am livid and no one wants to help. She told me to check back tomorrow or send them an email and ask them to hold the order once processing is complete. Which I did but something isn't on the up & up here. I'm super disappointed because I ordered from them last year and had a good experience. But I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Great Customer Support

My order arrived fast. The price was great! There was an issue with the box and customer support fixed the issue within two hours of sending the first email. This was out of normal business hours. Made me feel like a person not a number like some other online retailers have.

I had an excellent experience dealing with this company. My purchase was through eBay, and at first I was concerned if the deal on Grand Trunk hammocks was legit, however took a chance knowing eBay would backup my purchase if it wasn't. I sent a message to the seller (VIP Outlet) and received a reply within two hours. At which point I ordered two more hammocks (total of four). Once I received my purchase, very quick shipping, and realized that the hammock a came with 10 foot straps, I ordered 10 more! A bit glutenous, but I thought they would make great gifts! The price was $17.34 per hammock with shipping, which is an excellent deal for this item. I received only two of ten of my second order, and contact the seller and received a reply back within an hour. I also contacted FedEx and they said the others would be delivered the next day, and they were. Overall a very good experience! Thank you! Tim

Fast service! Air fryer broken.

I received my repackaged air fryer within a week of ordering. I thought a piece was missing an emailed them. They replied within the hour to help. The mistake was on my part and I replied back to let them know the order was correct. Customer service through email was 100%! Thank you!
Update 12-27-20 my brother opened the gift and the touch screen did NOT light up. I have sent an email to the company again. I will update on their return/exchange policy, response and ease of return.

Horrible company

A bunch of liars
DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a tv on March 2nd with delivery to be on March 4th. March 4th came and went no tv no correspondence about my order nothing. I sent emails asking about my order and they said wait 24-48 for shipping info to update it well over that now. As of March 7th I was able to call and get through to speak to someone after I emailed again and was told that my order shipped as at this point I was going to cancel. After speaking to a customer service rep I was informed my order in fact did not ship and was still sitting in the warehouse. I asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded and was told they could not do so. So not only do I not have my tv they don't want to cancel the order let alone give me my money. I'm not paying for something that's sitting in a warehouse. I have filed a complaint with BBB this company is nothing but trash

Onn Roku TV

I read a lot of Reviews on different companies, products and so on at. I have seen a lot of good one but too many negative reviews to the point that it scared me to order anything from them. I definitely like to find good bargains. I took a chance on ordering a TV, the same TV they advertise on Walmart 40" Onn Roku TV. It may not measure out to be 40" but it is a decedent size television. Browsing through different reviews, I noticed that someone from the company VIPOUTLET was trying to resolve any issues with unsatisfied customers. I did notice that one of the names was Edwin. After seeing this, I decided to take a chance on ordering this Roku TV at a discounted price, listed as Grade A. Honestly, I expected to be some problem when it arrived, maybe broken or something missing. But was not,. The picture, sound is great. I just got it today/so far so good. If any changes will update the review. The pictures I am including may look a little blurry. I will try to add some better pictures later.

Order cancelled, again.

Order *******. I ordered the same item during Thanksgiving but got cancelled after 4 weeks no shipping. Got a reply from VIPOUTLET and offered a 20% coupon. Great, I will give the benefit of a doubt. Same item came in stock again. I ordered the same item on Dec 29,2019. Guess what, same thing. They charged my credit card without shipping, then on 1/18/20 they cancelled the order. I followed up with customer service diligently every week, but got the same reply it is in process and they sent a message to the warehouse to follow up. On Dec 29 the website shows qty of 18 until today qty of 0. Looks like they are fulfilling the order for others, but just not my order, despite I call every week. May be my last name of "Cheung" caused the problem, may be I used the 20% off coupon they offered last time caused the problem. No one knows and I am frustrated more that ever. NO MORE VIPOUTLET for me.
