I have been a long term customer of this business with no problem. The first time I had a problem was when they sent me the wrong product. I emailed and got no answer. I called and the owner kept talking over me and interrupting. I said he needed to be more customer service oriented. HE HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and started explaining the discrepancy which also involves his website and he said ' I DON'T HAVE TO HEAR ALL THIS, JUST GET TO THE PROBLEM". The problem, sir, is you don't appreciate your customers.
Products shipped had a strong musty, moldy smell. The owner told me (he doesn't know how that is possible). Did not care to help resolve the problem which I wanted a replacement or refund because the smell being that bad I was not eating the boxed cereal, nor did I feel comfortable using the protein shake because it smelled on the plastic container. He was adamant I was not allowed to send back anything opened and was fixed on stating that 3-4 times during our conversation (that seemed to be all he was concerned with). So after talking to him and questions about returning the items I 'm out shipping and he will credit my card, I have read complaints on others now that I had this happen and I feel my card may not get the credit so I wont send back items. But do not use this company. My order was for 178.00 you would think that he would want to get to the bottom of this issue to keep customers to stay in business. Not so he would rather hang up on you and I was just trying to get return address and protocol taken care of. WOW way to go Vitaglo
I received my order and it was not the product that matched the description on the website... my order was over $100 worth of product that did not match the description and i called immediately and the man was rude, he did not even stop to listen to the issue that the product description was misleading and that it is important because i have health issues and allergies SO ingredients are a serious and big issue... he HUNG UP on me! I WILL UPDATE and hopefully have positive feedback when they resolve this issue... i just want them to send a prepaid shipping label to send their misrepresented product BACK to THEM and get my $125 back!
The prices doesnt match the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE when they sent me a PARTIAL ORDER and wanted to keep the whole money? It's not worth your time and even that is WHY he's got one of the worst reviews on the Internet.
Called to check on order that was placed 14 days ago and guy that answered phone said it was cancelled and hung up on me. When I called right back to get info about the credit card charge for order lady hung up on me. VERY BAD COMPANY! STAY AWAY!
I have been ordering from them for YEARS and I have referred so many people here in Colorado to his 'business' to spite the unbearable rudeness from the owner every time I have called.
Of course that stops now! I have sent him the receipt showing when I placed the order 5/27 and when it was promised to be delivered.

He Has lied to me every time I have called and also in the 2nd email (I still have) saying it was priority mailed out weeks ago.
That didn't happen, but of course he has never one time apologized for this.
I understand mistakes but this is beyond a mistake especially when he promised to call me back last week. Never happened, and told me a phone call was 'too much pressure' to deal with!
He promised to email me a confirmation 3 times now and nothing still of the new order placed last week.
Another lie.
Now almost a month after placing the original order he hangs up on me and tells me to not call anymore?! Are you serious?

So I can't email or call now about my order!

BAIT & SWITCH SCAM -- ARBITRARILY CANCELS HEAVY ORDERS --- Here's my transcript to BBB. If the seller hadnt been so MEAN, i would've simply ended years of shopping there.
"Seller confirmed 4 transactions online on 9/16/2012, yet fulfilled only 1. Seller emailed buyer stating one of the three unfulfilled orders had been cancelled; but failed to alert buyer to cancellation of the other two. Buyer contacted seller by phone. Seller stated,"THAT'S STUPID" after buyer explained all 4 orders were placed separately to expedite shipping per the online terms. Buyer stated, "i cant make a profit on shipping heavy items." Buyer asked seller 3 times why such items were offered on the website with free shipping. Seller increased speaking volume and stated twice, " ARE YOU FIGHTING WITH ME?" after my 2 queries, then hung up on buyer after the third query.
I called to check on the status of an order. The person that I spoke with was very so short with me, cut off my conversation with him & hung up on me. I called back to complain, his wife answered, which I wasn't aware at the time that it was wife, wanted them to know that he was rude, when I told her that, she hung up on me also. I then called back, was verbally abused by the first person that I spoke with & got hung up on again. Reporting this company to the BBB OF NEW YORK! What TERRIBLE business!
Ordered supplements from this vendor. I waited for shipping confirmation for 2 weeks. I called the seller, some rude guy answered and said he will ship the same day. The order was only shipped 4 days later (per USPS). When it arrived only half of the order was there. The product that was sent was either poorly stored or contaminated. I contacted the seller requesting return label. He responded that it’s not his problem, and I should go directly to the manufacturer. He did not refund the money either. THIS SELLER IS A SCAM, SELLING EXPIRED AND DAMAGED MERCHENDISE. WILL NOT REFUND, NOR TAKE THE PRODUCT BACK. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BRAINDEAD AND DOWNRIGHT POOR. Buy at your own risk, and read other reviews before purchasing.
I used to buy powdered soy milk here, they had the best price, and delivery was reasonable. One time one can broke and spilled some powder. I did not return it, but next time i put a note on the order and they put extra cushion on the bottom, so it arrived well.
Last time i placed and order, i did not receive it. They did not respond to my emails, and when i call the guy will always tell me that they will be shipping it "next week". After a month of this "shipping next week", i email them to cancel the order. A week latter i contacted my credit card and got my money back. Make SURE that you contact your credit card company within 30 days of your statement date, so they can reverse the transaction. My credit union is very good at this. They credit your account while they investigate the item. They don't make you wait for your money.
The guy i called - three times - was never rude to me, thank God!, he just sounded very stressed up. I suspect this is a one man operation and the company grew too fast and they do not have the business knowledge to keep up with growth.
Too bad... it was a good place to buy.
