Worst customer service experience ever. If I could rate a negative start I would to the highest power and multiply it again. I paid off my contract and they refused to cancel my service and was still taking money from my account and refused to give it back. The nasty attitude is from the management on down. I would NEVER recommend them. Not in this life nor the next.

I purchased this and it took over a month before I got it, and when it came the package was flimsy and when I open the container the product was leaking out because it was open or was used. Am afraid to even use it because I don't know if it was tampered with. Wouldn't purchased it again, more over they don't contact you or send you up dates via email or any other communication about your order. I have no confidence in this because of the poor handling of the shipping. It wasn't even in a box other than just the container it came in.

I placed an order on 13/09. Totally AUS51.00 was to be delivered no later than Oct 23. I emailed asking where order was but RECEIVED NO REPLY. I AM STILL WAITING.

I wanted to warn everyone. Delete the Vova app. Now. I ordered a pair of Sneakers and Never got them read alot of reviews and found out Vova is a Scam. I sent a message to Vova customer service and No one responded

I have always had a very good experience shopping with Vova. Vova has excellent variety of products and brands. Unfortunately the Vova shopping app has changed recently and the app is no longer jam-packed with designer goods. I'm very saddened by this change as I have only been shopping with Vova now for a few months. I have never had any major problems with obtainingthe goods I orderedfrom Vova, even thoughthe shippingtimes were sometimes lengthy. I always used to recommend Vova to everyone I know, but now things have changed, not so much.
Hopefully Vova will come back better than ever before, I will wait for this.

There are scammers but if you are careful you can get great deals. Beware of false reviews, only buy products with more than 30 reviews. If a product has a starred review, don't buy unless it is because the product arrived broken. Don't buy perfumes because they can't copy the original and they will sell you scented water.

I made the mistake of shopping with Vova even though they have an awful record with me. You are better off shopping at Joom. Vova prices are lower but woe to you if you receive the wrong merchandise or don't receive it at all, they are not going to honor their warranties. They have a scam going, you buy the item the item doesn't get delivered but eventually it goes back to them. You pretty much lost your $, the item.
Their latest mishap was when I ordered a leather bag in the brown color to go to a pair of boots, instead I got a wine colored, I have attached the pic that I submitted to them, I have sent numerous pics yet they refuse to issue a refund

I bought an item that was faulty and hence returned it for a refund, which I never received.

I can only say that it was THE WORST EVER Customer Service I have received and I'm feeling disgusted by Vova.

I will make sure everyone I know about the inconsiderate treatment I've received after the damage sustained of being left with no itrm and no money in the end. I will also write it on every single blog and shopping-related websites.

You've lost at least 20 customers for almost £30. I wonder if it's worth it.

Forget your money when you place an order with this company. Zero customer support also, there is no one to complain too except for a robot who says there is no proof that your item is different from what you ordered. Who said it's different? I didn't receive it in the first place to know if it's different or the same!

I've learned from this experience vova or wish they're fakes contradiction on real brand and they send a real pictures catalogue.and this the trick when costumers got triggered. Please beware on theses scammers. They makes money and we loosing money on items worthless. Cost them nothing and we paid them good value for trust.

I have been trying to get in touch and talk to some one about your blocking me from ordering. Why. Your block for no reason and want me to upload documents when the the up load is not working. What am supposed to do? I need to order my xmas gifts. Please unblocked me thanks...?

Phone was NOT AS DESCRIBED! Not even close!
Screen was 5.25" NOT 6.1" as described!
Memory was a pathetic 2GB NOT 12GB+512GB as described!
Did NOT have finger print or facial recognition as described!
I asked to return for a refund and they simply said REFUND REJECTED!
No explanation, no discussion, just REFUD REJECTED!

I order an item from Nigeria, they do no deliver, i request for refund, they are telling me that they can't refund, that i need to give them second chance. Can you see how it sounds stupid..

AVOID at all costs, promised a full refund if you download the app. Absolute rubbish they claim I've been refunded my bank says different, 9'items ordered all delivered separately the first one refunded the other 8 refused I guess that's what 100% refund meant! The first parcel! Quality is appalling, sizing nothing near realistic, fabric like the cheapest fabric you've ever seen, don't wear near a naked flame you'll burn to the ground within seconds. Asked to cancel the order many times, many times ignored, asked for a refund numerous times also ignored. I've read the reviews and wished I had before spending £120.00 recommend to friends before Christmas i had to inform them all to steer clear after my first order arrived. Everything arrived over 3 weeks advertised and no covid can't be blamed! They are a set of cowboys using pictures of the real McCoy and innocent people are falling for it, trading standards need to intervene ASAP before anyone else looses hard earned cash.
