I loved this site, I have been so let down by other online sites with the same idea. But Vova surpassed my every expectation. Good quality product, great service delivery and easy to use site. Will definitely be using them again.
No customer service. Good luck getting a refund from your non existing packages. If you do get anything can pretty much guarantee it either looks nothing like the picture, wrong size, or dangerous knock off. Seriously do not ever order the makeup. The freebie games thing they have is a joke. Is it legal to call a "game" chance if it's rigged? Getting 20 coin every single day isn't a free lucky spin. It's just a waste of time.
Ordered stuff 8weeks ago order has not changed status end of week order is cancelled app is deleted friends informed then posted on Facebook and shared so everyone sees the actual truth I don't want my friends being scammed and when you buy clothes online it would be nice to receive them before my kids grow into the next size clothes like I say they got to the end of week to sort there act out because I will also be writing a new more up to date review on the outcome

Since last year VOVA let Chines Scammers to sell their products and you will end up with empty package plus your local royal mail will also charge you £12.70 to collect the empty package because it comes from China and vova will not pay your money back
I order an item from Nigeria, they do no deliver, i request for refund, they are telling me that they can't refund, that i need to give them second chance. Can you see how it sounds stupid..
Money is hard to come by, As a potential buyer you have to seriously evaluate the system you are going to involve yourself into.

AVOID at all costs, promised a full refund if you download the app. Absolute rubbish they claim I've been refunded my bank says different, 9'items ordered all delivered separately the first one refunded the other 8 refused I guess that's what 100% refund meant! The first parcel! Quality is appalling, sizing nothing near realistic, fabric like the cheapest fabric you've ever seen, don't wear near a naked flame you'll burn to the ground within seconds. After checking the email, a note that they are in Hong Kong, which is cool. But why would a site need a picture of my license and my charge card, to show the last four numbers clearly? I feel that something major has changed, and I do not trust uploading any info, no matter how cool the items are. I smell a rat. Hate the change and I consider bad form and poor busines.

I have ordered t-shirt bur have received tiny rubber dolphin! I will not receive refund as photo of the item I received does not match the item I have ordered! Joke! Will never buy there again
I ordered some stuff from vova since 30/7 and I never received I I ask for refund and they promised to avoid but i never received the refund since August and send them few email they never reply please everyone don't order from this coning company scams.
AVOID AS THEY ARE VERY UNHELPFUL IF SOMETHING IS WRONG! I ordered two pairs of trainers from here, the quality was not great but I could have lived with that. My main issue was one pair was the wrong size, I ordered a UK 11 which when you add it to your basket it adds it as EU44 which when they turned up was a UK 9 so that pair was unusable but also although I ordered grey, white and black they actually had PINK around all the edges which the picture on there website did not, as these were for a father and son as you can imagine they didn't want trainers that had pink all over them when they were expecting grey white & black! Despite me uploading pictures of the size tag and the pink on the trainers they are saying I can't have a refund and they would like more evidence if I don't agree! Tell me what more possible evidence could I give? You sent the wrong size and misrepresented the colour! Discussed and I'll never order again!
Bought a bluetooth earphones at Vova. It was delivered on time as promised. I contacted them to track the product if it was on transit and I was answered quickly. Will buy again in the future.
I have ordered a couple of articles on Vova; all of them were poor quality, however, the price I paid was OK and acceptable.
I have participated on an auction where the price of AirPods where about USD 60.00 each; the expectation was that the quality would be acceptable but that was not the case; battery of all 3 ordered AirPods were discharged after just 20 minutes. When raised a complain I have been pushed back that the complaint window of 7 days was over; how is this possible to test 3 devices within that timeline?
Lesson learned: I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT TODAY AND RECOMMEND TO NOT GET INTO THE SAME TRAP.

Customer care is very poor.
They don't refund. They tricked me into buying 3 televisions for 4 each and they sent me a message saying I was not lucky and they don't want to refund my money

I like this site. And I am satisfied of my products
But i dont know why at times they do not finalise my products. They keep saying its an IP problem.
They were very quick in giving me the refund I needed when I had an issue about a product. There were nice to me and tried to give me full satisfaction.
Beware of vova they will tell you we refund in 17 business days, but they delay till they close the case then when send email back you haven't received the refund. They tell you please confirm you PayPal account. You confirm that they tell you we gonna pass it to pay department. Can you please wait couples more days. After a week you send email no response back.
PLEASE ANY ONE WANT TO BUY A PROPER CLOSE GO TO THE REAL WEBSITE AND THE REAL PRODUCT. VOVA, WISH, WHOLEE, ECT... CAME FROM CHINA. IS SCAM! EN LESS IS APPROVED BY BIGGER COMPANIES. Absolute rubbish - You can forget a refund!
Absolute rubbish! Would never use again! I bought a T Shirt that arrived with a hole in the neck where they had cut a label out of it. At nearly £20 I would have expected a garment that I could wear. No! Also the size charts bear no resemblance to the garment size. I order a medium 36" chest and received a medium that measured 31". It fits my youngest age 10, who is slight for her age!
I have tried for a very frustrating month to get a refund, but my seller and "services" at VOVA just ignore my emails about the damage. Responding that I should have checked the size charts! What has the size chart got to do with the bloody great hole in the item. I gave up and ordered the same item from ALI for £10, it arrived in 7 days and it is perfect. Meanwhile I'm still requesting a refund from VOVA I won't ever use VOVA again. Their customer services are not up to standard and they are incapable of understanding complaints, which is what they are there for. I doubt anyone ever received a refund from this site - they suck!
