I loved this site, I have been so let down by other online sites with the same idea. But Vova surpassed my every expectation. Good quality product, great service delivery and easy to use site. Will definitely be using them again.
No customer service. Good luck getting a refund from your non existing packages. If you do get anything can pretty much guarantee it either looks nothing like the picture, wrong size, or dangerous knock off. Seriously do not ever order the makeup. The freebie games thing they have is a joke. Is it legal to call a "game" chance if it's rigged? Getting 20 coin every single day isn't a free lucky spin. It's just a waste of time.

I ordered a Global Version Xiaomi POCO F2 Pro 6GB 128GB NFC Smartphone Snapdragon 865 Pocophone 64MP Quad Camera 6.67" Screen 4700mAh. And surprisingly, I got sunglasses, for no more than 2 euros what a fraud and deception. This is the fourth time I have been exposed to fraud from Vova stores Total scammers and a disgrace of a company I don't actually think they are a real trading company. So i ask for full refund

1.) Refund the buyer without the need to return the item
2.) Prepaid return label will be generated and sent through buyer's email address
3.) Provide the seller's return address and buyer will pay for the return postage with valid tracking number.
Lastly, part of our quality assurance process is to monitor each seller and their individual item; therefore, we recommend that you rate the product you have received. Any item or store that reaches a certain level of dissatisfactory grade will no longer be considered and therefore eliminated on our shopping platform.
