I loved this site, I have been so let down by other online sites with the same idea. But Vova surpassed my every expectation. Good quality product, great service delivery and easy to use site. Will definitely be using them again.
No customer service. Good luck getting a refund from your non existing packages. If you do get anything can pretty much guarantee it either looks nothing like the picture, wrong size, or dangerous knock off. Seriously do not ever order the makeup. The freebie games thing they have is a joke. Is it legal to call a "game" chance if it's rigged? Getting 20 coin every single day isn't a free lucky spin. It's just a waste of time.
This is my first time experiencing the best customer service. I called vova's customer support to check on my order and got an amazing customer service. I would say that out for 10 being the highest the service that I got is 11. I was able to get my order and that is more than what I expected. I love VOVA will shop again.
I ordered and paid for 6 pairs of Designer Sunglasses from VoVolady and never received the items. There were 1-pair Gucci, 1-pair of Louis V. and 4 pair of Chanel. Can anyone give me the number to call so I can check on my order.

I bought an item that was faulty and hence returned it for a refund, which I never received.
I can only say that it was THE WORST EVER Customer Service I have received and I'm feeling disgusted by Vova.
I will make sure everyone I know about the inconsiderate treatment I've received after the damage sustained of being left with no itrm and no money in the end. I will also write it on every single blog and shopping-related websites.
You've lost at least 20 customers for almost £30. I wonder if it's worth it.

When the client realizes it, he tells him that he has to pay the shipping costs when the fault has been that of the store, in my opinion he is committing crimes because they sell counterfeits and there is no remedy!

I'm amazed at how good is this site! The prices are increbily cheap and the products are exactly how they're described. They have a wide range of products (from beauty products to dresses) and I always find the style I'm looking for. I don't shop in other stores anymore - I really wish I found this site earlier!
I got many products not complete half is there half is not there so I am disappointed. Who is packed the product is a bit of a idiot because did not include in the box all the product so is ruining the image of this company by sending incomplete product of No use to the customer. Vova must improve.

There's no customer service. Its a computer that sends out the same answers. Shows how much they value customers when they can't be bothered to personally reply. They even blocked bad reviews on other review sites that says it all. I repeat do not go near this site. Plenty of other good companies out there who will talk to yoy.
This site took over from sites like ioffer where you could get all your favorite replica brands, Gucci, Louis Vuitton etc etc... but it seems that all the replica goods have been removed... This also happened to ioffer!

Well what can I say... cheap rubbish faulty goods and not receiving goods and refused refund... takes months yes months to receive items or months to not recieve and refused refund, customer service 24/7 is a joke steer clear unless u want to waste months waiting for cheap shoddy goods or receive nothing at all...
I wanted to warn everyone. Delete the Vova app. Now. I ordered a pair of Sneakers and Never got them read alot of reviews and found out Vova is a Scam. I sent a message to Vova customer service and No one responded
I have always had a very good experience shopping with Vova. Vova has excellent variety of products and brands. Unfortunately the Vova shopping app has changed recently and the app is no longer jam-packed with designer goods. I'm very saddened by this change as I have only been shopping with Vova now for a few months. I have never had any major problems with obtainingthe goods I orderedfrom Vova, even thoughthe shippingtimes were sometimes lengthy. I always used to recommend Vova to everyone I know, but now things have changed, not so much.
Hopefully Vova will come back better than ever before, I will wait for this.

I normally use all the products that I buy from this company. I have bought some items that I found were not suitable, sometimes I apply for a refund, and sometimes I don't.
Generally bought many good items from Vova.
I purchased this and it took over a month before I got it, and when it came the package was flimsy and when I open the container the product was leaking out because it was open or was used. Am afraid to even use it because I don't know if it was tampered with. Wouldn't purchased it again, more over they don't contact you or send you up dates via email or any other communication about your order. I have no confidence in this because of the poor handling of the shipping. It wasn't even in a box other than just the container it came in.

I received a jumper from viva and as I tried it on it was to small. I messaged viva to see what the procedure was to return the item and get a refund. I was refused. I wanted to return the item as its no good to me as its to small. I have since been in touch and I have not revived a reply. Very poor I think that they can't get back to me. Was so happy to see at least 2 of the king bedding sets were what I wanted (2 were not as I ordered)... until I tried them on my bed & found out all were only a queen size NOT North American sizes. The owl decal was black with wings to its side & not multicolored with outspread wings. The gold decals did not even stick to the wall. Pillow slips were too small. Everything was bad.
