Walgreens is the most convenient to my home and they usually have what I need. I did however find out recently that my prescriptions would be lower at a different pharmacy.
I spent hours, but could not get a small order through their website. Like CVS, there are many repetitive sign in requests, and repetitive requests to pick a store location. At the very end I was asked to provide "contact information" as if that hadn't already been done. Their system said it did not sell toilet paper or paper towels, which of course it does. It's possible that small food items in the store, like small bags of chips, are not on the website. At the end of the process it just got stuck in a loop and would not move forward. The App wasn't better than the web version for me. It was possibly worse. I will say, Walgreens has some good employees and other virtues. This review is for the website.

I have MS and am not always able to rum to pick up things I need for myself. Walgreen's on line pharmacies have always kept up with my medical needs. Some of my meds need to be handled with special care and they always go far and beyond to make sure my meds not only get to me on time but in the best of shape. I've only used Drugstore.com once, but had a good experience with them--found item I needed (couldn't find it locally). Ordered it and received it on time. The quality of the items I ordered was very good and a good value--everything was as described.
Employees, Pharmacy Staff and Management all make it a pleasure to shop and fill prescriptions in Cairo Georigia. The store is kept clean and organized. I can always get help when I need it. I refill a high quantity of prescriptions and staff always ready to help.
The Walgreens in Pueblo on HWY 50
I have a prescription that I called in on 3/2/22, it was to be filled on the 3/3/22 by 10:30. Went to pick it up at 4:30. I was told that they were behind a it would be ready the next day by 10: 30.So I arrived at 1:20 the next day, again I was told that the prescription was not ready. They are running behind.
This is very poor customer service
I was out of my prescription from the night before. I need to take them
I'm a senior citizen and need my meds to live a full life.

The website for the Walgreens location gives the pharmacy hours as open until 9 pm Monday thru Friday. I called in a prescription on Wednesday and was told I could pick it up on Friday after 11 am. I drove to the store and got there at 7: o5 pm. A paper sign on the window said the pharmacy was closed after7 pm on Monday thru Friday. Had they shared the information when I called in the prescription, I would not have been without my much needed daily medication for my severe sleep apnea. I have been on this medication since 2008 and skipping it means I get absolutely no sleep, ruining the next day. I will not buy anything else at a Walgreens so as not to increase their profits. Kt
Twice now, I have ordered organic baby food to be sent to my grandson in Key West, and once it was shipped to me, costing me $12.35 to ship to Key West, and now I've just ordered more and was certain to choose the Key West address both on Drugstore.com and Paypal. It still came up as coming to Boston. So I called a customer service rep, and she said it's beause I used Paypal. I asked if she could guarantee that it will go to Key West, she could not. I asked to cancel order and she said no. So the product is good, buy one get one free, the shipping which is supposed to be free is lost on me having to send it from Boston to Key West, not to mention the loss of time.
I went to my neighborhood Walgreens Pharmacy to fill a prescription. The cashier took the prescription and told me I had to wait for validation from my insurance company, the pharmacist never called my insurance company. Thinking the cost was high I called my insurance and they had not record of Walgreens validating my prescription. My insurance pays 75% and I pay 25%! They used some online company without my permission. I was paying 50%. I called CareFirst and found this out, pharmacist only said he did not know what went on?
Ordered coffee on Nov 30th. It was delivered on Dec 9th, and glass jars arrived broken in the box. Called Walgreens' customer service and they offered me either a refund Or a "courtesy" order, which basically means that they send it again, and I have to wait again 10 days (or more) for my coffee (a total of about 3 weeks since I first ordered it). It's not courtesy! I paid for 2 jars of coffee! It's not MY fault Walgreens couldn't deliver it in one piece! Why do their customer service representatives think it's ok not to give customers any compensation when they are not able to deliver their products as promised? Why shouldn't I, as a customer, be compensated for having to wait for another delivery, just because they don't know how to pack fragile items properly?

The person at the Walgreens pharmacy at the cathedral city Walgreens off of Dinah shore and date Palm were very inconsiderate because they kept hanging up on me. Very rude! Not happy with this store. Will have to go elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing. Someone needs to speak to the technician that was working this day and time and inform him/her that he/she can't waste people's time like that and hang up on them. They should answer the phone and atleast ask the person on the line to wait on hold. They should not keep hanging up on people.

I ordered lenses for three of the four people in the house. One set of lenses was supposedly backordered. When I contacted c. S. I asked if they could ship the rest of the order. They said it would ship in the next few days and would also credit the expedited shipping fee. When the order did not ship in the next few days, I again contacted c. S and they said they would have the lenses the next day, would ship them overnight for free and I would have them. They did ship them late the next day but shipped them Fed ex 3 day which actually took 5 because of a weekend. In short, it took 16 days from order to receiving. I ordered another set of lenses one day after the first order and with standard shipping it only took 5 days total. At every contact with c. S. they assured me that the lenses were available and shipping the next day. I was lied to repeatedly and if I would have known it would have taken over 2 weeks, I would have cancelled my order and taken my business elsewhere.
This Walgreens in lk orion mi is so wonderful they are helpful and kind I needed cranberry juice and he got it for me cause I have covid and couldn't go in and shop. I got my covid meds too great place for all your needs. Thank u walgreens!
Took nearly two months to get my script. They were the only ones covered by my insurance, or I would have gone elsewhere. Took them two weeks just to get my name and birthdate correct! I would call at least twice a week to check on the status. They would say they are waiting to hear back from my doctor but never actually would reach out to my doctor. My doctor had to call THEM every time. They would lie and say they left messages at doc office, but that wasn't true. And even if it was true, why wouldn't they keep trying? Or reach back out to me?
Just on a whim I typed the name of a favorite health product into my browser.
I used to get them at Target (who quit carrying them a few years ago) and to my delight, they were available at drugstore.com.
The Dentek Superpiks were my favorite because they were sturdy, worked well, and were not too sharply pointed like most of the other products out there.
I ordered a bunch of them. My order was promptly shipped, and I am delighted with them. I intend to continue to buy from drugstore.com and will probably move most if not all of my drugstore purchases to the site.
I have spent two weeks trying to get them to honor a price match... finally gave up. Tried to email the webpage - their mailbox wouldn't accept. Then I faxed (per their instructions) and they say that isn't a valid way to get a price match. I have brought up the contact price numerous times on the competitors website, but somehow they can't! Got one replay saying that they couldn't respond because I'd sent the message from a different email! Guess they really don't want to do price matches. Never again will I order from them!
The Walgreens in Jamestown Tennessee filled my prescription with the wrong medication which could have almost killed me, and the pharmacist won't admit it, and refuses to let me look at the camera footage of who filled my prescription!. In my opinion I would stay away from this Walgreens!.

Most all of the Pharmacy staff know me by nae. They go out of the way to ensure I have a sufficient amount of medications. They are quick to notify me if this is a comparable drug in the store and save me money. One of the Pharmacists took quite a bit of her time to review drug interactions with one of my medications while I was approaching the right medications and dosages.
So thak you Phamacy staff. I hope you see this!
My daughter was trying to take advantage of this weeks photo coupon because she printed some pictures to take back to college with her. She ordered almost 100 photos online and it wouldn't take the coupon code, so I called the store and they said it wasn't a problem, bring in the flyer and they would take the discount at the register when she picked them up. She just went to get her photos and they told her too bad she should have done it before she completed her order. She told them about the trouble she had and that we called and they wouldn't help her any further. I told her to ask for a manager and they told her no that they were closing. (Not for another hour!) So disgusted right now!
They are either making knock offs or storing them improperly. I never had problems with my contacts before. I always ordered from 1800 contacts and gave visiondirect a try bc it wss cheaper. Well there is a reason they are cheaper. Since ive gotten these contacts i have frequent eye irritation and infections. They seem to get dey very quick. Also as another reviewer said, the lense case was wrinkled which usually means it was stored in heat. I will be filing a complaint with the FDA. This company is a scam and has jeaporidized my eye health. Be aware
I have been using Vision Direct for 5+ years now, and I have been continually satisfied. Just this week I ordered one year's supply of contacts and contact solution for only $125 (picture attached), and I received the products within 4 days.

There is almost always a code to get 15% off your ENTIRE order, sometimes 20%, just search for it. One time the code wasn't being accepted on the website, saying it conflicted with another promotional offer, so I called VisionDirect and they took care of the entire order for me in <10 minutes, with the discount.

This place is the worse experience I have ever had with an online business -- simply the worst! They told me that it would take a week and a half to get to me because they had to order the contacts from somewhere else. So when the arrival date came and no contacts I called them -- first of all, the customer service stinks -- it took me forever to get through to someone. Then they inform me that my order was lost and it will take another week an a half to get them to me because, of course, they have to order the contacts from another sources. IT'S NOT WORTH IT! I need my contacts... DON'T DO IT! I will NEVER, NEVER, order from them again. Big mistake. BIG!
I have been very pleased with my experience ordering from visiondirect.com. I mistakenly sent my last contact shipment to my previous address. I was unable to contact the current tenant. Finally, I called visiondirect.com to see if they could help. They offered to send a replacement set free of charge (although the mistake was my own). I was thoroughly surprised and very pleased that they offered this solution with no haggling, negotiations, or pleading. EXCELLENT PROACTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have won a loyal customer.
