Walgreens is the most convenient to my home and they usually have what I need. I did however find out recently that my prescriptions would be lower at a different pharmacy.
I spent hours, but could not get a small order through their website. Like CVS, there are many repetitive sign in requests, and repetitive requests to pick a store location. At the very end I was asked to provide "contact information" as if that hadn't already been done. Their system said it did not sell toilet paper or paper towels, which of course it does. It's possible that small food items in the store, like small bags of chips, are not on the website. At the end of the process it just got stuck in a loop and would not move forward. The App wasn't better than the web version for me. It was possibly worse. I will say, Walgreens has some good employees and other virtues. This review is for the website.
I am a recent kidney transplant recipient and because of my BCBS Insurance I am dictated to get the majority of my anti-rejection meds through Walgreens. I have had so many issues with the Pharmacy located on Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville, GA with getting medications in a timely manner. I placed an order on July 15,2022 and since the Pharmacy had not notified me that my order was ready, I stopped by on July 18th at 9:30 a.m. to check on the script and I was told by one of their pharmacy technicians that my medicine was short filled because they didn't have enough pills in stock and the remainder of the order would be in the next day. I actually gave them two extra days but when I didn't hear from them again, I called the pharmacy on July 22nd and was put on eternal hold and was then told that they still didn't have enough pills in stock and they would be in on today, July 25th. Still as of 10:00 p.m. tonight there has been no communication from the store. I filed a complaint with the Walgreens Corporate Complaint Hotline on Friday night and still I haven't heard anything from the Pharmacy Manager, Store Manager nor the District Manager. These non actions really show me what I have known for a long time that they don't care about customer service nor the health of their customers. Once again I remind you that I am a recent kidney transplant!
Walgreens allows cashiers to refuse to sell condoms to avoid pregnancy and contracting STDs, based on their so-called religious beliefs. Shameful.
Tip for consumers:
If you believe Christian zealots should not be forcing their views on others then do not shop at Walgreens. They support Christian nationalism.

I love Drugstore merchandise and prices! The employees there are dedicated and hardworking team working overtime to beat the Holiday deadlines!

I have ordered twice with them and everything was fine.
I placed an order y'all are out of product, so why do I have to wait 5 to 7 business days because I canceled my order that doesn't make sense at all.

I love these folks, I have ordered from them many times and have had no problems, good products as well.
IT is convenient but there is no cost savings. Shipping is only good if your are buying a large quantity
Wow, what a pharmacy to stay away from. There are continual screw ups and there is one lady there "Connie", if you have the opportunity to stay away from her, you need to. I have been treated in such a condescending manner from this lady every time I go in and it is the petty I am going to be so nice with the fake smile and ignore you as long as I can type person. I stood in line for over 20 minutes to pick up my prescription to be told it was messed up and they had to redo it, I asked for the flu shot too, she told me that they were to busy for that right now and it would take some time to get to that. I don't understand what I stood in line for, I guess it was to be told she was to busy to assist me. She then continued to help everyone else and ignored me, after another 7 people went through I went up to the counter and asked about the prescription and she said they are working on it, the pharmacist said it was done and she looked at me and said she had other people she was helping. I looked at her and said I have been sitting there waiting for this, I believe I was here before the people you are helping. I had to go to another counter and not even ask but tell them to go get it so I can get out of there. I then called the store manager who did not even call me, she had another lady call me, she left a message and I called her back and left a message for her, and of course never got another call. I called corporate and low and behold I think they have the same policy, don't call back, it will go away. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, our medicine's are always mixed up. You go and we say our last name, they only pull for one of us. We end up having to go back to pick up the others because 2+2 does not equal 4 with these guys. If you want to be treated like a customer do not use this pharmacy.
Good things that I don't always know to look for. Also, it gives me a good way to shop with my FSA. Love it

There shipping is a scam and they don't even have the lenses they are selling to you. It takes forever, if you will ever get them at all.
Vision Direct advertised lenses with a discount price. I bought these lenses and PURCHASED 3 DAY SHIPPING. They did not disclose that it takes several days to process BEFORE SHIPPING. They DID not disclose that their 3 days shipping was not a GUARANTEED SHIPPING THRU a reputable service (i. E. UPS or Fedex) which guarantees. I ordered the lenses expecting them in 3-4 days. Twelve days later no lenses. They said they were going out that day. I PAID for 3 DAY SHIPPING. But they sent them out thru the US Postal Service. Their shipping is a SCAM. There is no guaranteed 3 day service via the postal service. I live in a rural area and do not have a mailbox That's why I paid for expedited shipping. THEY ARE MISLEADING AND ADVERTISING FALSE CLAIMS. THERE IS NO GUARANTEED 3 DAY SHIPPING. AND THEY HAVE TO ORDER THE LENSES THEMSELVES BEFORE THEY CAN EVEN SHIP THEM OUT. IF THEY DO NOT CARRY THE LENSES THEY NEED TO STATE THEY DON'T CARRY THEM AND THEY HAVE TO BE ORDERED WHICH TAKES MORE TIME.
After excitedly finding my fav glasses frames online, and checking it was an Australian based company [Melbourne?], I ordered and paid by CC. Next day, I received conformation of order email, with further request for 'emailing a picture of my passport' or DL or ID card. WTF? Alarm bells rang for me straight away. I checked - they already had my money, the transaction had gone through. I rang their office - answered by a foreign accent, I asked where he was based - Singapore. I asked where was Vision Direct head office - Italy? I told them I was not going to send any further ID as requested in email. He said this was standard practice... but backed down when I said I would take it to ACCC. Over the next 6 weeks, I contacted them 3 times chasing up my glasses frames. They DID finally arrive... they do seem to be genunie Tommy Hillfiger, so that's OK. HOWEVER, my CC has now been compromised with 2 unidentified OS transactions - I June and 4 July. I've had my CC [from another bank] compromised 12 months ago, and now make a point of not ordering anything from OS. THIS WAS THE ONLY OS transaction I have done in the last 12 months... and I thought I was dealing with an Australian based company. BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST this company. DO NOT under any circumstances give them further ID [I didn't, but my card was still compromised - now cancelled to avoid further transactions]. Matter is with ACCC.
Wait time is awful in pharmacy. Workers are rude. Parking is awful. I will never come back to this place again! Get Trump back in office!

Its a really good option to get a your pharmacy for one place and get delivery at your doorstep. Sometimes i get a good amount of discount too.
They still had my makeup that had been discontinued, and I got to stock up on it!
