When im in a hurry I can place an online order and its ready within 30 minutes. Most locations have the drive up area and wait time varies. Thing may cost a little more but there is never a hassle getting to items or in stock or in check out.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last month I submitted a new script & told it was early. They'd remind me when it could be filled. For weeks I keep getting reminders saying I have a prescription that needs a refill. They probably discarded the early prescription. Another prescription was out of stock without giving me a hint when it would be restocked. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.
Worst customer service experience. Went to 255 36th St, South Ogden, UT ******* to buy SALE items, the Manager/Cashier on duty 11/05/2018 around 8pm said" We only allow 6 Sale items". I asked why my friend who went here yesterday never had a problem? The store policy been changed for just overnight?. She said " No that's store policy ever since. Never been changed" Really? I've been customer for Walgreens over 4 years and never had problems checking out. And she answered, "I've been working here over 7 years and that's the policy"..."What you gonna do with all of these stuffs anyway?" What in the world you going to ask that to customers? I have my purchased history and... before I finish she interrupts me and said "nope we can't do it" I said if we are going to eat it, donate or throw it afterwards is NONE of your BUSINESS! And she said " Enjoy eating". I will go back to the store to get her name and with my printed purchases.

The tracker is a new app that downloads to your phone. It keeps track of all things you don't want to lose. Even a turned off cell phone. Losing one's keys will be a thing of the 20th century by 2150. Most everyone will have one. It is so, obviously a futuristic item of universal ownership that it is eerie to look at the video, to contemplate the app. It is GPS, for all things we own. Myself being born decades ago, watching the video was mind boggling. The future is here, now, and not too difficult to purchase, or own a piece of. A future icon is here.

Ordered contacts and they sent not only the wrong color, but mixed sizes in one package. Called them to report this and they guaranteed me they would resend the next day and I had no contacts to fall back on. It took them 6 days and I never got the contacts. I called again and they essentially told me it was my fault? Left message for national account manager, no response. Never, Never order from them. No wonder they are 1.2 billion in defecit. Learn that while waiting on hold fro someone to answer.

Walgreen used to be my favorite drug store before they changed their points system. They have good phone customer service. I won't say 100% is good, but 90% is always awesome. I am happy with that.
The only thing I don't like is they changed their points system. Hope they will change it back.

I have used VisionDirect for a few years now. I've never had a problem with my order. Only two times have I needed to call customer service, and both times I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity, courtesy, and helpfulness of the two reps.

My wife and I were floored today when a twenty-something Walgreen store manager accused my wife of being a terrorist... she is Venezuelan and was trying to send $300 to her family in Brazil through Western Union... the store manager said she was a terrorist sending money to Guatemala terrorists... we do not know anyone in Guatemala and have never sent anything to anyone there... she is Venezuelan and I am a pasty old white man 66 years old and her family lives in Brazil... none of this makes any sense, but he insist she is a terrorist... Western Union is unaware of this action by Walgreen in lapeer Michigan... but I will write them now... I came here while seeking the correct government department for help... but while writing this, I realized that I must notify Western Union as well...

While we did receive our order for cosmetics in good time, drugstore.com has since flooded my email address with SPAM. We never 'subscribed' to their many email lists. After three attempts to get our email address removed, each time they stated they have removed us but it would 'take up to 10 days' to take effect. What they did was submit our email address to SPAMMERS, we continue to get 25-50 SPAM emails a day after doing business with these clowns. NEVER again.
It has rendered our email account unusable.

Don't tell met prescription will be ready in 2 min if I have to wait 30 minutes. It was literally sitting there the entire time while they continued to help other costumers. I could have left and done other things and come back if 2 minutes wasn't the case. I would have had no problem coming back but you should really consider your customers time and your own transparency to your customers. Very irritating.

Walgreens on plattspring Rd in Lexington SC is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They tell you a date to pick up your medicine and when you get there, they tell you that you can't pick it up yet. That happened 3 months in row. I asked to get my controlled substance meds one day early and they refused. They speak to you with attitude over the phone. And it's just such an inconvience dealing with this pharmacy. After my prescription is filled this last time they will loose me and my family business.

I ordered an item on walgreens.com. First Walgreens sent the incorrect item. Then worse, when I returned the item to my local Walgreens store, they refused to refund my credit card or give a cash refund; they would only give me store credit. Then after I went to back to walgreens.com and wrote a review of the item to say they sent me a substitute item, they added insult to injury by not publishing the review.

Giving this a 3 because I've ran into an issue. Im from the United States so tried Vision Direct because I heard of the great prices, and they were great! I paid 100 USD for 4 boxes ( 2 for each eye). I received the package on the day they said it would arrive but when I opened it I only got 2 boxes ( 1 for each eye). The receipt in the box said Quantity 1 for each eye. I knew I ordered 4 boxes so I checked my email and I received a receipt online saying the Quantity was 2 for each eye. I emailed them today, so I am unsure on if they will be getting back to me. I sent them the screenshots of my emails. I am adding the pictures below, but one is the prices online, the receipt I got from them, and the receipt I got from paypal.

The Customer service at Walgreens is the poorest I've experienced EVER. If you call they are rude when you go inside, they are just as rude. I understand if your busy but there is no excuse for the rudeness. I'm talking about the one in Las Vegas off of Silverado ranch.

I don't pay shipping, I don't pay taxes like at a local store, prices are excellent, no downside. Have used this site ten times a year for past three years or so, and never a problem. When I haven't liked a product, I have contacted the maker of the product, and they send coupons to cover the cost of the product to be applied to your next purchase. Easy.

Walgreen's is one of my go to pharmacies. Good enough selection and prices for a quick in and out trip. Much better than a convenience store, but not as big and slow as going to a Walmart. Pharmacy is always on top of things as well.

A must share for all who shop at Walgreens! Yesterday I went there, I had several pampers coupons and pampers wipes coupons that I clipped digitally from they're website to my Walgreens account. I go to check out and the manager at the store on Mormon Coulee Rd told me because they didn't show up on his register, that he wouldn't honor them. He said that they're new policy is that they only honor the lowest coupon that shows up. Yet... I got the coupons from they're site, and none of them were expired. Why in the hell do they have manufacturer's coupons on they're site then? I will be calling corporate in the morning. Hope they enjoy all the business they are going to loose. People specifically shop there because of the coupons and rewards cash! The manager I had the displeasure of dealing with is named Cody.

It print you earned points on your transaction and it not posting on your reward acct. Called customer service and no help! Get your system together. I will return my purchase and will never shop at Walgreens anymore including the pharmacy. I take my business somewhere else that will not confuse costumers with their BS rewards program!

If you are a store manager at a Walgreens located in Orlando FL and your engaged to a William Moses be awear he has been cheating on you with his ex wife who's nickname happens to be Tammy he has been seeing her through out your whole relationship. They were together on May 14th, he had a delivery in her home town that day and they met I know this because she sheared this information with me and others because she still in love with him and from the looks of her text messages from past meetings between them he still loves her as well. He's a big liar and he has bad habits. Personally I feel you and my girl can do a whole lot better. I've known of him and his tiptoeing in and out of my friends life for many year's and you don't have to believe me ask his family if you have a close relationship with his mother talk to her she'll have a lot to say.

I ordered my contacts from vision direct prior to reading any reviews. Pretty stupid I know. After reading all the reviews, I became super nervous and was worried I made a huge mistake just to save some money. I got a year supply for less then a 6 months supply from my doctor with the new customer discount. To my surprise, they exceeded my expectations. My experience was flawless. I placed my order on 7/3/14 and it shipped on 7/4/14. Yes it shipped on a holiday. I recieved my contacts 3 days later on 7/7/14. My contacts arrived on time and with no damage. Although I am only wearing my first pair now for all of a 1/2 day, I have no complaints. I don't normally write reviews but I had to put my two cents in because the negative out weights the postitive on here.

Walgreens in Angier NC is awful! I really don't have any other options. Twice now I have had medication missing and they are Controlled Substances. The Manager, Luke is rude, he informed me that he found my medication in the pharmacy I could go back and get it. I told him driving was hard for me, he said " I did my part, I found your medication." I went today to get it, spent 27 minutes in the drive thru, and treated like crap. I was asked to come inside when I said no, I had already waited 27 minutes the girl finally asked someone, then she tried to charge me again! I spent 2 days to get medication not to mention the pain of having to drive! If you have ANY other options STAY FAR AWAY from this store!

I called in my script that is due tomorrow and she wouldn't put them in said I have to call tomorrow the day I need to pick them up. They only work 3 hours a day it takes 45 minutes to an hour to get in contact with anyone and she wants me to call the day they are due to fill them so they can say we are short staffed and behind and I end up getting my script late. I'm transferring to a different pharmacy. Walgreens in Rhinelander Wi is going to $#*!.

Love it! Lots of everyday products, health items, cosmetics, and odd things that are fabulously priced. Lots and lots of selection!
Our family has ordered cosmetics, eye drops that were no longer carried by our local stores, facial massagers, pillow chilling inserts, vitamins, lotions, and (believe it or not) mashmallow shooters! (Found those by accident but really cheap compared to other sites!)
FAST shipping, excellent, service, great selection, personal items come wrapped so no embarassing box-opening scenarios!

Drugstore.com is definitely NOT secure and consumers should not "save" credit card information on this website - my account was compromised, the company discovered the problem and did nothing to fix my account after someone used my account to make purchases and change the information in my account (but for the billing information). When I could not access my account because it had been compromised, the company sent me an e-mail asking if I had forgotten my password - when I was finally able to reset the password that the thief set on my account, I found a list of that persons' charges. Once the fraud was discovered, the company simply cancelled my auto deliveries and chose to ignore the problem (and never informed me despite my attempts to find out why I could not access my account and why I wasn't receiving auto deliveries. Best to stay away from this business or at the very least, not to keep credit card information in an account on this site.

I shop around for a lot of products but for health products I seem to stick with Walgreen's. Site has good selection and good pricing. Shipping has never ever been a problem. I even had a return issue and it was handled well. Sticking with these guys.

I have never experienced superb customer service like I received from Jerome Etzel. He is a masterful photo expert with Walgreens at ******* Nine Eagles Dr. in Tampa, Florida. I couldn't retrieve precious 3 generation photos from my cellphone and Jerome saved the day. He installed a memory chip in my phone that was missing. Took his phone and researched how to get the phone to release the pictures to Walgreen's equipment. Jerome's persistence and expertise brought back pictures of my 98 yr. Old Mom with my sister and daughter and my deceased precious dog. These photos would have been lost forever without his thoughtfulness and diligence. I am most grateful to Jerome and Walgreens for hiring such an exceptional person.
