When im in a hurry I can place an online order and its ready within 30 minutes. Most locations have the drive up area and wait time varies. Thing may cost a little more but there is never a hassle getting to items or in stock or in check out.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Last month I submitted a new script & told it was early. They'd remind me when it could be filled. For weeks I keep getting reminders saying I have a prescription that needs a refill. They probably discarded the early prescription. Another prescription was out of stock without giving me a hint when it would be restocked. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAD HAPPENED. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.
Took nearly two months to get my script. They were the only ones covered by my insurance, or I would have gone elsewhere. Took them two weeks just to get my name and birthdate correct! I would call at least twice a week to check on the status. They would say they are waiting to hear back from my doctor but never actually would reach out to my doctor. My doctor had to call THEM every time. They would lie and say they left messages at doc office, but that wasn't true. And even if it was true, why wouldn't they keep trying? Or reach back out to me?

Just on a whim I typed the name of a favorite health product into my browser.
I used to get them at Target (who quit carrying them a few years ago) and to my delight, they were available at drugstore.com.
The Dentek Superpiks were my favorite because they were sturdy, worked well, and were not too sharply pointed like most of the other products out there.
I ordered a bunch of them. My order was promptly shipped, and I am delighted with them. I intend to continue to buy from drugstore.com and will probably move most if not all of my drugstore purchases to the site.

I have spent two weeks trying to get them to honor a price match... finally gave up. Tried to email the webpage - their mailbox wouldn't accept. Then I faxed (per their instructions) and they say that isn't a valid way to get a price match. I have brought up the contact price numerous times on the competitors website, but somehow they can't! Got one replay saying that they couldn't respond because I'd sent the message from a different email! Guess they really don't want to do price matches. Never again will I order from them!

Most all of the Pharmacy staff know me by nae. They go out of the way to ensure I have a sufficient amount of medications. They are quick to notify me if this is a comparable drug in the store and save me money. One of the Pharmacists took quite a bit of her time to review drug interactions with one of my medications while I was approaching the right medications and dosages.
So thak you Phamacy staff. I hope you see this!

My daughter was trying to take advantage of this weeks photo coupon because she printed some pictures to take back to college with her. She ordered almost 100 photos online and it wouldn't take the coupon code, so I called the store and they said it wasn't a problem, bring in the flyer and they would take the discount at the register when she picked them up. She just went to get her photos and they told her too bad she should have done it before she completed her order. She told them about the trouble she had and that we called and they wouldn't help her any further. I told her to ask for a manager and they told her no that they were closing. (Not for another hour!) So disgusted right now!

They are either making knock offs or storing them improperly. I never had problems with my contacts before. I always ordered from 1800 contacts and gave visiondirect a try bc it wss cheaper. Well there is a reason they are cheaper. Since ive gotten these contacts i have frequent eye irritation and infections. They seem to get dey very quick. Also as another reviewer said, the lense case was wrinkled which usually means it was stored in heat. I will be filing a complaint with the FDA. This company is a scam and has jeaporidized my eye health. Be aware

I have been using Vision Direct for 5+ years now, and I have been continually satisfied. Just this week I ordered one year's supply of contacts and contact solution for only $125 (picture attached), and I received the products within 4 days.
(+) They have the top-brand products (Alcon, CIBA Vision, Acuvue, Bausch & Lomb, etc.). They aren't rip-off versions or anything fake.
(+) They verify the prescription for you, by contacting your eye doctor
(+) Great products, fast shipping
(-) Website design is not amazing
(-) Their website stores old information, so this may cause issues when trying to apply coupon codes (but you can get it fixed right away if you call customer service)
Tip for consumers:
There is almost always a code to get 15% off your ENTIRE order, sometimes 20%, just search for it. One time the code wasn't being accepted on the website, saying it conflicted with another promotional offer, so I called VisionDirect and they took care of the entire order for me in <10 minutes, with the discount.

This place is the worse experience I have ever had with an online business -- simply the worst! They told me that it would take a week and a half to get to me because they had to order the contacts from somewhere else. So when the arrival date came and no contacts I called them -- first of all, the customer service stinks -- it took me forever to get through to someone. Then they inform me that my order was lost and it will take another week an a half to get them to me because, of course, they have to order the contacts from another sources. IT'S NOT WORTH IT! I need my contacts... DON'T DO IT! I will NEVER, NEVER, order from them again. Big mistake. BIG!

I have been very pleased with my experience ordering from visiondirect.com. I mistakenly sent my last contact shipment to my previous address. I was unable to contact the current tenant. Finally, I called visiondirect.com to see if they could help. They offered to send a replacement set free of charge (although the mistake was my own). I was thoroughly surprised and very pleased that they offered this solution with no haggling, negotiations, or pleading. EXCELLENT PROACTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have won a loyal customer.

They state that the VA should pay them full price. I paid $150 for 3 prescriptions that I could have paid $34 with GoodRX. Contacted both store and corporate and was told this is the pharmacy policy. WHAT A SCAM!

Im done with the Walgreens in Atascadero, CA.
I waited 5 days for a scrip for hip replacement post op pain management. I called and called and they said they didnt havce it. So I ent through hell and noone could figure out what was wrong.
Surgeon called them after the long weekend and suddenly they had the scrip. So I called and talked to this nice woman who merged the records from my medicare (new) into my old blue cross account. She said everything was fine and done and all my info and cards etc were stioll there.
I asked a friend to go get the scrip. Suddenly they dont have my first name anymore, no credit card is onfile and the woman is SO nasty to me its not even funny.
Accusatory, told me I was lying that Id spoken to someone else there. Ive talked to her before and it was the same nasty atacks.
Im done with the nasty woman AND the ineffective pharmacy. 3rd scrip theyve "lost" and suiddenly found in 2 months.
GOOD BYE. Im going to CVS.

So every week a pharmacy has a sale on Cola. Walgreens is THE ONLY ONE that has a limit on how may at sale price. Pepsi this week was 3 for 9.99. So I load A cart full walk past the clerk several times looking for other items. At the check out the same clerk says Pepsi is limit of 3 for the sale price ‼ So I put them all back in the pile along with 56 dollars worth of other items went to RITE AID got the same deal but was able to buy 9 with no worries. If it's on sale What difference dies it make how many I buy. BYE WALGREENS

I went to Walgreens to pick up my blood pressure medication. When I arrived the stated that they have a new procedure and my medication would be ready tomorrow. I explained to the person at the window My doctor stated if I didn't get this medication today I will be forced to go to the emergency department. He again stated it was nothing he could do. I left and had to report to the ER. I spent 6 hours in the ER getting a whole work up in order to get my medicine. The next day I called at 11am to ask if my medicine had arrived and the lady that answered the phone stated that it was there and once they process it in I would get the notification on my phone. I asked her if she could just make sure it was there and I would wait if not I would have my doctor use another pharmacy. The lady stated she would check the manifest. When she came back to the phone she stated that my name was not up there, she then stated she pulled my prescription and now she can fill it. Please tell me why they couldn't do this yesterday?

I looked all over for a very particular product. I saw it on this site, called to be 100% sure they had it, was told yes, they did.
I ordered as many as I could afford, and waited... and waited... and waited.
17 days later, I get an email saying that my order could not be filled because THEY NEVER CARRIED THAT CERTAIN VERSION!
Needless to say I was pissed! Then I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get a refund!
17 days! I could have drove across the country to the product's company and got one!

Great site for buying beauty products I can't find anymore in the stores locally! - I found BufPufs via the internet, since I searched high and low and couldn't find them any longer in any stores in town. I ordered them and even got a free gift out of it. Also they have prescription products at a great discounted price. I was so impressed, I started transferring my prescriptions through them too! They have EVERYTHING, and most things are cheaper too!

The ONLY reason my rating is not 5-stars is simply because of the fact that it took me 3 weeks to receive my order! They were truly a great company! I was definitely skeptic, as this was my first purchase with them! & I didn't read any online reviews until AFTER I already had ordered. First off, I got an AMAZING deal! I ordered one years worth of my Bioinfinity contacts, as well as a large double-pack of Opti-free pure moist contact solution, & I only ended up paying $107.00 for it after finding an online promo code. Anywhere else, it would have costed me at LEAST $160.00 for the SAME EXACT order & products. I saved a whole $52 dollars! & to be honest, having to wait 3 weeks was WELL WORTH it! They were a great company, professional, & I got exactly what I ordered for a STEAL. Basically, if you can be a little patient, order from vision direct! If you CAN'T, order from somewhere else that ships quicker & pay a hell of a lot more. Will most definitely re-order from this company again!

I had been ordering once a month the past year and found they were reliable until my last order. Unfortunately my order did not arrive yet the order status says complete. I called and found out that the shipping company and durgstore.com had a breakdown and if I had not called to investigate, I never would have received my order. Interestingly drugstore.com indicated that the shipping company never picked up the order and the shipping company (lasership) indicated to me that they never received the order from drugstore.com. They need to revise the methods of communication with the shipping company. drugstore.com appologized and offered to reship... woo hoo... I had to get excited and ask why i can't get it faster to get overnight shipping or it would have been another week before I received the order.

I've been waiting over 7 hours for a generic antibiotic and would have been nice to start today. Their ARU says they're working on. So I tried to call several times and waiting 30 - 60 minutes each time before getting frustrated and hanging up. Can't reach a living soul so I have no idea why it's taking so long to fill an antibiotic. I called their competitor around the corner, Walmart, and got a living, breathing pharmacy person on the phone in 30 minutes. I asked if they could take over my prescription and they said they could but would need to call Walgreens...BUT WALGREENS DOESN'T ANWER THEIR PHONE. This has happened to me several times before, you would think I would have learned, but tonight was the last straw. Tomorrow I'm calling my Dr and having them reissue my prescrption to Walmart and will be cancelling all my auto-refill prescriptions from Walgreen to Walmart. To many alternative these days to put up with this nonsense. Walgreens, you're going to be the next Kmart and will wonder why shen you business shrinks (as it already had)...well, this is why. You don't take care of your customers, they leave. I'm gone...forever.

I signed up for prescription text reminders. These are normally very helpful. The text I received today said,
"Walgreens: Your flu shot is waiting for you. Plus, get an updated COVID-19 booster at the same time: wlgrn.com/SAschedappt/GE Text HELP for FAQ, STOP to opt out"
CLEARLY, this text was not a prescription reminder. But rather, a marketing message for a flu shot and a Covid booster. Definitely NOT a prescription. You violate trust when you send unwanted marketing messages under the guise of prescription reminders. How dare you! I'll take my business elsewhere.

I went to their site because many of my friends recommended it. I was excited to find many of the products I use, and was having fun placing items in my cart. I reached $40.55, which exceeded the free shipping minimum, but, noticed one item was on backorder. I didn't think much of it until I scrolled down. I was stunned to see a shipping charge added for this item and felt I was being penalized. True $1.99 won't break my bank, but that's not the point. I exceeded the minimum order amt. For free shipping and it was not my fault that an item wasn't in stock. I didn't complete the order... just emptied the cart and left the site. Based on other reviews I read, I just may have saved myself a lot of grief and aggravation.
I've been shopping online for many years and have never been charged shipping on a backordered item that had qualified for free shipping initially. This is a first for me!
